Our family has bought two vehicles from the folks down at Alford Motors. Literally the single shining example of what a dealership should be. I've never seen a collective group of people like them, work in such a fluid and customer driven way. You will never find a better sales and service department anywhere near here. We bought a 2017 F350 King Ranch late January 2024 sight unseen and this dealership arranged for delivery that we paid for. The first thing we noticed is that their delivery person drove here, 500 miles, with the front hubs locked in. It was dry pavement and perfect weather the entire trip so there was no reason for the front hubs to be locked in. I don't know if it was the delivery driver or a kindergarten mechanic employed by this dealership that locked in the hubs. The hub caps flew off in transit and delivery person was only able to retrieve one. The dealership said they would replace the hubcaps but mailed us 2 Ford hubcaps, not King Ranch like what was on the truck in the pictures at time of purchase. There is a difference. The top of the tailgate was missing on arrival and the tailgate latch was broke but the dealership did mail those parts to us. BEFORE PURCHASE my husband asked the salesperson if this truck had a 373 rear end as that is what we wanted. The salesperson confirmed it WAS a 373 rear end. Upon arrival, this truck has a 410 rear end. Several of the running lights from front to rear were inoperable on arrival. After changing several bulbs and still inoperable we determined that 2 different sets of plugs to power the lights were unplugged causing the running lights and reverse lights not to work. These are simple things that even the youngest of mechanics could have diagnosed & fixed so either 1. this truck received NO inspection upon arrival to this dealership or 2. their staff are completely incompetent. Also .... the staff insisted the title was in the glove box on arrival. It wasn't. After calling EVERY day for 50+ days to say the title was IN FACT NOT IN THE GLOVE BOX & the staff arguing to say it was we FINALLY received our title in the mail from the dealership. We were not able to drive this truck very much because we use the turnpike a lot. Our state recently closed all pay lanes and now it is plate pay only but we couldn't get our tag to get pike pass because the dealership didn't provide the title at time of purchase as agreed. The few times we have driven this truck it stays in limp mode and needs a complete new fuel system including injectors and fuel pump. It seems this dealership purposely did not include the title as stated in the initial purchase and took nearly the full 60 days the paper tag was in compliance so they could avoid the lemon law on this truck. I expected a better experience from this dealership. Buy here at your own risk.

Starting from the manager to Ms. Vicky and Mr. Reese excellent service. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. Always assisting with customer needs and concerns. The amount of effort they have to please the customers truly goes beyond expectations. I have never been disappointed in the work and I haven t had to bring my car back for shotty work. Pricing is very affordable for a dealership. Highly recommend using this dealership for future repairs. Thanks guys you are the best.

Everyone was very attentive and answered all of our questions. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about every vehicle we had questions about, and also gave us our space to look around if you know what I mean. The sales manager was good and the lady doing all the paperwork at the final sale was very nice and polite. The overall experience was very relaxing, and comfortable.

Well, I used to work at Alford motors many years ago and the sales I asked for was Lou Mosses cause I knew him and I know he be honest with me and my wife about the vehicle she was interested in.I had many vehicles serviced there and was always satisfied with the work and pricing of the service. If I wasn t, I m very sure they would get it corrected in a timely manner. I m also going to start taking my GMC Sierra which I purchased from another dealership to Alford motors.

Graced into Alfords for the 1st time today. Prior to this had many good informative phone convos with Wayne. He is a top-notch, attentive, professional salesman who answered all of our questions. My wife and I were able to test drive, ask maintaince questions, and get a good feel for the vehicle we both wanted. 1st time purchase here today was seamless, pleasant and no pressure. My advise for New or clean used vehicles is to look for Alfords in Leesville, and ask for WAYNE!

Outstanding service from Rand Alford and his whole team! From my salesman Wayne Trotter, who showed me just what I was looking for, answered all my questions (and didn't try to BS me if he didn't know something. He admitted "I don't know" and went and found the answer), and even encouraged me to go evaluate and drive competitor's trucks that I had long been considering. He was confident that he had the best product and that I'd be back. Also a big shout out to Candy in the paperwork office, and to Jimmie in the parts department for accessories for my new truck. They obviously love helping folks out and taking care of the customer. The personal service and attention to detail from the whole team started the moment of first contact has been outstanding ever since. Honesty, pleasantness, and integrity in certain sections of business (car dealers especially) are rare and it was great to see it all practiced here at this dealership. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Rand Alford and his team for years to come.

Had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change and waited for the service. My check out time was 1:07. That's 1 hour and 37 minutes for an oil change. The dealership has to agree that's way to long for the service. I love the friendly staff, but the speed of service has MUCH to be desired.

Absolute best new car dealer experience I have ever had. I have specific preferences on my daily truck and I saw that Alford had one coming in soon. Even though I traveled over 1000 miles just for the truck, it was well worth it, both in the deal and working with people who are not trying to push extras and add on fees like many other dealers. Dustin and Kandi were both great to deal with and the sales manager thanked me personally for making the trip. I had dealt with one of South Florida's high volume dealers in the past to save a few bucks but they wouldn't call me back or even try and get the vehicle I wanted. Alford just gained another customer! Thank you!

I have bought new and use vehicles from Alford Motors in Leesville, Louisiana. Bought a 2018 4x4 z71 with 12 miles on it. With this vehicle put 3 transmission, both fuel pumps (in the tank and the high pressure under the hood) motor mounts (engine and transmission), all O2 sensors, water pump, fuel injection as we well as fuel, etc. Not satisfied with the vehicle. So I trade it in for a 2013 it was no different haven t had the vehicle year and it been in and out the shop. Not only that I m paying for an extended warranty that I no longer have. So I left Alford with a check engine light to never return and never use Alford and if anyone ask me about Alford will not recommend. The store manager told me to my face he want me keep putting money in after told him that should come for oil change and service not for the many parts and items for a vehicle just purchased.

My truck was totaled out by another driver on the phone, I really didn t need or want to get another truck but had to, it had some issues with it because it was five years old. Vicky and her team of professionals in the service department have help me get through a rough time with this wreck and all. They got right to work on my truck and I found them to be reasonably priced for the labor, OUTSTANDING in the service and more helpful than I Expected to find at a dealership,they repaired the A/C changed the oil, programmed 2key fobs, changed out the thermostat for under $1000, the other dealership wanted much much more ! Today they are lifting my truck , new rims and tires, and doing alignment for deal I just couldn t say no ! My hat goes off to her and her co- workers I found them to be outstanding

This is a great dealership with great customer service. They will go above and beyond for all your car needs. They are very professional, fast, and efficient. The service department is very understanding and will take care of you. If you are in need of a car Alford's is the place to go with the best deals. Whitney is the best service manager in town with great professional customer service.
