I had an awesome experience getting my rims and tires yesterday. The staff was so helpful in helping me pick out rims for my car. All the employees were really professional. They explained to me how to clean my rims as well as how to properly take care of them so that I m not cracking the rims or busting a tire. They even have a 6 month same as cash financing option that has roadside assistance and it s affordable. Awesome business, and Lonnie is a really great salesman!!!!

Had a great experience for my 1st time purchasing 4 new tires. Called, talked to Justin , 1 hour and a half later left with 4 new tires with warranty. The warranty and convenience is worth the extra money when your strapped for time .

Very friendly staff and great service. Amanda was my sales representative and she did an amazing job. They have multiple financing options and the tires came with free rotation and road hazard. I recommend giving RNR a try, you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Lonnie was great. Got my husband exactly what he wanted and at a fair price. Everyone in the shop was polite and professional. It definitely helped that we were able to laugh and cut up with the staff as well.

Would not recommend. I did monthly payments for my tires and am getting screwed over because of it. My total was around $1,500, and my payments were right at $230 a month NO INTEREST for 6 months. I ve paid a little over $1,100 and am told I still owe about $600! I should only owe a little over $400. Apparently they add on extra fees that are not included in your total, but they make it seem like the total cost that they highlight when doing your paperwork is all you pay. Will not be doing business here anymore.

Although the staff is nice and helpful. The way this payment stuff works is not clear! So every time I made a payment. I d get told the pay off amount. Last time I called I was told what my pay off was, so I call to pay it off and I get told now I have to pay tax and the that was $19!! So why do you make payments and never taxes but when you do a pay off that is added to it! Makes zero sense!!! I m so mad cause now I m short money to go see my doctor in Houston. Like I will have to be extremely desperate to get tires with them again! I m so aggravated! I m sure someone will comment apologizing. But it won t fixed the price gouging. I paid almost $1000 dollars for tires that I could have gotten at Walmart for $400. Ridiculous!!

Very cool I've bought tires in Joplin Missouri through R&R so kind of expected to be the same but to anyone that doesn't and wants to get new or like new tires it's a great way I'm about done with paying on mine

We just bought a set of tires from RnR yesterday. Justin and Lonnie both are so friendly and helpful. Justin made sure we knew the price of everything. We were given the choice to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If not for RnR Tires we would never have been able to afford new tires for our truck.The staff who worked on our truck did an amazing job. The balance and alignment seem to be spot on. I would recommend RnR to anyone!!

I went in just to get a quote for new tires and rims ended up walking out with brand new tires and rimsThe manager Justin was really nice and very knowledgeable. Never hesitate to answer any questions I had and made sure I didn t leave without what I wanted. The region manager Shane was very nice as well.

EXCELLENT customer service, this includes everyone. They stayed open late to help with my tire issues. Ran into a problem or two with my old tires and they rushed to correct it.

If i could give zero stars i would this place is a ripoff and never stand by their word.We had a warranty through Beaumont store but live in Lake Charles area. Wife had a nail in tire she went to get it fixed and was told they couldn't fix it because the warranty was no good because it was a year however. We only put 12000 miles on these Yokohama tires .They told her she needed to purchase a new set of tiresI bought the Yokohama in beaumont for 1200 she got nexen tires in lake charles for 1357 same as cash in 6mosI made a 200 payment then 1000 paymentCalled to get payoff and was told 474.Im not the smartest person but if i paid 1200 pay off should be 157 but maybe i can do math . while on the phone i told the young man i would pay on the 14thAround 6pm today i get a text stating my lease was expired due to non paymentThey close at 6pm so i called and a lady answered i told her bout the text and she stated i was paid up on the principle to feb 2024 but i hadnt paid the warranty and roadside fees. I was told i could pay 60 to carry it to February or pay 17 to get it current so i told her to charge the 17 on top a bi weekly payment 190 .I asked the lady what is the new payoffShe stated 301.So the guy said 474 i paid her 190 she said 301 lets do math474-190 =284 but the new payoff is 301.This is crazy.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are very friendly greeting you as soon as you walk through the door. They didn t have the size tires I needed but went out the way to make sure I didn t have to leave on the bad tire I drove there on by calling one of their other locations. This is what I call good service because they really did not have to do that they could have just ordered the tires and told me to wait until the shipment came in instead the guy (Justin) said we can meet someone halfway from Lafayette to get you some. I say if you need tires people this is the place to go with.

Customer service was phenomenal! Quick and easy process. Lonnie was great at thoroughly explaining everything to me. He was patient and answered all the questions I had! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the tire technician put way to much pressure in my tires and I am missing a valve cap. Other than that, my experience with the team there was great!

I would like to thank mr. Lonnie at R&R tires in Lake Charles Louisiana for his hard work and dedication to his customers. Mr. Lonnie had a great attitude from start to finish, he made sure that I was comfortable with the sale of my tires before I actually agreed with it all. Mr. Lonnie was very patient in me making my decision. He wore a smile the entire process of the sale, even though it was close to closing time mr Lonnie was still patient with me. I was referred to RNR tires by my son and daughter.I very impressed by the people they friendly and helpful gave me a price in minutes and had me in the shop as soon as possible. Then when they were finished with my truck brought my keys to me shook my hand and thanked me for my business.

Pls do not spend a dime with this company. They lie, aren't properly trained and does not give accurate or correct information until it's too late. They are grimmy and you should not trust them!!!!!!
