If I could give a zero I would. These people are criminals. I got charged for the hour diagnostic when I was told it was going to be a half hour (1st red flag). I had a bad gut feeling about this place and wanted to take it to Nolen s Garage just down the street. Nolen is a legit honest person who lets my bf work on my car there. The only reason why I didn t take it there in the first place is because they were closed and I had to get it fixed right away. I let Randolph s work on my car and what a mistake that was. They replaced the starter and my bf drove off with the car. As soon as my bf got home and turned the car off it never turned back on. He tried to get the neighbor to jump it and nothing. So he called Randolph s to see what could be wrong. The mechanic (Cody) told him oh yeah we had to jump it to turn it on. I think that is important information to tell someone before they drive off with the car. If it was just a starter issue then it should be working but they knew something else was wrong and they didn t care to tell us. My bf tried to get anyone from that shop onto post with the battery jump they used and all of them said they personally can t get on post and I m sure it s because they have a legit criminal record. The owner (Randolph) had the nerve to say that they weren t responsible for the issue with the battery (no duh Sherlock) but if they are charging me for a diagnostic then they should do their damn job and be doing it right. I m reporting them to the better business bureau and filing a formal complaint because these bums couldn t right their wrong and have should not be doing business. I think all their reviews are paid for but don t take my word for it. Do business with them at your own risk.Update to owners response:Sir please do not detract from the issue at hand. Yes I had junk yard parts on it but bought a brand new part to be put on. Yes I was cursing only after you were cutting off my bf who was speaking to you with patience and respect. I'm pregnant and very upset that I paid your business for a service of diagnosing my car and you failed to tell me about my faulty terminals and letting the car leave your lot without telling me. What was the point of the one hour diagnostic if you don t mention everything that is wrong with it. I m the one who told your employee it seems like a starter problem and was told from what I said, it should only be a half hour diagnostic. So do you teach your mechanics to take the word of the customer or teach them they should trouble shoot everything? I brought my car in because it wasn t turning , if y all knew my car needed new terminals and that was preventing it from working that should ve been disclosed. It s very inconsiderate and unprofessional for you and your team to treat customers like that. You don t even know the amount of stress and inconvenience this has caused. I am a very fair person and when my car wasn't turning on at home you had an opportunity live up to your business reputation but instead you jumped the gun and assumed we re trying to accuse you of messing up the terminals. A simple apology would ve been nice but I see you simply care more about money then the customer. Good thing Nolen s garage was opened that man is a good man and a God send. If anyone reading this wants a mechanic shop that actually cares about people go to Nolen s garage.

After going through multiple auto shops, this one has definitely been the best.Brought my car in (appointment not needed) for a/c repair, back window wouldn't roll up, cruise control wouldn't stay on, passenger doors wouldn't lock. I dropped the car off about 11am and received a call after inspection (at most an hour later) to let me know the issues and priced. For the a/c leak repair and window repair (plus labor) it was $300 which I considered to be very affordable compared to what other auto shops and dealerships wanted to charge me (and didn't even fix the issues).Atmosphere: the office inside was clean, no odors, TV and coffee available. Plenty of parking. The parking lot does have many holes.Location: I liked that it is away from the main part of town bc it's easier to get in/out.Service: friendly and open to discussing any concerns. Mr. Randolph was so nice to us and really took his time making sure we were happy and answered all of our questions.Price: depends on what your vehicle needs.Repairs: rotations, a/c, windows, cruise control, locks, tires, hub assembly, brakes, tuning, etc.

After reading the reviews of my options here in Leesville, I am so happy that I did. Hands down Randolph's is the best here in this little town. Mr. Randolph actually takes the time to show you what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. Mr. Randolph is an honest man with more than fair prices. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is very clean. I will be referring friends and family to this business and he for sure has my business.

One of the best experiences I have ever experienced. The atmosphere, the one on one interaction with the staff up front the mechanics and even Mr Randolph was friendly and attentive. Seeing is believing, just go there once for anything and you will be pleased and satisfied and your concerns are as important to them as it is to you. I had major repairs done, they worked on my car as if it was their own, I cannot thank them enough. Everybody, go see for yourself.

Easiest 5 stars ever. Randolph's is the straightest-shooting mechanic shop I've ever been to. Their prices are super reasonable, and David the mechanic is incredibly dedicated to his craft. The man puts his heart and soul into making sure he fixes the car properly. If everyone did their jobs like David does we would have world peace and a cure for cancer by now.

So I went to Morris s for a simple tire alignment and they said they couldn t do it because my ball joints on one side were off like there was too much space in between blah blah blah and gave me a quote for $863!!! So I went to Randolph s Repair for a second opinion and they brought me back to the garage and showed me there was NO spacing and nothing wrong with my ball joints what so ever and did my alignment for a great price! Never go to Morris s people they will try to rip you off every time! My wife had told me this already because they tried to rip her off as well! I will definitely come back to Randolph s in the future!! Ty Randolph s for your honesty! Much appreciated!

I brought my 93 Chevy truck to them with multiple issues, We are very pleased and will certainly be recommending them. The staff was very friendly even when I added more repairs to my original work order. Truck runs better than ever.

Randolph s is the best shop I ve ever used, hands down. When I was having vehicle troubles out of state recently, I was constantly wishing I was back home to take it to Randolph s. Him and Charlie went above and beyond on my Jeep, fixing the AC and replacing parts out of pocket when they needed replacing. They are extremely honest, charge good rates, and keep you informed as to what is going on. The front desk lady was very pleasant as well. They also have complimentary cokes and snacks in the lobby so you can be refreshed while you are waiting. Randolph s is a great shop. I had a coolant leak and couldn t figure out where it was. I do all my own work, but wanted to reach out for help. I called and made an appointment with Randolph s and I m glad I did. Corey found the leak within secs of me popping the hood. Great service, friendly staff, good prices. Highly recommend Randolph s, I know where to go if I need help. This is definitely one of the best auto shops out there. I ve been there 4 separate times. And 3 of those times was under an hour for quite a bit of work. I just had my rear leaf springs and shocks replaced today (11/17/21) I was told that it would take about 4 hours worth of work. I told Cory at 0900 that I had somewhere to be at noon. He and Randolph buckled down and they got it done in and hour and a half. Great work by both of them, and they are super friendly. They consistently pull you out into the shop and explain what and how they are doing things. Great experience overall. And quite a bit cheaper then most places around this area. 5 very well deserved stars.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair

Kindness competes with quality at this establishment. I will only recommend this location from now on. Had multiple issues with my family vehicle and all have been remedied within a matter of days.The staff actively engage with customers. No customer is dealt with in any way but with professional courtesy.The best mechanics I have ever dealt with.

Randolph's Auto Repair was great. I really screwed up my brakes and Charlie fixed them so good. My old truck has never had brakes this good.The price was more than fair. The best Auto Repair shop I have ever been to. I would not take my car anywhere else but there. Mr. Randolph is a great mechanic, honest, always with a smile, fair in prices and wonderful staff. Whatever is being repaired it is in, out. and fixed. I give Randolph Repair 100++ and I would recommend R.R. to anybody. Best mechanics around. They have looked at my car many times, and they didnt charge me since the fix was very simple/worked itself out. Now I go there for all routine/complex maintenance, and they've always given me a fair price for fast and reliable service. 10/5 stars!

I have always had excellent service at Randolphs. Randolph is very helpful and will normally come out to chat when not super busy. I trust him because at least twice, he has explained to me what the problem was with my car and told me that it really did not need to be repaired rather than just repairing it like a dealership would do and charge you a pile of money. He has performed the following repairs for me: 2017 F150 cam phaser replacement, hvac service and expansion valve replacement on 2 vehicles, cooling fan replacement, and wheel alignment. Very happy with their service and will continue to send people his way. Also looking forward to when he starts selling used cars. Rather than going to a dealer and getting ripped off, stop by and give Randolph Repair a shot!

I took a trip to deliver my son the 5th wheel to his final post at Ft. Polk and along with two blowouts and one tire losing tread, the A/C decided to stop working 4 hours out. I explained to Randolph that I had just replaced every part of my system prior to leaving and he put me at the front of the line because I had to leave the next day. He then showed me I had no pressure in the system & whilst removing the hose where the leak was it came apart in two pieces, brand new part mind you. He ordered another then we find out the new compressor also failed. I cannot say enough about what he did to get me back on the road the next day and it held all the way, thank the Lord!!! I told my son to only go to him for any of his needs should something happen. I highly recommend him to anyone. Great service and a great guy!!Service: Air conditioning

My husband and I take our cars here (a gti and a g35x). They take excellent care of our vehicles, offer amazing prices with amazing service. Are friendly and remember us every time. They also give us advice with aftermarket parts and telling us who to go to if they don t offer a service and how realistic our expectations are. Have been stationed in the area for more than 3 years and I should have gone here a long time ago. Never really ask for military discount but their services do give one. Randolph s Repair replaced my Air Suspension using Strutmasters that I ordered for my truck (I own a RAM 1500 Rebel). Ever since my Air Suspension went out on me (believe me, not just cold temp, but also heat), I come to realization this will be problematic in the futures to come (time, money, and effort). So I decided to convert to conventional coil springs as I will keep this truck for a while. The staff at Randolph s are very polite and that they empathize you of your situation with your vehicles. I definitely highly recommend this business to ANYONE as it is well deserving price in comparison to most dealership services around the area.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Everyone were professional and friendly! And their prices are affordable! Randolph replaced the front struts on my Tundra. I asked several questions after the installation and test drive. He answered each question with my great satisfaction! Their service is quick and efficient! I will return. I definitely recommend

Called several places to get an alignment and everyone I called was 2 weeks out found these guys on google and from the time I called had nothing but the best service from the girls up front to the tech. Note when I called last Friday it was like 3:30 and they said they could get me in same day but rescheduled for the next week because I wasn t able to get there right then. The team was professional, communicative, courteous, and took genuine care in putting my safety first when installing an aftermarket hitch to my vehicle. There were a few hiccups on my end, but everyone there was patient with me and treated me like a person, not just an appointment. I don't foresee myself going anywhere else but Randolph's next time I'm in a bind.Oh yeah, and they have wifi, hulu, netflix, beverages, snacks too!Thanks a ton for all of your help, y'all!

My daughter goes to these guys for about everything car related and loves them. She said they always answer her stupid car questions and never over charges her or recommends repairs that aren t necessary. A lot of folks would take advantage of her youth and ignorance and see a quick buck because she is in the military. I think that s admirably ethical of them. When I was visiting her, her tire pressure light was on and they fixed it that day in a very short time.
