Second car I had repaired at Martin's paint and body everyone is so nice. They do great work I wouldn't bring it to anyone else.

Martin Paint and Body had my car for 3 weeks, when initially I was told it was a week job. Finally when I got my car back, when driven I could hear the outside noise loud and clear. Took it back to Martin s and they realized they did not put the factory seal back around the door. I was told to bring it back at my convenience and they would take care of it and it was a 2 hour job. Scheduled the drop off and was reassured again it would only take 2 hours. Lastly, I dropped my car off at 8 am and told them I needed my car back by noon and they reassured me it would be ready. Called at 12 to pick up and was told my car wasn t ready and they needed another hour, so I went at 2 to pick up my car and behold, my car still wasn t ready and they messed up the trim on my car. Now I gotta schedule another appointment! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so very pleased with the service I have received from Martin's paint and body. I was in an accident and had to be on a waiting list for my car to get repairs. They where very thorough. When I got my car back it was in Excellent condition!! It was washed cleaned inside and out, smelled good and all of my repairs looked wonderful!! The customer service was Excellent! I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle. Martins paint and body went above and beyond. I am so thankful for all they have done. Thank you so very much. It was definitely worth the wait!!!

Did such an amazing job. Got my truck back and looked brand new! They went over and beyond! Will def recommend them to everyone!!

Quick and easy process. Friendly staff, great little gift of seasoning and hot sauce upon completion. I didn't hear from them between dropping my car off and it being done three days later, but the work was immaculate and they detailed the inside. Absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic customer service and even better repair work on my truck. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company and should the need arise again I will use them in the future.

Sales just fine. Service and repair negative zero. Phone calls never returned, can'the get updates, have to beg for information. Will never deal with or buy from Luke's rv again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. They seem to forget about service after the sale. My camper has been there for a week, they new what was wrong and part was finally ordered today, if you can believe what they say. Not trustworthy.( My second time dealing with Luke's r/v for camper repairs was totally different and the type of service that I expected. The owner/manager and I talked for a long time and he listened too and understood my frustration and I also told him that I understand that repairs don't always happen immediately and all I wanted was an honest answer and updates. Service improved and I hope to receive the quality of service that I received on this visit).

I was lied to multiple times about the progress of my vehicle my truck was pushed back twice. The lady at the front desk said my truck was in reassembly which was a complete lie to get me off of the phone and the insurance guy Adam doesn t really know what he s talking about he literally will bs you and tell you what u want to hear. The advisors are not trust worthy and they were very expensive. I haven t gotten my truck back if it is not done right I will follow up to leave another review
