I talked with Mr. Hilton three times about him coming to my house to buy or just take my non working car. Each time he told me he would come but never did. All he would have to have told me is that he wasn't interested. All people want is for people to be honest with them. I completely did not understand why he told me he would come three different times. Shame on me for continuing to contact him.

They towed our car yesterday and let us come get it back today for a not so outrageous price! The man was very nice and even waited for us to get there. Absolutely no BS that I've experienced before with places especially being a weekend!

Told me to come in on a Monday after a week for the parts to come in. Dropped it off, for a 5.5 hour job. It's now 24 hours of their open hours and it still isn't ready. Cheaper if you have time to burn. Go elsewhere if you want your work done in timely manner.

I wasn't able to get any parts from him, but wanted to leave a review. Such a very sweet man and was super helpful! I'd recommend anyone to him, just by his awesome customer service.

Good work, but it takes a while. Dropped my vehicle off, told them it was no rush, but it was 2 weeks before they actually got it into the shop. Overall work quality is good though.

My car was illegally towed. I was over charged for the daily fee and then lied to about my car having been stored inside & protected against the elements.
