AMAZING service. I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in the door the workers were very nice and extremely informative. Great prices too. I will definitely be going back! I recommend going to Mavis over any other shop in town!

Jason and the staff were amazing. From the moment I drove up to the end I was greeted with warm smiles and fast service.Jason made sure I was well informed of the issues with my car in a way that was not pushy to sell their services.He conveyed all the issues in a respectful and knowledgeable manner and I appreciated it so much.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for fast , friendly and efficient service!Thanks Jason and the entire team for helping me.

I have to hand it to you guys!! Our riding lawn mower tire needed repair. I looked here and saw the reviews and sent our maintenance guy to you to see if you'd be able to fix it. When he came back to the church, I asked him if you were able to fix it. He said, "Yeah, it happened to be a really quick fix, and Mavis didn't even charge us." Now THAT is service!! It was my first time using you. Now, if I ever need anything else tire-related with my car, you'll be the first place I go to! I may ask if you'd like to put an ad in our church bulletin. :)

Went in today to get an oil change. The staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. Service was fast and the price was better than I have found elsewhere. I have been using mavis for my vehicles now for a couple years at least and will continue to do so and recommend to others.

Had to get my brakes changed today. I've been to Mavis 2 or 3 other times, and today was no different. Every time I have gone to there, the staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They always get me taken care of as quick as possible and I am always thankful for them, especially today!

They were wonderful! I went for a valve stem replacement, not realizing that my car needs a specific valve stem from the dealership and the auto parts stores don't even have it. They offered to put a regular valve stem on for now until I can get to the dealership to get the one I need. They were very helpful and I definitely plan to go back for some other things I need done soon!

Awesome customer service got free tire rotation service. During service they let know my tires will need to be replaced due to my tires are starting to dry rot. They even took the time to give me invoice on how much everything would cost. Lastly, the mechanic even showed where my tires are starting to dry rot. I will be doing business with you guys again very soon.

Megan was awesome. She took great care of my vehicle. She was doing multiple jobs at the same time when I came in. She got me in and out in a very efficient and timely matter. Your lucky to have her as an employee.

My tire was very bald it made my vehicle shake. Being on a budget sometimes makes it hard to purchase something you really need. Mavis tires is affordable and they price match. They provide coupons as well. Customer service is great! Also, when most places are closed Mavis tires is OPEN!

By far the worst customer service; lazy, rude, and ignorant. Got a flat 2 months ago with warranty on all tires. My wife brought it in and was told by the store manager (Jason) that she hit a curb, which she did not, and they would not replace it. The puncture went through the inner tire wall, which is clearly evident in the photos, and impossible to occur from hitting a curb. Jason talked down to my wife and sent her away. The car then had to be brought to another tire shop to have an old spare thrown on. I called and spoke to Jason personally and he fed me the same ignorance and the conversation got heated. After getting in touch with the branch manager, he let me know they would fix the issue. This was two months ago and we have been out of town, so we couldn t get it out on. Then today comes. My wife called and spoke to Cory, asked if they still had the tire, and after getting our information he said yeah we have it. My wife brought it up there immediately after getting off the phone only to find out they no longer had the tire. My wife has now wasted several hours of her time all because Jason wanted to place the blame on my her, when this was clearly (look at the photos) not a curb check, and still no new tire. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Really friendly people! Had to come in for a wheel alignment, didn t have to schedule an appointment and they got me in ASAP. Definitely will come to them if I have any other issues.

Megan was a big help. Since they didn't have the oil needed for my oil change, she was able to get someone to bring it by since no one was really open on a Sunday. The mechanics were friendly, helpful, and did a great job to pass the time. Definitely coming back and recommending to my friends.

They are amazing!!! They Helped me with my car and are willing to let me pay it back monthly with their credit card system. By far one of the better car shops around here they give me a detailed description of what s going on and never leave me with confusion.

Very helpful! I have a hard time understanding stuff like this when it s explained to me but the people were very to the point, explaining only what was necessary and were just overall incredibly helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend

I only use Mavis tires for all my issues with my work truck. The Mavis crew were very paticent and answered all my question. I neede a skew of work done. Tire mounted, tire repair, tire rotation and balance in all four tires. The mechanical team handled this very well and in a timely manner. Office staff was very professional and kept me informed through the waiting process. Overall a great place to come for all your tire maintenence needs.

I was turned away from so many other auto shops when it came to changing my battery, because there is a computer on top. I went to AutoZone and they referred me to Mavis tire and breaks and they truly save the day. They did a great job, and they were super fast. Thank you so much, I am so happy.

I went to have my car looked at because of my break light. They took their time and thoroughly checked my car and I loved that they did not try to sell me on anything. It was a computer glitch in my car and I was able to get it reset. The manager was amazing. Thank you!

Needed a quick check on my brake system. They looked at it and in 20 minutes I was back on the road. I was worried I needed to fix a lot but they completely explained the system to me and what was wrong and even told me what to look for. Extremely helpful, highly recommend you see them is you have questions on your care. Very nice environment

Update: The gentleman who worked on my car called today and apologized for it taking so long and that no one communicated with me during the process as to what was going on. He offered a free oil change for the inconvenience.Took 3.5 hours from the time they put the car in the air to change my front break pads and rotars. It was only towards the last half hour that they actually starting putting the parts on.

I was given fast and reliable service when I needed a new tire, and the cost was reasonable. The tire I needed was uncommon and an odd size, but thankfully Mavis had exactly what I needed.

Great Service!!! They beat the price of any other business in the area when I purchased All-Terrain tires today all the way around. Zach was the man in charge and he was completely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented! My Toyota Tacoma is riding smooth as silk and these high quality tires are looking SWEET! THANKS Zach and Mavis!!!!!

Got me in promptly when rear tire started to shred. Very fast and efficient service by all employees. Highly recommend this be your go to tire/service center.
