They have no one answering the phones I ve called 6 times today about my vehicle and I stay out of town so it s really inconvenient

Iwas traveling wheny alternator went bad. It was a Sunday and it was me my sister and our 2 large dogs. I went to AutoZone to get a new alternator and then checked the internet for a garage. I ce upon super tech automotive in lake Charles Louisiana and I. So glad I did!!! They gave me an appointment and a quote for the next morning. When I arrived Chris took my vehicle in right away he had the alternator out in about 5 minutes but Auto zone had given me the wrong part. Frustrated I wanted to cry but Chris contacted auto zone and they brought over the correct part to the shop!! About 15 min later he was done and I was back on the road!!!He was super nice and made what could have been an aweful experience souch better!!Thank you soon much!!!

I was from out of town when an ABC hose went out on my Mercedes SL550. Luckily, I found Super Tech Automotive and Chris. Chris replaced the hose and got me back on the road the next day. I am very grateful.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

This place is good. They are honest hard working guys. Whoever owns this shop is top notch. Very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust with a high end vehicle cause most think you have tons of money to spend, but this guy i trust and will continue to go back here.

couldn t get in touch with anyone, my car smelled like cigarettes and the receptionist was incredibly rude and not helpful. took it somewhere else after two weeks. go somewhere else.

I believe that the owner is a good mechanic but he has NO BUSINESS running a business. They don't answer the phone, they don't return messages, they don't order parts like they agree.....basically they don't have a customer service focus. Save yourself the hassle!

Great place they helped me and fixed my car up and had me running back to normal in no time awesome staff and great workers I recommend this place to any and everybody in the surrounding areas
