I ll give Twisted a 5* due to the fact that all business was handled over the phone and in a professional way and the service was great. I dropped the truck off before hours and the bed cover was installed. Upon pickup the tech came out to show proper functions and showed me how to make adjustments if needed down the road. Great group of people! Oh it even has a light!!

Ive had 3 great experiences with Twisted off road.. had a window tint job done there a few years back and it was perfect and fast. And have bought 2 sets of mud tires there in the last 2 plus years and service was great and the owner very friendly. He patiently helped me as i took forever to decide which brand i wanted lol..i really appreciate them and will continue going there for all my business. Thank you Twisted

I bought my tires and trailer hitches from here. These guys moved mountains to make things work for me. I only want to go here for work on my truck. Great service and great prices. Highly recommend to anyone.

They don't care about their customers and will throw in extra charges when you go to pick up your vehicle. Also the "mechanics" actually doing the work are mostly young and inexperienced and have a bad reputation for breaking stuff. I've tried to give them many chances to correct the problems they've caused but Twisted just keeps trying to find ways to blame it on me the customer.

$400 for a level???? Seriously? When you said it was 2 hours and it took 4 next time I m going to rim pros down the road. Takes them 1 hour and it s only $280

I highly recommend these guys. They did a jam up job on the air bags they installed on the rear suspension of my truck. I was crunched for time and they were able to get it done in just a couple hours. Great job guys. Thanks again.

Brought my rim and tire to get tire back on my rim after I had it welded.. they refused to do it because my tire had gone flat before when my rim was cracked. Had to bring it to 24 hour pit stop to have it done. This place is way over priced and there stickers may look cool and all that but they dont have very good service!

I've been doing business with these guys for over 15 years. Brady has decades of experience and I'm always impressed at the amount of knowledge he has when it comes to this stuff.

The sales person was professional in telling me what I wanted. And the lady that was there when I brought it in the next day was a big help and they took it to the back right then and started working on it. And very reasonably priced . I will be back there in the future.

This place let someone call in my debit card number, purchase a tire over the phone, then when the man went in to pick up the tire they never asked for the card or his ID and they are NO CAMERAS at this place...the bank quickly fixed the problem so I have my money back & the place took a loss. They need to protect their customers better.

Great place...If they don't have it they will try to find it for you and they also will assemble for a small fee. They have a small waiting room in the back with tv to wait for you masterpiece to be assembled.

I used them to put tint on my car 10 years ago. I did have a problem with a few windows and brought my car back and they fixed it no problem.

I payed 550 to put 4 new shocks and they didnt even bother tightening the nut on top of the shock. NEVER having my business again!

Brought my truck there to replace the whole front end . when I went to pick it up after they finished I had no brakes then they put a part on backwards.
