24 Hr Truck Sales and Service is by far the best truck repair service that we have ever experienced.Our Fuso truck broke down on the 10 Freeway, 75 miles east of Mandeville, LA.We phoned Mark of 24 Hr Truck Sales and Service for repair as they are a Fuso dealership.Mark quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed he would order the parts and his team would install them the next day. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable during our conversation.Next morning Mark confirmed he had received the parts and his crew of Duston and Jason would be at our location for the repair within a specified time. Duston and Jason arrived on schedule, installed the parts and had us up and running in no time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.We would highly recommend 24 Hr Truck and Service.AAAAA+++++

They are the only local service company willing to work on my Class A RV brake leak. Thank God they are less than a mile from my home. Mark and his crew are the best big rig RV repair guys I have ever encountered. They are safe, conscientious and very knowledgeable. I will be returning here anytime my Class A needs repairs. Mark and team are class A mechanics! Not only have they worked through multiple issues withus and our box truck, but when we were broken down, they drove 3 hours one way to help us out all while being extremely fair in pricing! They won't make you do extras that aren't needed and will make sure you understand everything that in going on. This is an easy 5-star review.....Great Job guys and Thank You!!!

Let me start with this is the best shop I ve been to! Mark and those mechanics are the most professional and straightforward I ve ever met. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Fixed my semi, ride to hotel and kept me informed the entire time on progress, plus more. If I could give more stars I would, I highly recommend this shop to everyone! These guys are lifesavers for a reasonable price, I will definitely let more people know about this shop, thank you all and I hope nothing but blessings come you guys way. Mark and his crew did an awesome job taking care of our Fuso box truck. When I called him about the issues, he listened and gave detailed suggestions on what it might be, answered questions, and made room in a busy schedule to fit us in to get us back on the road. He didn't just rush me and say "Bring it in and we will take care of it when we can". Excellent Job done and the pricing seems good. My Truck Broke down in Mandeville La. Mark with 24 Hour Truck Repair sent his guys out to fix my leak. They had a hard time finding my leak. So Mark offered to put me up In a hotel at his expense and personally came out the next Morning and made sure his guys repaired my leak correctly. I was impressed that even though he tied up 2 days with his Mechanic's. He didn't overcharge me. I repeat "Did not overcharge me"! Great Customer Service.

I became an owner operator this year and have been dreading breaking down because I know how some mechanics operate. The dreaded day came and the Good Lord put me in the right hands and looked out for me. I can t say enough about how amazing Mark and his people are. They are no nonsense, professional and even better, kind. They are upfront about the costs, the issues with the truck and what it will take to fix. It s rare to find a mechanic that has these great qualities but these guys are it. I can t recommend Mark and his guys enough. I ll be a repeat customer for as long as I m driving this truck.

We had a great experience both times! Our truck broke down & also had gotten vandalized. We called Mark at 24 hour truck sales & service immediately each time. He didn t hesitate and began to help us immediately. They are completely under new management! Mark was very thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, and always accessible. He kept us up to date on the status of our Fuso Truck and always provides us with a top notch excellent customer service experience each time. Do not hesitate to use them. These guys are great! We use them exclusively for our business and always have our trucks back up and running super fast. It's nice to know there is a business out there that still values customer service. Our business really does feel like a priority to them. I'll call them every time! They even do roadside and house calls too! Very Professional!! Super Nice Guys!!!Last minute call to this company at 5:30 pm for emergency assistance with Box truck repair. Needed to be back on the road by 4am. For the last 3 years I had an issues with the DEF warning light in my motorhome. The manufacturer has tried to fix the problem numerous times by replacing different parts. Nothing worked. I had a Motorhome that I could not drive. Until I talked to Mark. Mark came to my home and within one hour determined what the problem was. Mark has the knowledge you expect from an excellent mechanic. I finally found a mechanic I can trust. I don t know what the problem was with the previous ownership but I definitely can recommend this company. They do not cover up a problem, they fix it!!! Thank you Mark.

One of my company trucks broke down on the side of the road after hours and we called Mark and he was quick to come to the rescue. He was there in no time and towed the truck to his shop and saved my driver from the side of the road. Never have had a bad experience with this company. I have recently had one of my drivers truck go in for multiple issues. As soon as he got there driver told me they looked over his truck to see what all was going on, while checking it they also found another issue the driver was not aware of. The driver was then placed in a hotel due to how late in the day it was (which is very understandable). The next morning the driver was already calling me with an update of what all they were doing, they were keeping him very updated with every step along the way. That same afternoon they called me and let me know they had him completed, driver went to get his tuck this morning and has called me saying they have done an amazing job on his truck and it drives very smooth again. I want to thank these guys for making my driver feel a lot better while driving and I recommend these guys to anyone that has issues around this area, they are truly amazing and have very fair pricing!Thanks for everything y'all have done for the truck and getting him back rolling and we look forward to do more business with you!Sincerely,Everyone in the breakdown department at Shelton TruckingService: Brakes

My old gmc 1500 blew a head gasket and warped the heads. Got it towed there on new years eve. Mark and the staff did a great job on it. Kept me informed every step of the way, 2 new heads water pump and various other pieces, in and out 4 days. Very reasonable price. Runs great. I highly recommend them.

Our 2014 hino box truck went down in mandeville on 6-15-20. After calling Keith s towing, a local towing company for help, they directed me to Mr Mark at 24 hr truck sales and service. From the beginning mark was very polite and professional. After quickly learning we had a major fuel system issue, he recommended us to have the truck towed to his shop to avoid an additional on site fee that would likely and ultimately lead to having to have it towed to his shop anyways. He also immediately offered to put our guys in a hotel free of charge which unfortunately was not an option in our situation, so he gave them a ride to a near by location to be picked up. Mark quickly had his guys identify the problem and come up with a parts list that we would need and a job quote which he stuck to! This is something very hard to find when over the road, a truly honest mechanic that does not take advantage of your unfortunate situation and on top of that offers to buy a hotel. I would absolutely recommend Mr mark and his crew, and compliment him on a job well done and a very neat and tight shop!Richardson Services LLC - Mobile, Al

We received a letter in the mail that there was a recall on our Fuso box truck. There were many parts that needed to be replaced so we decided it was in our best interest to take care of this recall. I also had other issues with our box truck that needed to be investigated, and repaired. So we looked up the closest authorized Fuso dealer to us. The 24 Hour Truck Repair was the closest authorized dealer to us. The next closest one was 263 miles away ,but when we saw the bad reviews that 24 Hour Truck Repair had we were more than ready to drive all the way to Texas from Louisiana to take care of this box truck. The reviews completely put us off and scared us. We called Fuso directly and spoke with Mike the supporting Manger of Fuso he told us that he had never read the reviews but he completely understood where we were coming from. Mike took it upon himself to call 24 Hour Truck Repair to figure out what was going on. Mike called me back and told me he spoke with Mark who is the manager now at 24 Hour Truck Repair , and it was explained to us that the people who received those bad reviews were not the same people who are running the shop currently. He assured us that we would be in good hands, and that he was trying to uplift 24 Hour Truck Repairs reputation back to life, and that we could be nothing but happy with the service that is provided, and be completely satisfied. So, I must say that after everything we decided to take the chance and give Mark another chance on his word, and here at Sunlight Contractors we are more then happy we did. We are 100% satisfied with the work that was given. Mark completely took care of us from start to finish. He kept us updated at every corner and had more than fair prices. We received a fair quote for the work that was not included in the recall ,and received an itemized list of everything that was done for free for the recall. We would highly recommend this company and from now on he is our go to diesel mechanic. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away. This business may have had its troubles in the past but that is not the case now. Mark is an excellent mechanic and deserves all this business he can get. I operate a Matco mobile tool store and call on this shop weekly. As Mark and I walked back to my truck, he noticed a spot of fresh oil under the engine of my idling truck. He found that the oil filter had loosened up and was starting to leak. He had one of his mechanics clean and tighten the filter on the spot. This crew is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services! Thank you Mark and Co. for saving my Freightliner M2 from oil starvation and certain death!

I've been going to Mark Wandrei who is now at 24 Hour Truck in Mandeville, for all my Isuzu and Fuso truck service for about 5 years now. He hasn't let me down yet. Handles all of our recalls and warranty work as well. Very quick turnaround for any work needed to be done and excellent service and prices!

I gave you three stars because of the limitations you have at your shop. I didn't not comment because you guys are good people.But since you insist here's the skinny. I towed my truck to another shop to get it fixed. Im in Georgia now and my truck is running fine. The problem with my truck was the camshaft position sensor and some corroded wires on the wiring harness. The $700 high pressure fuel sensor you replaced was not bad nor was the air temp sensor bad. As I said, your shop had some limitations and you were at the end of technical limit with me.

I was down working for the hurricane in Louisiana. They pickup there phone on a holiday weekend and they scheduled the truck in the next day. They went above and beyond to find the sensor and kept in contact on the progress of the part. Its hard to find that kind of service from truck repair shops anymore. Please ignore the negative reviews. This company has new owners and management. They have serviced two of our company (Ashland Metals) trucks in the past couple of weeks and has provided excellent service. The factory recommended 24 Hour Truck Sales to service our Fuso trucks. We contacted them and had our truck back and in working condition within 2 days. They provided prompt, friendly and professional service and we would recommend them to anyone.

I have a fleet of medium duty trucks in New Orleans and Biloxi. I will rather drive to Mandeville than taking them locally as I find Mr. Mark's service top quality. He has been working on my trucks over the last three years and I have experienced an improvement on performance and less break downs.

Was on my way to do a construction job in my Ford f350 pickup. The only repair service for and hour away. Ask them to fix my leaking water pump. They charged me semi truck rate. Which a $169.00 water pump cost me $1071.00. quote me five hours work which took 9. Had to drop my truck off halfway to the job I was headed to and ride with a friend due to the water pump, new, that was leaking around the seal. Called to make a stop back buy on my way to the next job just to hear they won't be open on a 24 hr truck repair shop. Very disappoint with quote time, price, and quality of work. $1071.00 for a pickup truck job I shouldn't have had one more problem with this truck water pump wise.
