Top notch body shop. Took my truck in for a small little repair and they were quick, fast and completely awesome. They were busy and the manager even came out and helped me to get things handled as quick as possible. Great work, great price and an all around awesome shop. I Definitely 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

Best service 200% happy. Can t say enough about the owner and all the ladies that work there. They are the nicest young ladies. The owner is so personal. He walked me around my jeep before repairs started. They emailed me with updates so I stayed informed. Did all the paperwork with my insurance company. So easy. Thank you Quintin for everything. And thank you for my cup I love it.

They are easy to work with, great communication, and do a great job.When I dropped my vehicle off 24AUG they advised me it might take a bit longer than USAA projected repairs 5 days, to which I let them know that would be fine, and I just needed to make sure that I had my car back by 8SEP. I got a call the afternoon of the 31st stating it was ready! Which was 5 business days so I was super excited about that. Didn t get a chance to pick it up until Thursday, but only because I didn t have a ride to the shop Wednesday afternoon.The car was in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off (minus the bolt/rock chips on the edge of the roof), and actually since they redid the whole roof it also fixed some small surface scratches that were on top from who knows what. I m very very particular about my car and I m so happy that they were able to fix it and get it back to looking new.Thank you guys so much for getting Luci back to normal.

Perfect job on the repairs that needed to be done. Looks brand new.2 stars due to the fact I got my car back dirtier than its ever been in the inside, scratches on the vehicle that were not there before like someone sat parts on the top and slid it off, and damage to my passenger mirror that was not there. After having it for 4 weeks. Understanding things happen but after inspecting it when I picked it up I am disappointed.

Hit a deer a bit ago in my 2013 F150. Asked at work for a good body shop. Pretty unanimously the answer was Quintins. So called them up brought the truck in and pretty damn quickly had my truck back. It looks great, the panels are even, the headlights work. Great professionals, customer service at the front desk was top notch. I recommend if you need a body shop to check them out. 10/10Service: Body & Trim

Used them to paint a fender on my 08 GMC. Great price, quality of work is great. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend for any body work. The shop was very clean and organized.

Honestly can't say enough good things about them.The shop is far nicer and superior than anything you would expect in this area - probably one of the nicest paint/autobody shops I've ever been in.Staff was extremely nice - and the painters they have in there are EXTREMELY talented and educated individuals. Picked up my truck today, 6 days after they said it was supposed to be ready. Body work was okay. I got charged more money than what was quoted and now my door pin pad doesn t work they also left trash in the bed of truck that blew out onto highway when I left. Overall not a good experience. We've had the misfortune of needing them twice this year. They've basically rebuilt the right side of my vehicle, from headlight to back quarter panel, & it's not noticeable at all. When we picked it up the first time, we noticed the paint color was off. They fixed it ASAP & we came back the next day to pick it up. Since there was no drama & there were sincere apologies, I still consider it five star service.

First experience with these folks. They helped me out with a rather unique issue with my car. Talked to me on the phone when I called and didn't talk down to me or make me feel stupid. Then, when I actually went in, they had me in and out very shortly...saved me a LOT of worry and aggravation...and all at a great price. I am one of those "hard to please" people...not really hard to please but whenever a person expects actual respect and service these days I guess we come across as difficult to please. Based on this first experience, these folks will have all my future business. Special thanks to Terry and Josh :)

Best place to take your car for body repair, get a windshield fixed or get a Hertz rental. Nice friendly people who will help you understand what they are going to do, call you to let you know where they are in the repair work and clean the car inside and outside so it's nice and clean when you pick it up. Highly recommend.

I won't use this company for Hertz Rentals ever again if I can help it. I was charged double and had to fight to get my origanal rate. The person running the system didn't seem to know what she was doing. If you do have the misfortune of having to use this company for rentals be very careful and get copies of your receipts (fuel receipts as well) and contract.

My 2016 Mustang GT has been there twice. They paint match perfectly, have amazing customer service, and are a model for how body shops should be. I hope I find a body shop like this when I move back home (though hopefully I won't need a body shop!!) Nothing but praise!!

In a time when things where out of whack, they let me know it was going to be all right. They where friendly, kind and very professional. They even took care of the little things and had my truck repaired early. And there were no surprises with the cost.

I have unfortunately had to take my 2014 Hyundai Sonata to Quintin's because they're somehow certified and used by USAA. The vehicle had been rear ended, crushing in the rear bumper; putting holes in the lower, plastic bumper part; ruining the gasket/stripping around the trunk; and shifting the trunk lid. Quintin's gave us a 5 day estimate, in which they replaced the gasket, the plastic bumper piece, the bumper, and then painted. When I picked up the vehicle, I checked everything out. The tail lights didn't match up (one on trunk lid, one on rear stationary area); I could see the frame of my car between a gap left where the bumper meets the bottom of the trunk; the trunk didn't close properly without using a lot of force or pushing several times; there was adhesive smeared under the rear window from replacing the gasket; they had nicked my car, chipping the paint near the rear window; the inside plastic liner at the trunk opening was popped out and not in place; AND they had not, by their own admission, touch the trunk lid to adjust it or anything! They literally just put some parts in place and painted, doing the least amount of work for the as much as they could get away with charging! We spoke to an auto body employee when we picked the car up, relaying our concerns. He looked at the vehicle and couldn't do anything for us and said to bring it back in the morning, when a tech would look at it and we would get a rental car while they fixed it. When we went in the next morning, we were rushed by the owner who LITERALLY dismiss EVERYTHING we told him! The gist was, you're wrong, none of what you're seeing is our fault, be on your way! We've since contacted USAA, who has had to send us to another local body shop FOR THE SAME REPAIRS. They've had our vehicle for a week and two days now. The top of trunk had to be adjusted and realigned to get it to close properly. The tail lights are said to be aligned and flush with one another now. They're currently having to take apart the bumper area to fix the frame positioning/damage. Look at all the work Quintin's Take Advantage of You shop didn't do! I am floored by the laziness, rudeness, and greed displayed by Quintin's. If USAA recommends them, make sure they're aware of the bad reviews and tell them you want to go elsewhere! USAA will work with you and you can avoid all this mess!
