Absolutely horrible experience. Jessica in the service department is extremely rude and the price of my service changed multiple times and went from 3500 to over 6000$! The entire experience was bad and I definitely would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here.

Purchased a explorer, we had to bring our grandson home. The car would stall. The front would jump. Stayed in the shop. They never would give us a loaner car. We ended up trading a brand new explorer for another one.Thank Goodness this hasn t given trouble. BUT WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN. STAYING LOCAL DOESNT ALWAYS PAY OFF. Shame on y all

I visit Louisiana one a year for about a month and my truck usually needs an oil change while I m there. I have had my truck serviced there for the past 2 years and also needed them to check out why my computer was acting up. Turns out it was because I needed a new battery. Everything is working great now. Very happy with the service I received.

We flew all the way from Montana to purchase a pickup from Calvin Braxton. It was everything they said it would be and more! I highly recommend them. The best part of the transaction was working with Marco! Besides being the very best car salesman EVER, we had a wonderful experience dealing with him. Make sure to ask for him when you call! I hope we can return his hospitality if he ever comes to Montana! THANK YOU! I love my new pickup!

My experience with this dealership extends only to a newspaper ad I saw today for a truck (Maverick) that I am interested in. I could NEVER shop at a dealership that blatantly and evidently unapologetically, advertises a price $5000 over sticker price! WOW. When I looked it up on their website, not only was that the case, but they have TWO Mavericks with the price jacked up by the same amount. This is blatantly taking advantage of the people they serve, but I for one will not be a party to it. I don't need or want a Maverick that badly.

I had a problem that was covered under warranty. I was treated extremely good even for warranty work. My experience with the Calvin Braxton Ford Service Department was terrific. I will be purchasing an Extended Warranty with Calvin Braxton Ford next year. I will continue my car repairs through them.

I had the BEST experience purchasing a fleet vehicle for our business. Deidre Guidry helped us out every step of the way. She answered all of our questions and was very patient. The general management team was also very polite and patient. All of this was done remotely and the process was super easy. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you so much Ms. Deidre for transporting our vehicle to us personally. It made the stress of purchasing not so stressful. At the end , I felt very confident with our purchase.

Love this place! Deirdre and Marcus did a fantastic job helping me get my new F150. The staff is honest and caring which is hard to find these days. By far the best Ford dealership around.

Went for diagnostics, got a huge bill, and unrepairable accusation. Next repair place charged me $75.00, and my vehicle runs fine. Don't leave your auto behind for a new one. Don't trust their diagnostics. They blatantly lied, and put out a SALE sign in the lot. They'll hypnotize you and give you a panic attack.

First time car buyer. Ernest was who I contacted initially, very helpful and friendly. Once I got there I dealt with Ernest and Corey for the actual transaction. They made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Good trade appraisal, went above and beyond for financing by contacting the loan company in order to get approved, stayed after hours in order seal the deal, knew what they were doing, very kind and personable unlike the larger dealerships. They have certainly earned themselves a repeat customer. 10/10 would recommend these guys.

Service dept is the place to go!! Yall they diagnosed the issue, got parts and fixed our vehicle within 48 hours Rockin Ange helped us out with the everything and made this is a smooth process!!

I went in with rear axle problems . I spent 1300 to get it fixed . As soon as i took it home realized that they have not fixed all the problems . Tire rubing still same problem with thumping when i drove it . Angie told me they could not find the problem and it might be my abs and that i was to poor to fix it . Told them if its 100% then i would like to trade it in . Adrien the internet sales man told me if i was going to trade it in then it would have to report what was wrong with it . How can something be wrong with it but not have something wrong with it. I felt so unwelcome in there since they knew they did me wrong. Thanks for all your help . I will never be dealing with lockport ford ever again.

They did not have the part for RV so they hand tool that out of a steel they were the best mechanics I have ever seen and had wonderful customer service Ryan is the man
