Went in with great negativity thinking I was about to be turned around again. Matt was stayed in contact and stayed positive throughout the whole process. He was genuine honest and gave us pure comfortability that everything will work out for the best. With his help we were able to drive off the lot with a new car fit for our family. Thank you to everyone at Nissan, especially Matt for being there and helping us so graciously throughout this process.

My issue is the dishonesty and opaque explanations for the vehicle and payments that are supposed to happen. Mr. Todd Williams who talked me up a storm and promised this and that only for me to be led to ANOTHER vehicle and the payment explanation took FIVE (5) hours of our time. Wasted my time only to be told an exuberant price for a car that was clearly used and had over 50K miles already. What a joke. They fill you with this false sense. I even went out of my way to pay for insurance on a vehicle that wasn t even possible for me to own. How disappointing. Just run my credit and tell me no instead of building my hopes up just for it all to come crashing down. Horrible experience. If I was told payments after maybe an HOUR of waiting, I wouldn t be so upset. But making me wait so long on a day where I have to work. It stings. Worst car experience I ve ever had.

The first car that I looked at was my dream car. Matt was really nice and helpful (my salesman). They really worked with me and my finances. They let me bring my down payment after taking the car home. They trusted me. It was a quick and painless process.

I am beyond happy with my 2024 Nissan frontier. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted when we started shopping. Our salesman (Terry Kuykendall) was so awesome and helpful. We took up most of his day looking and he never once seemed to mind. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. Everyone at the Lake Charles dealership treated us extremely kind. We would definitely recommend the dealership and especially Terry Kuykendall

All members were knowledgeable, hospitable, friendly, and encouraging during my visit from the moment I contacted them about wanting to look at a vehicle to the moment I signed for my new car and even after Clayton checked up on me and asked how I was liking the vehicle. Went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They refused to rotate them because they said they were wore out. Well, they are almost new. This is just the second rotation. But they sure said they would sell me a new set for $1,000. After we refused to buy them. They came back and said we had an oil leak. Well I didn t have oil leak before. Come to find out. The O ring from the previous filter was still on the car. So when putting on the new filter which comes with it own O ring, it caused it to leak oil. So an hour and a half later. We finally got the car back

I have been looking for cars over the last couple of months. The experience has been horrible from overly aggressive sales people, to where ones didn't care; until I called Nissan & spoke to Kaytom. He asked what i was looking for I told him the different vehicles I was interested in. When i arrived he had the cars lined up & a few he thought i might like. His energy was so awesome. We test drove a few vehicles. I knew i was buying a new car from Nissan. He really listened & also educated me on the different options. They also gave me the best interest rate compared to my credit union. They made it easy to buy a car. Kaytom also picked me up & showed me all the features that my new car had. I will forever be part of the Nissan family. This was the best experience ever.

I was not looking forward to the car buying process at all. After researching the models I was interested in, I went in to test drive a Nissan Pathfinder after work on a Friday. Matt Lawrence met with me and he and I went for a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. The next day which was a Saturday, I text Matt to see if he was working because my husband and I were going to test drive together. He was not working but went to the dealership anyway to test drive with us. We drove away that day with the Pathfinder that we wanted. Matt was great to work with and made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. It will more than likely be a long time before we purchase another vehicle but I will certainly go see Matt again when the time comes!

Found the exact vehicle/package combination on the Nissan website. I stopped in at Navarre Nissan and spoke with Clayton who assured me that he could get me exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price. I had several conditions that needed to be met such as the amount given on the trade-in, the final sticker price and color of the exact vehicle I wanted. Clayton and his manager located the vehicle I wanted from a dealership in Texas and met my conditions on trade-in and sticker price with very pleasant negotiations. They made the car buying process very easy. When I stopped in the dealership initially, I really did not think they would be able to do what I needed to be done I was surprised Very happily surprised!

I realize that the service department is first come, first serve, but a shorter wait time would enhance the experience. My wait wasn t horrible, but I was there about 1.5 hours for my first oil change and a tire patch.

Ok I came there for a an oil change and to get my light bulb change when I got there they said the light bulb I had wasn t the right one so I told them to replace it with one they have at the dealership comes to find out they didn t have one available.And I was told by the service lady that they had to go down the street to get one so after installing the bulb I went to check out the service department ended up charging me for a bulb that they got from NAPA and charge me an upmarket price when they only paid 10-15 dollars for the bulb they got from Napa and charged me $35 for the bulb.And when I asked for the receipt I was told they couldn t give it to me which didn t make since if I paid for the bulb

Had the best experience I ve ever had buying a car . Destiny from the get go on the phone was so nice and knowledgeable and then meeting her personally she was so up front with every detail . We had finance already set but she suggested we let them try and beat our interest and sure enough they did WOW :) then after our amazing time with her she took us to the financing department we re Chauncey blow our minds how quick the financial process was he was super nice and friendly and total knows what he s doing I think we were in and out of his department in about 20 fasted time ever . Then Destiny had a family engagement which for me matters family time is always important but before she left she made sure she introduced us to Wyatt who took care of us showing us the cars features .SUPER NICE experience will definitely recommend this car dealership:)

My sales person, Destiney Sigler was very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth and stress free. The sales manager Buck even took the time to thank and congratulate us on the purchase. Amy in finance who handled all the paperwork was prompt and professional and personal and made sure we where certain and understood everything. Service takes at least an hour for a simple oil change regardless of if you re the only customer present. The constant bombardment to give a review only pushes you to give a poor one. If it wasnt for the fact I need to have service done here in order to not void my warranty, i would never come back to this bc service department

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue sv from Todd Williams. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Todd and Buck Duplechin made me feel like family.
