I ve been getting my audio done here for years and most recently on my F150 and had subs and an amp installed. I had an issue with my subs shorting out. The owner came right out and resolved my issue. I was done within 20 minutes of my arrival.

Bought a lot from here (tint, bed cover, mud flaps, floor mats, and sound system) but never left a review; had an issue with installation I never noticed and after 9 months they took it back and fixed no questions asked. Had to come leave a review for customer service. Thanks guys.

I brought my buddies truck in here 3 different times for a bug guard. He wasn't able to because he works long hours. The first time, they didn't order the right one. So we ordered the new one. I bring it back and they installed the first one. Drilling holes an a brand new Chevrolet Zx2 mind you. I had them remove it and it had already scratched the truck then they tell me the new one won't be here until Monday. So I bring it back on the following Monday. No apology or anything. They also installed his speaker system sloppily running wires exposed and all. They drilled holes in the floor for the anchor straps with self tapping screws on that as well. All around bad experience. Take your truck somewhere else. I had heard good things about this place but I'm here to tell you don't. Unless you like sloppy workmanship and poor customer service.

Great customer service with quality products. Brooke took the time to explain the capacity of various speakers, amps, and subs to me in a way that my non-tech savvy self could understand. Very happy with the new sound system.

Highly recommended. I experienced an issue after installation of product and my concerns were 100% addressed resulting in a satisfactory conclusion. Not being from the area always makes you wonder about credibility and customer service, but the level of support from Pro Tech Audio was second to none. Without going into a lot of detail, I'll just state they owned the problem I experienced and demonstrated their commitment to customer service. If there were 6 stars available, they would get it. I will shop with them for any future products I may want.

By far best audio place around. They know what they are doing for sure. The owner is very nice and took the time and explained everything to me so i understood it perfectly. This is not my first time coming here. Only place i will ever go. Honest and cares about their customers. I am very happy with all the work they have done to my vehicles over the years. Bought a new gmc Denali and wanted it tinted immediately and they got it done within hours of me driving off the sales lot. Good neighbors to have as they help me out alot. Keep up the great work guys and see you soon neighbor!!!:-)

Mark, Tim and the installers are all Great Guys that provide Excellent Customer Service. In my opinion they are the best in town. I have been involved in car audio for 25 years and have been managing automobile dealership service departments for 17. They also have been installing tint and leather for us over 10 years and NEVER a problem that wasn't quickly resolved.

I have dealt with this company for years and they make you feel like that you are a family member. the courtesy is warm and the employees do their best to make you feel at home. there's a guy named Tim there and he is the most humorous and soft centered guy I've ever met. price is the best and this place is only facility who really pride themselves on a returning customer base.

Just had the windows tinted on my new vehicle and I m very pleased with their work. The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are affordable and workmanship was excellent!

I bought a truck from a dealership and had red seats installed by Protech. Every single time they were suppose to call me back with information they never did. I have everything documented from A-Z. So finally they got my seats fixed properly. About a year or so later I had a warranty question and it s been about 9 months & I m still waiting on them to return my call. I didn t call back because every time in past they said they were just about to call me. If I didn t follow up, I would have been forgotten about & this last run in proves it. Bad customer service. I would never go here again!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! OR BETTER YET SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!Purchased a car audio system amongst other things. I asked for the hardest hitting 2 speakers they had with the amp to match.I ended up with an undersized amp and 2 of the worst sounding speakers they had, which of course did not hit hard at all.Less than 24 hours later I requested refund/exchange for just the speaker box with the two speakers in it. I was told that because it was an install there are no returns.The speaker box and speakers were all preassembled from the factory. So basically they took 60 seconds to set a box in the back of my truck and called it and install, and also the reason why I couldn't get an exchange or refund.I even offered to pay the restocking fee if that was possible and was rejected.I've been to pawn shops that sell used tools and equipment that came with some sort of warranty or return policy.I never waste my time with reviews but felt the general public needed a heads up on this one.If you do decide to shop here, good luck!?!!??!!

I have had this company add auto locks, alarm system, and a kick ass DVD Touch Stereo. They warranty all their work and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will always go to them to have any quality work that I don't have to worry about.

Just got my 2007 Chevy Tahoe's speakers replaced at Pro-Tech. Best experience in town, best prices, best service. Fast install, friendly service and the best value for your money. I will come back soon for window tint.

Yesterday I dropped my new car off to get the windows tinted, this was my first time using Pro Tech Audio and after talking with Tim (he is really nice) and chatting about a few ideas about the tint I left feeling excited and a little nervous. After a few hours, I went back to get my car, it was sitting at the front of the shop looking like a show car! To say I was over the moon would be an understatement! Tim and his team did an amazing job on my car! It was beautiful work and not a thing out of place in my car, not a drop of water or product on my doors, seats or dash! Amazing job to the whole team at Pro Tech Audio thank you all so much I couldn't be happier.

Tried to get a radio replacement, they told me they had to order a kit for it and would let me know the ETA. Never called me so i call them and they tell me they ll call me right back, never did. and ever since then i ve had to call multiple times. 5+ times. and not once have i gotten a call back. It s been almost 2 months since i went in the initial time. Ridiculous lol.

Went and had some illegal window tint removed, the young lady behind the counter was very Polite and they got me in when they said they would. They removed old tint and put on legal tint in very good time.

Very good at what they do. Not a single issue that wasn't addressed to customers before doing work. They treat you like family. Definitely a good place to put your money if you want to keep the local business owners around.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Their bed liners are not done correctly at all mine has peeled, torn, and when they so called fixed it, it did it again with in a month. They never call you back, never follow up or follow through with any of their promises.

Ive spent thousands with protech but my last two experiences were horrible. They quoted me higher prices than the equipment actually cost and after doing research they are very overpriced. Some of the techs dont know the skill that they are tryin to make a living at because they caused my dash lights to stop working. Think twice about doing business with pro tech....they dont deserve one star

I brought my 2005 F250 to them for new seat leather from Katzkin, there were a few issues with the install, but they made good on all issues and correct them as fast as possible. The console in this 05 is out of an 08 and required a special order that Katzkin screwed up. But Mark and Tim got the righ piece of leather for it and all is good. But the guy who really deserves all of the credit is the young man who is ripping out all of these interiors and putting them back in, no way this can be easy with all of the makes and models of vehicles out there. I have two 05 F250's and when the time comes to get the second truck done I will bring it back to them.

Bought a new Kenwood stereo and installed it in my truck. Amazingly fast service and I love the new system. They even walked me out and helped setup the bluetooth with my phone. Will definitely do business with them again.

My husband and I have always used pro Tech for all our accessories for all our vehicles over the last 15 years you couldn't ask 4 nicer people and it's a real nice quiet spot to wait for your vehicle when they're installing your accessories

Extremely helpful with a diagnosis, fixed it and also installed the opposite side speaker. Very fast and no appointment was needed. Will definitely be going back for the rest of my system.
