I ve been here twice in the past month to pick up some spark plugs & coil packs. I ve encountered three separate employees that have ALL given me their full attention, expertise and time. This staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I will always take my business to O Reilly on Nelson for the things I can fix up myself! Thanks for all the help!

If you bring them your battery and ask them to charge/test it and leave your number they will not call you with the results or even write the results on the ticket on the battery and they will just give you a bad battery with a faulty charge.Thankfully I asked the nice lady who gave me the battery about it and she retested it for me and confirmed it is a bad battery (just before I was about to walk out of the door with it)

The most helpful place ever. Love these people I have been stranded in Leesville and they went out of their way to help. In lake Charles and out of town. I love the hole group

If I m not mistaking it was Mr.Tommy that helped me out today I do apologize I m not good with names but this man had me on the phone for at least 35 seconds had my part orders from Houston and done! Very professional 10/10 would recommend

I was having trouble with my vehicle and I went in to o'reillys on Nelson road and met my hero! Mr. Shannon helped me from start to finish with my vehicle and solved my problem. I'm a single mother and didn't have anybody to turn to but Mr. Shannon took care of me like I was family!! I would recommend this store and I would definitely recommend Mr. Shannon because he is very informative, courteous, and kind. He explained everything that was wrong with my car and I actually understood what he was saying. When I left I no longer had any issues with my vehicle. O'reillys needs more people like Mr. Shannon. Thank you sir!!

Quick and easy to find what you need through their website and choosing the store you're at or planning to visit. Sure online prices are better for a lot of what's sold here but nothing beats getting what you need on the spot.

I went in for windshield wipers and the gentleman was able to help me find the right fit and give me options from prices after the purchase they even ckme out and install the wipers for you!

I prefer Oreilly over Advanced or Autozone. My favorite is the Nelson Rd. location
