I would give them zero stars if I could. Took both my cars there for an oil change. No issue. Oil change is due again and walmart is telling me whoever did it last messed up both drain plugs. THEY DID IT LAST! do not take your car there if you want it to keep running.Now I had to do an oil change and cars repairs at Christmas time because of them. Highly upset.

Called to ask for help to make sure they had what i was lookin for, and the guy didnt know how to look up trailer tires in the system, and then i told him what isle the app said it was on, and he just said "i dont know" and then hung up.

I called ahead of time, as I live about an hour away, to see what time they closed. I wanted to get my oil changed. The female on the phone told me a time and made sure to leave with enough time to give an hour before close. I drove all the way there just to be told they had just closed. Which was an hour earlier than I was told over the phone. So not only did I waste my time but money for gas to go there and back. For NOTHING!

Been here lots of times and only had any issues once.. to which the service manager quickly rectified. Never had any issues with the work they've done tho.

Went to get new tires and they were just lazy they only did one tire and I had to go find someone to get the other three tires off the car off the rim so and have then put the new tires on the rim to put back on car supposedly they didn't have the right thing to fit the lug nuts to get off well how come you can do one tire and not the other if the lug nuts are all the same...jus lazy

It says the business hours open at 7:00 but when you get here they say they open at 8:00 so heads up for anyone trying to get a tire at 7:00 you might as well not waste your time and come here at 7:00 wait till 8:00 I understand it's due to shortage of staff and covid but they should change it on their hours

The automotive department was unable to find the tool to remove my oil filter in order to change my oil so they were unable to do the job of changing my oil. Very disappointed, ended up having to go somewhere that cost me at least

They never answer their phones, customer services is a bit rough. They mean mug you when paying and most of the check out lines are closed. Just self check out is available. They bird dog you, everyone of the suspect.....

It's always packed and they won't let you reload your walmart money card at the register but its specified that you can do so at ANY register on their own website.

Horrible service. Was there for almost 2 hours for a single tire change. I really watched multiple people get tire changes before me and I was already there. I went elsewhere and got it done in 15 minutes.

Went to get oil change. Now truck exhaust pipe smokes. My truck has never had smoke coming from exhaust pipe before. This is last time I go to get oil changed here.

Every other day they won't do tires only oil changes and don't tighten up the oil plug.
