Stopped by to check out a Hyundai Tucson, ended up buying a New Santa Fe. Heath Kite made our purchase pretty easy and they have me the deal I was looking for. He made sure we got a fair value for our trade in and got all the perks. We recommend Navarre Hyundai to everyone we talk to. Great experience!

Awesome place, loved doing business with them!I went looking at cars, not actually expecting to buy anything, and in the parking lot was the car of my dreams!I went in to talk to the sales associate, Heath, and ended up purchasing the car. Not only did they make this process so simple and easy but they even helped me look into different coverage plans to find the perfect rate for me.I ve had the car for a year now and they still provide AMAZING service. Oil change, windshield wipers, tires rotated, it s all covered under the warranty and all I do is sit there!Overall thrilled, made buying my first car such a great experience!

I went to purchase a new car at Navarre Hyundai, and I must say that even though I did not end up buying a car, the salesman, Jay Santana was extremely professional and personable. I never felt pressured and he was very honest, which is extremely important to me when making such a big decision. I ve purchased new cars from at least 12 different dealerships throughout my lifetime, and this young man was hands down the best salesman I ve ever dealt with. If you plan on buying a car from Navarre, I highly recommend that you ask for Mr. Santana.

Mr. Banks and Heath made purchasing a vehicle a fast, pleasurable experience from beginning to end. When I called, Heath took the call and squeezed us right in to accommodate our schedule, (even though it meant rearranging his own schedule on the spot). They made us feel at home and stress free and I would not only recommend them but will return to use them in the future.

Everything seems to be timed perfectly, I pulled right in and the crew went to work changing the oil and checking the filters and fluid levels. They pressured up the tires without me asking. Thumbs up on this visit.

Just spoke with Tramia Joseph in parts. She was so awesome in communication. I drove all the way to Lafayette from Sulphur to get a recall on my vehicle. When I arrived my parts was not ordered. Now I have to find another sub to replace me on a day I could have been working. When I called Navarre in Lake Charles. Tramia Joseph took all od my information and ordered the p a rts . Then she informed me when the parts arrive she will call to schedule. That is howna dealership works. Thank you Tramia Joseph.

My salesperson was Matt Silva, he greeted me with open arms immediately! I told him what I wanted in a car and what I needed and he helped me with the upmost respect! He also was very patient and understanding of my children and took their Opinions in what they wanted aswell. We felt like we was apart of the dealership family! I highly recommend them and ask for Matt!

Mr Corey Judice is the most calm, patient, and understanding salesman of ANYTHING I have ever met in my life. I already am a living ball of anxiety, but throw in the enormous weight of a giant purchase and aggressive sales tactics, and I am a MESS.I was lucky enough to pull up on this lot with my husband, and Mr Judice introduced himself and asked what he could do for us. I told him we were in the VERY early stages of a car decision and we only wanted a test drive before we were even sure if we were interested in the brand at all. He was so kind, and with a happy absolutely! He went to find us a Tucson to drive. When he realized there were none on the lot? He asked a coworker to borrow hers for us to drive for a moment!After an incredibly smooth drive where he explained all of the features and trims, we parked the car, shook his hand, and told him thank you and we d let him know when we were ready. Get this- he thanked us for our time, handed us a card, and told us to have a great day. he let us go, EXACTLY how we asked! No pressure. No trying to get us in the building. No we ll are you suuuure you don t want to see if we can.. .It was incredible. I felt truly respected and in CONTROL of a car purchase for the FIRST TIME in my life. He respected our words. He respected our TIME. He treated us like people instead of a sale.I knew no matter WHAT car I wanted I was going to see if HE would sell it to me.After two months of randomly texting him ALL sorts of questions that he thoroughly and patiently answered (from finance to colors to trims), I finally decided what I wanted.I called around just to make sure of prices and availability but Billy Navarre had the lowest markup of ALL the nearby competitors. (Looking RIGHT AT YOU, Sterling Hyundai, with your can t-tell-a-price-without-appointment and then 3k Tucson markup!)I called up Mr Judice and he was ready for us bright and early the next morning, the exact car I wanted sitting right out front for me to thoroughly inspect before we even stepped in the building.I think we were in the building for two hours before I walked out with my brand new car keys in hand. Just truly outstanding work- I ve never in my entire life left a car dealership feeling completely in control and confident in my purchase. It s been weeks since then and I still am so OVER satisfied I can t even express it.Every single time I see our beautiful son sitting comfortably in the back seat of our new Tucson, my heart feels so much lighter.Mr Judice, my family cannot express enough how grateful we are for your help. Thank you, truly. I hope this review brings you so much business because both you AND your clients deserve it.Please, please, if you look at any of the Billy Navarre Lake Charles lots, call Mr Corey. You will not regret it.Also worth mentioning: their sweet finance manager (whose name I forgot, Sir, I am so sorry!). I asked backwards and forwards about all warranty options, finance options, CARWASH options, you name it. I had him flipping back and forth for me to thoroughly check that everything was how I needed it, and he was completely patient and joking with me as I took up so much of his time. You were amazing, too!If you want to be treated like you re a human being whose time and money is actually precious, please. These gentlemen deserve the chance to make you feel as amazing as I do.

So pleased with how pleasant salesman Josh Trouth made the buying experience for my parents. Josh went above and beyond expectations both before and after the purchase to the point that my mom messaged me to say how easy he made it for them. He took the time to check on them after the purchase to be sure they didn t need anything and were pleased with their purchase.

Omg! What can i say about the amazing customer service that was given to me and my mom. We just was window shopping for a vehicle and stumbled on an amazing opportunity to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Electra, thanks to Kevin Spain and Chris Davis! My experience working with Corey Judice at Billy Navarre Auto was beyond excellent. Even though I'm located in Baltimore, Corey was more than willing to make an out-of-state deal (with a trade-in!) with me. When I called and inquired about my dream car (2021 Blue Veloster N w/ MT), he assured me from the start that we were gonna make it happen.Corey was engaging, informative, and helpful throughout every step of the process and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He didn't hesitate to give me a call, shoot me a text, or send me an email with updates. They shipped me the Veloster from Louisiana to Baltimore, and they're taking my Mazda trade-in back to Louisiana tomorrow!Now I have my dream car, and I have Corey to thank for that. He shared the same enthusiasm I had for the car and that kind of service seems to be rare these days. Hyundai dealers have a reputation for being hit or miss, but this one is a big HIT!

Although my service advisor was nice, once I got my car back it had coffee stains on the inside from a careless mechanic/whoever was inside, my glove compartment was unhooked on one side, and my speedometer wouldn t change from trip A . When I called about the issue, I was told that they would have to run a diagnostic test , and where that isn t an issue, being that I had just picked my vehicle from them approximately two week prior, I felt as if a test being ran just to basically get additional money out of me is ridiculous.

Moving up to SC from Texas our transmission gave out on our 2020 veloster and Chance went above and beyond with helping us. Had to leave the car there but Chance tried to get us a rental, which didn't work out so then he even helped us get some flights to finish our trip. He even drove us to lunch and the airport. 100% the best dealership experience we've ever had despite the original headache of car troubles. Highly recommend coming here, and don't forget to ask for Chance!

I would highly discourage anyone from using Navarre Hyundai.Last Friday (6/2) my parents found a Kia Sorento and agreed on a price with the sales person. While they were signing the papers, a recall was discovered and they were told the car would be sent to Beaumont to repair the recall. The following Monday, they were told the car would be sent to Lafayette for repairs. On Tuesday, they were told the car has been repaired and they could come pick it up. My parents drove to Lake Charles, from their house in Orange, Texas. When they were about a block away, a manager named Tony called and said they had sent two Sorentos to Lafayette and a different one had been repaired, not the one my parents were purchasing.Two days later, on Thursday, my parents called and asked to speak to Tony to see if the car was ready. He told them the car they were going to purchase had been sold to someone else and that he would have called them the day before but he was too busy . He said the decision that was made to sell the car was over his head. Today they spoke to a man named Nate and he said he would try to make it right . He ended up sending a picture of an Elantra with filthy seats. At this point, my parents already had a bad taste in their mouth from the business they received over the past week.

Edit: I responded to Michael Perry via email and he just asked a few questions, I then asked him about a car and haven't heard from him since great management (owner) skills!!! Didn't help me in no way for ruining our credit.We went here to get an SUV and it didn't work out, our sales person ran our credit multiple times without our permission the next day, then messaged me that we can get a vehicle, told them I'll be there the next day, we pulled up and the car went on recall, a message would have been nice before I drove up there.
