Came here to get a tire changed. Didn t feel like going to the Firestone on post because they re notoriously bad. I was absolutely shocked by how fast K&I tire took care of me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Would ve been waiting for hours if I had gone anywhere else. The prices were fair too. Definitely come here, do not waste your time with Firestone on post.

I went in today with engine overheating idle. The owner Mike stated there were only 2 mechanics working, but once I told him this was my only mode of transportation, and how I had no one to help me he asked for my key. A few minutes later he called me into the shop and showed me that a plastic housing had busted and antifreeze coolant was everywhere. Mike told me he would take care of it. I can t tell you of how much of a blessing Mike and his staff were to me today in not only sparing my engine, but helping me with my anxiety., You have a customer for life. Compassion and looking out for another is everything.

Extremely nice and caring folks. I came in as a walk in after searching around for an appointment within the area. I got my tires mounted and and if they were able to do my alignment I'm sure they would. Don't waste your time with anyone else in town. Come here and they'll get you taken care of. Also their prices are the best in the area including on post. It's right outside the gate too.

Great service and friendly people. Fair prices. None of that "we saw your air filter needed the new hyper turbo max model for 200$" garbage you'll get at chain stores. Highly recommend.

On a recent trip to deliver my son the 5th wheel I had the trip from HELL!!!!! Last thing I needed was that no one had the tire size on my rig. I took the recommendation from Randolph's Auto Repair to call these guys and they delivered. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but the owner found a used tire in my size and stayed late to get it mounted and balanced before I departed. Great guys in the shop and I was able to make it home safely. I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

Time to be serviced is too long. Waited over an hour before getting any response back, in person, after being told over the phone that it would take 10 minutes for repair.

Great service highly recommend for state inspections. In the last few months I ordered a set of 4 new tires for my SUV and they beat the price of Firestone by 450 dollars. I also had my wife's car fixed on one of her tire air monitors needed to be replaced and programmed this was done quickly with the parts ordered, and installed in a short amount of time. No issues with any of our cars since taking them to this shop. Mine is a 2019 and my wife's 2010 and each time the repairs are done correctly the first time. They go above and beyond for their customers and treat you like family. This shop offers many maintenance options for your vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

I could go into detail, but I'll sum it up with this: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Go somewhere else if you can. This place has no customer service and a lot of incompetence.

They went above and beyond to get my fleet card processed and really didn't take too long considering the trouble they went through. The mounting of the tire itself took no time at all. Will definitely return.

Mike and his staff at K&I Tire were very helpful! Saved us a lot of time, money and trouble. Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. I've never had a problem with any work done here.

They saw me immediately after I got a punctured tire (a local chain tire store said they couldn't get to it until the next day!) and patched it up in less than 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable.

Got the tires put on my mom's car the people were very nice and worked very promptly on the vehicle...Also a good place for inspection stickers...

Brought my truck for a simple Alignment, the person at the front desk told me it should only take an hour. Three hours later the dude comes back and tells me that my truck is still pulling to the right. Tells me to call back Monday morning to set me up another appointment for free. I call, the alignment guy supposedly quit. Now I was told to call back in a week, was told they should have a new guy hired. I call again in a week, the dude told me that was months ago and I have to go somewhere else to get it checked. Keep in mind this was all in a span of 2 weeks. I paid for an alignment, my truck is still not aligned. Never would recommend going here. Take your chances.

Awesome shop that will work hard for the customer. I was doing the struts on my truck when my spring compressor broke. I took my old struts and ALL of the new parts to firestone and they told me they couldn't do it because it wasn't their parts. I took my stuff to K & I and they took care of me in less than 30 minutes. They were very personable and extremely helpful. I will be taking my vehicle to them from now on. Highly recommend.

I went in the other morning to get some Running boards installed, they told me they were busy and to come back around 2pm. Not a problem. Came back in that day around 2 they told me they were finishing up a job and my running boards would be next. Told them that cools I just have to be back at work at 5. After about an hour of waiting they finally too my Jeep back. About 20 mins later the guy working on my running boards came and got me, to show me that he would be able to finish that day because he would have to do some fabrication on the mounting brackets. Ok cool not a problem, He asked when could I bring it back, I told him Saturday 9am,He said well that s my off day but I ll come in and just do the running boards so that way he won t get pulled to do other stuff, so I was like cool not a problem in fact that s awesome. So I come in on the day we talked about, and he is there. Told me he was finishing up on something and would be right with me, well about an hour goes by when someone else comes up to me and told me they can t do my boards today. So they wasted and hour of my morning on a date and time we agreed on. I gave 2 stars because the other few times I have been to them I have had good experiences.

They are good for tires. But I wouldn't recommend them for anything else. We took our car in to have our breaks worked on. The mechanic made a mistake and put power steering fluid in, instead of break fluid. Contaminated our whole break system. The Ford dealership fixed K & I's mistake. Cost us $3,000. All we got out of K & I when we informed them about what happened, the guy said they wouldn't have done that. Somebody else did it. They were the only place we had taken our car to.

These people are the most honest people out here. Don't let these damn privates fool you. I read these comments and they are not like that at all. They do there best to get your car back up and running at the cheapest price possible. These privates need to stop complaining and making it seem as if these people trying to rip you off. If u need any repairs done on your car for any reason go to k&i. Mike will take care of u. I always get both cars service here.

Great customer service and I've been here before with different issues and with other folks opinions on vehicle issues and in my experience they do honest work and are most very helpful. Highly Recommended to anyone around the area.

After having a bad experience with an auto shop in leesville a friend told me about K& I right outside the gate that did great things for her. The vehicle had a high pitched whine while driving. I took it to them and a few hours later the car was done and only cost $70. I'm normally suspect about brining my car to shops if i don't know what the problem is for fear of being ripped off. This place took care of me in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done.

Never bringing a vehicle to this shop again. They fixed a coil pack and spark plug on my car and not even two days after I had the car I had more problems I got it towed there and told them to only tell me what's wrong with the vehicle before I decided to get it fixed turns out another coil pack and spark plug was needed I asked why and they said usually they all go out so most people get a full tune up. Why wasn't I told this the first time ? Scammers

Don't go to them they charged me $104 for a oil change and tire rotation. I have never paid that much to get a service done on my car. Totally not getting my business again!

When you call no one will answer. I ve been calling to find out about my car and no one is answering. Only giving one star cuz that s the lowest it allows. After three days we called to ask about our car and they wanted us to pay almost 130 for spark plugs when we did not ask them to put anything on the car. Will never return to them ever

Fair prices and always take care of the customer. Building is old and needs care. Waiting area seats are not much comfort, but the service and personal relationships make up for the superficial factors.

Crooks and thieves! Don't go here! They only want to scam! Be lucky if your tire doesn't fall off in the parking lot. Not a good vibe at all. Worst place I ever been too

K & I tire kept my boyfriends van for all most 3 months but did not fix it charged a storage fee witch they said nothing about a storage fee. And when he got back last Friday it was tour apart inside. So we will never ever take our vehicles back to K & I tire again.

Do not ever take your vehicle to this place. I took my car there about a month ago and my experience was horrible. I knew that I had a coolant leak and told them to find out where it was located. The person who checked it told me it was the water pump. I then asked him was he sure and he says yes. I knew that I didnt need that fixed because I had just gotten that fixed the month before. I ended up getting the water pump fixed by them. I picked the car up and went back to work and during my break I spotted all of the coolant on the ground. I took it back the next day to complain and the guy who worked on it told me that any mechanic would have told me the water pump was leaking. When they checked it again they explained to me that it was the o-ring dry rotted. They fixed that and 2 weeks later I notice my car doing the same thing again so I finally decided to take it to Honda. It wasn't even 20 minutes before they came back and told me that my engine block was cracked and that I needed to leave it there. Today I recieved a call from Honda to tell me my car was ready but they had to also fix the o2 sensor because the previous people(k&i) who worked on my car messed it up. I really would like my money back but I know that isnt going to happen...BUT AGAIN I STRESS NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!
