The guys changed a seal on the rear end, didn't get the drain plug sealed, leaked all the fluid, now won't take responsibility for the damages. Fair warning, avoid this shade tree mechanic shop.

We are traveling home from FL to TX, with a horse trailer and noticed something wrong with our brakes. My husband called since we would get there right at closing. They stayed for us, fixed the brakes and had us back on the road shortly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If your looking for great service with a unbeatable price... this is the place. Friendly people and will take care of every need like your family. It took a hour from the time i arrived to the time i left to remove 4 tires and replace with new tires. Mount, balanced and even cleaned my rims. Hands down... best around.

Used there Uhaul service to rent a tow dolly. I called earlier in the day to see if we could pick it up early. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and when we got to the store he helped us again. Easiest rental we have ever had.

Brian and his team gave my husband and I amazing service! When they say customer satisfaction, it s what they do. Brian has always taken good care of me, and I ve been going to him for a long time. If you want to be a valued customer and not just another number, bring your business here. Don t just be a number down the road somewhere else.

This was on Monday 7/5- We were in Lake Charles visiting from Texas, and we picked up a nail in our tire while in town. Every other tire place in LC had a six hour wait for us to be squeezed in- time that we really didn t have. We just happened to be on Prien Lake Rd driving to our last hope shop (so we thought) and it happened to be this place s grand opening! We got in with no wait at all, and they repaired our tire in under 40 minutes. They were friendly and the shop was immaculate! Go see them for your needs- they are the new shop on the block!Service: Tires

Prien Lake Care Care Center is a top notch auto care facility. Brian and Rebecca were awesome to work with. Best shop experience I've had in Lake Charles. Went out of their way to help me out when most other shops wouldn't even work on my car. The guys here are amazing and great mechanics. Extremely transparent and just all around awesome. I'd HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are it!! So professional...Lowest priced place and so professional...My new tires and my brakes were put on and my truck was driven to me.. Every time I come to Firestone the staff greets me immediately in a friendly manner, their prices are reasonable and they are very helpful. Awesome service- very accommodating and considerate. We were traveling from out of town and got a nail in our tire. They had our exact tire and replaced it in no time! The manager on duty was also very helpful. :)

I received Amazing!!! service from Brian and the other workers! Not only polite but they got the job done in a timely manner and notified me on everything that was going on. They did not overcharge me anything and you can tell therehearts are in the jobs that they do! Very friendly people and highly highly recommend. very satisfied.Service: Air conditioning

We were traveling from New Orleans back home to Houston and ended up with a flat tire. Thankfully these guys were open on Sunday and replaced our tire and got us back on the road fast. Awesome service and super nice guys.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was in the process of moving from south Texas to Atlantic Florida and I broke down near this shop. The stopped at no end to get me back on the road. Despite short notice and a hectic situation, they continued to keep me informed and worked vigorously to fix the issues. The workers and management were incredible and o can t suggest them enough.

It s nice knowing you can still find good service in Lake Charles . I can t say enough good things about this place . Friendly , professional and very efficient . I don t trust many people working on my Lincoln MKX . I m glad I decided to use this place . They changed out the a/c cooling fan and changed my oil and I was back on the road within a few hours . These guys are my new go to mechanics ! Lake Charles needed this place ! A*A*A*A*A*Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Came in the other day they told what was wrong with the vehicle the good thing they did look at free charger and let me know what wrong with it i was able to talk to Mr Brian about the vehicle he one of the owners of this store after all this i was going to give store a one star but after talk with this man ill take back the one star and give a five star he really want ever one there to be happy and keep his place going threw the times so if you stop by there store and give them a chance to work on your vehicle
