Ordered my tires one day and got them in and on next day. Patiently and professionally got me quotes on multiple tires. I knew the total price upfront and was not disappointed with the fast friendly service. This is the 2nd vehicle they've put full set of tires on for me and I will be back for another.

I called and told them what I needed. They were able to take me right away(luckily). I got a new battery and installed for a reasonable price. And the employees are professional and efficient.

They staff was excellent great service. I m from Brooklyn, NY and it was true southern hospitality like no other. My tire was change faster than I thought the place was nice even had cold water and ESPN on so I will be back with family if we need tires. This is the place to go. Simply amazing

Professional service and staff. Young man said tire tread was bad and could cause blowout on interstate. Pumpelly repaired it promptly.

Was in a bind as I'd blown out a tire. Went in & Jon Wright helped me out immediately. Purchased 4 new tires per his recommendation. He overnighted a set & I went in the next day to have them mounted. Great service.

Pumpelly s was truly a Christmas miracle for us. We are from Arizona traveling across the country to be with family in Florida when we came across a major tire issue with our brand new Audi and found ourselves broken down near Lake Charles. Because of Audi s strict rules with what types of tires could be used, our options were super limited and without Pumpelly s, we would ve been stranded in Lake Charles for a week and missed Christmas with our family. They called around and did their research and did EVERYTHING they could to help us get out of there!! Ordered the tires for us that day and gave us places to go while we waited for the tires to arrive. The gentlemen that worked there were BEYOND nice and friendly. When the tires were delivered, they put multiple mechanics on our car to get us out of there as soon as possible. We were so lucky to have found Pumpelly s. Thank you for everything you did!!

Arrived to get an oil change, rotate tires and alignment. The tech noticed my tires treads were worn and other minor issues, they told me about it offered reasonably priced tires and warranty. I recommend Pumpelly to everyone, give them a try you won't regret it.

Brought truck in to have tires changed they used a impact and stripped out/bent my lock lug nut key then refused to make it right

Poor customer service. We came in seeking information about a rim that was sold with a spline drive lock but no key. He came out and looked but was unhelpful. Didn't seem interested in helping and could offer no advice as they did at Firestone.S. First and last time customer.In response to the owner:Sadly, this is not true. Not at any time, have I been made aware of any dangers arising from breaking the lock... Which wasn't even truly a lock... But a particular housing that required a certain attachment that was purchased at J & J Audio.At any rate, I have been in customer service for decades and I understand that some customers are unappreciated--even unwanted, whether we like to discuss it or not. It's all water under the bridge now and our family will remain where we have been appreciated.I thank you for your time.

Very helpful and polite and solved my problem and gave me some advice on my next problem that needs fixing so kind of them to do that. Jon took care of my vehicles in the past and I am glad I found where he had move to.

I used to go to Pumpelly's Tire years ago when I first owned a car and I was always happy and satisfied when I did service with them. It's been over 30 years since I've used them again and my experience was even better. They are quick with their service and and their tires are off great quality. I was so happy with the way my car drove on the highway. I will definately make them my favorite tire place.

Excellent customer service! Took my car right away and installed the exact tire to match my other tires same day since my tire was a particular one (they had to get it in from another facility), but they had it all done same day since I was traveling. Very honest and helpful people!

Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this business. I was even recognized from my prior visit with them. I was asked about the trip I went on (which less the reason I was there. I needed new tires and an oil change before I drove to Florida) and the manager/owner (not sure what his job title) recognized me and we had a great convo. I will always return my tire needs etc. to Pumpelly s. They take care of their customers with exceptional hospitality!

I paid $415 for a brake job, then found out I coukd have had it done for $180 at another place. Also they charged me a fee for using a debit card. Not acceptable.Will not be back.

Excellent customer service. They had me in and out within 30ish minutes on Friday morning, to patch my tire, and everyone was very kind. I will absolutely be back when I need new tires.

Needed a tire fast and Pumpelly, specifically Mr. Ben, came through for me. Service was fast and efficient. The waiting area was also really nice. I was able to sit have coffee and finish my work day at one of there stations in the waiting area. I will definitely return for all of my future tire needs.

Only tire place I ll ever use. I have to special order my tires and they found me a great deal and had new tires for me shipped in less than 48 hours later.Been going to them for all of my personal and work vehicles tires and oil changes for the last 7+ years.

Went to bring my fiancees' car in for service. Got there early. Waited approximately 35-40 minutes until they opened. Website said they do service on check engine lights. I told this to the salesman, only to be passed on to another like a cheap cigar and I had to wait on him when he was with a few customers. Only to be told they don't do that kind of work, that I would have to bring it to the dealership. And the service is clearly stated on their website. So I wasted over an hour I could have been somewhere else. I have brought my fiancee vehicle for service before. I can promise you that this is the last time I will ever do business with Pumpelly's.
