I was extremely pleased with the entire team at Service Tire Pros. Store Manager was honest and open about pricing on repairs and assured me he would let me know of the cost of the repairs that needed to be done. What impressed me even more was over hearing discussions of repairs to 2 different women customers, where questions were asked about certain services that weren t needed on the vehicles. Instead of selling them something they didn t need, they were honest with them and told them it wasn t necessary. Also I spoke in the shop with the mechanics and they were all very polite and answered all my questions without hesitation. Hope everyone at Service Tire Pros Moss Bluff knows they made my day better because I made the mistake of going to a big corporate shop first and they try to get over on me by hundreds of dollars more! I will be bringing my business back to Service Tire Pros Moss Bluff in the future and anybody else I know that needs their car repaired!

Professional and courteous staff. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The big plus for me was that they didn t try to over sell me on stuff I didn t come in for. I got an oil change. They asked if I wanted to change my air filter and I said no thank you. That was the end of that. Great experience for me.

These fine gents helped the wife out with a flat tire, ordered a new and installed it as soon as they had it. Very friendly service, price was good. Marvin and Cameron are straight shooters, NO B.S. I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

Always a great experience here. I started using this shop several years ago and they impressed me from day 1. The customer service is top notch and they have a welcoming atmosphere. I have never had one issue when I have used their service. They do rise above other shops in the fact that they actually treat people like family, at least that the feeling I get whenever I m in there.Keep up the great work and I hope they never change their values, service, and attitude to their customers.

They are like family! I prefer their services over anybody else! I been here twice since moving here from Michigan. They just serviced my truck and found issues that they immediately corrected for us before we hit the road back north for the holidays. Great customer service and fast service! Thank you all!!!

They were really busy, with hardly a place to park on the lot, but somehow they managed to fit me in a more than reasonable amount of time. It was great that they had the tire I needed in stock. They have a nice waiting room as a bonus.

Time and time again this company has proven themselves trustworthy and honest. If something doesn t need to be fixed- they don t do it. When they make a repair, it s done right and they stand by it. All around best service and best prices on tires also!

Horrible service!!! A waste of time and money! I had my brakes and rotors replaced for over 600 bucks and my vehicle still made noise. I took it back for service and the technician installed them in wrong. They replaced the pads but not my damaged rotors.

Following Hurricanes Laura and Delta, this shop was contacted through my previous company for maintenance on company vehicles. After our first company vehicle was picked up from this shop, my company was informed this shop had enough space to work on personal vehicles.Dropped my vehicle off, informed owner (Robert Landry) and mechanic (Marvin) that the car sat for 7 years. I wanted the gas tank removed and cleaned, the entire fuel system cleaned out and fuel pump replaced. This is literally written on the 1st work order. Mechanic (Marvin) informed me this would be done and he would contact me.This started a 2+ year adventure wherein multiple fuel pumps were purchased, specifically not the one I requested and paid for. Marvin was of the opinion that all fuel pumps were the same and repeatedly purchased fuel pumps from local O'reilly. Each time this was done, I was told the car ran great. Upon leaving this shop, my vehicle made it anywhere from 20 feet to 1 mile down the road before the incorrect fuel pump failed and my car needed to be pushed or towed back to this shop for a replacement. After the 3rd fuel pump replacement, upon picking up my vehicle, Marvin accidentally let it slip that "I did not remove the gas tank or clean the fuel system, I ran seafoam through the engine and let the vehicle idle for 25 minutes." When he noticed I heard this, he backpedaled and went back into the shop very quickly. I pointed out that violates our written contract. Front desk employee informed me that the OEM fuel pump that I specified to be ordered from the manufacturer in Japan was 3 feet away in a box untouched and had been sitting there for over a month. Meaning the last 2 replacement fuel pumps were not needed, the written contract was knowingly breached and fraud was committed when I was charged for a part that wasn't installed. One of the vehicles this shop worked on was an early 2000s Ford F250. It was in the shop for suspension, steering, and maintenance. After 2 days of having this truck back the Ford F250 suffered a transmission failure nearly slamming into a row of trees and barricades and almost causing my coworker and I serious injury. It was discovered that the suspension and steering were missing parts and were not correctly checked or replaced before this shop returned the vehicle to us as well as having low transmission fluid which this shop did not check. It took my former company management, insurance, and 4 tows from my company to this location for that to be resolved. Due to negligence the company truck had to be scrapped.I began looking for a second opinion, thinking that it is not common to have more then 1 part fail. I contacted a Toyota dealership. In less than 2 days, Toyota discovered the entire engine was gummed up and needed to be cleaned out before anything else could be done. It was also discovered that while my vehicle was at Service Tire Pro, the battery was drained and needed to be jumped. When this was done, it was done incorrectly and fried the ECU in my vehicle. That bill was in excess of $1200, not including the ecu repair, around $550 for towing throughout this ordeal and a job loss. The previous owner of the shop (Robert Landry) did not catch onto this until I spoke with him. Mr. Landry agreed to make the situation right (I dropped off paperwork from the Toyota dealership on 4 separate occasions.) Mr. Landry called and pretended to write me a check, which never showed up.The new owner was not made aware of this until much later. Mr. Barnes refunded the fraudulent 4th fuel pump charge. I was recently informed by Marvin that I refused work. Marvin failed to notice the form he read this off of was the bill I delivered from Toyota. Marvin also stated that as a salesman he knows more about mechanics than any Toyota master mechanic in the country.Do not let Marvin anywhere near your vehicle. To be clear, mine and my former company's issues were caused by Robert Landry and Marvin Lineberry. Mr Barnes was not involved.

Service Tire is not cheap but their work is excellent. My wife's van now rides smoother and straighter than ever before for the 4 years we've owned it. Service tire balanced all four wheels and aligned the front and rear wheels, also, which no other service store has ever done. The car sounds quieter inside than ever before.
