Tried to do a return on a part prior to closing (about 745pm, they close at 8pm) but they refused saying we need to come back the next morning.They sold us an alternator, told us we could bring it back if needed and then when bringing back told us they'd have to call someone and ask, but that person was off. So we were out of luck.

Staff is fine, but do NOT order parts I have gotten two faltering ignition switches and cant return them so it is a great way to waste $198.88. Other than that it is fine.

I had a return, the guy that was helping me was not very friendly. His co-worker who was helping another customer was amazing. The guy helping me got my return taken care of. They get the job done, it's just hit or miss if your going to have the grumpy one are the nice one.

Friendly enough employees just only met 2 that were knowledgeable. I've worked on everything that cranks on our little cattle farm and almost every vehicle I've bought for past 40yrs from age 13. I know when parts counter employees don't know the answer but try hard. I apologize i didn't mean to mislead you the staff are helpful but since yall opened several years back ive had only one bad experience

No customer service. I stood waiting for help two feet from the counter. The two ladies made a point not to make eye contact or acknowledge me.

Went here for my 2008 Chysler Aspen. I needed a battery & fuses. They had everything I needed for a very good price. Also help me put it in and took the old one. Job well done!

Great place for buying stuff like oil and automotive fluids. Not so great for autobody repair or audio installation products. The staff seems ok but the layout of the whole place seems random and not in order. The parts are usually right, but dont bet on them being in the warehouse just because the computer said they were when you called ahead to check.

Got the wrong part given to me by a lady it was electrical btw you can't return electrical stuff but she gave the correct part to me by extending it very good customer service

Sign on the door says free check engine light scanning, walked in to be informed that they stopped doing it not because of COVID (if they were worried about that they would have had masks on) but because they didn t have a scanner.

The manager Tonya is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable she gave advice on parts that would have cost me hundreds of dollars else where glad I met her

Has to be the slowest and dumbest of all advance auto part locations.... I bring in my order confirmation which I received about an hour before hand and ol boy just looks at and ask if it was an online purchase and than has the nerve to tell me that they are out until he get off his ass and actually pulls my order all I can say is ......WOW
