Satisfied beyond all expectations! The crew (especially Mrs. Jessica & Mrs. Leslie) are the friendliest people around! These guys fixed my windshield repair up lightening fast and they even offered to get my inspection done as well for a one stop shop! Their prices are super affordable making them THE go to shop for windshield repair or replacement! I was going to get my state inspection for my car today originally at Firestone. I found out that they did not do inspections and was referred to novus glass. Mind you, I had never gone to novus glass before so I have no idea where I m supposed to park my car nor where to start except find out at the front desk. I walked into the office but no one was there, so I walked outside to find someone in the garages. One lady was in the right garage and I got her attention by asking excuse me. She approaches me and pretty much talks to me in a rude manner about where I should park my car and what I should have ready. Initially I was taken aback with her attitude because I didn t think it was rude to ask what I m supposed to do because I had never gone here before for a state inspection (there also isn t any signs that I was aware of pulling into the parking lot). Anyway, I pull up behind another car waiting for inspection on the side of the building and when the lady got to me, she still had a rude attitude. I m not sure if I caught her on a bad day or if she just didn t want to be there, but I didn t have one article of paper that I needed to do the inspection, luckily. After that interaction, even if I did have all of the papers I needed, I knew I definitely was not going to get my state inspection at this place. I know I never got past the first person I talked to, but that definitely made me want to steer away from this place.

The people were friendly and helpful fixing our 2 nicks in the windshield. We stopped by to get info but a lady was at our car offering help before I could get out of car. Good work and nice people. If need work, go here.

Went for a state inspection and met the owner. So charming, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They also fix any type of auto glass including rear view mirrors. Will definitely return.

Awesome Girls in the front!! Dropped my truck off this morning to get my mirror glued back on and get inspected. Said I would be back in afternoon to pick it up. They just called and said it was ready, its before lunch!! and its only $30.
