From the moment we arrived on the until we drove away was an exceptional experience. Our salesperson Taylor along with the finance team made sure our buying needs were met. Lake Charles Toyota made the buying process so simple! This was my first time buying a truck new, and they were happy to answer any and all of my questions. My salesman and finance manager even worked after hours over the phone with me to help get my paperwork completed, so I could pick my truck up the next day! The entire staff are all very friendly and patient!

5 star service! We have 4 kids and the play room and complimentary snack bar were great for the kids while we wrote up paperwork. Very happy with the 24 Sequoia! Great warranty and lifetime oil changes. Can t beat Lake Charles Toyota

We love this dealership! Parts & Service Departments are knowledgeable and friendly. So happy to have our 2012 Tacoma serviced at this location. We weren't quite ready to purchase a replacement vehicle but salesman "Wool" was the best! Great customer service and no pressure sales. We ended up walking out with a 2024 Camrey XSE. We are military and will be sad to leave this dealership when we move on to our next duty station. Thank you all for taking such good care of us.

Buying vehicle is kind of hectic having to deal with all the nonsense that salesman feed you, but here at Lake Charles Toyota, they make it as easy as possible and they don t feed you the nonsense. I would recommend that everyone goes to Lake Charles Toyota to buy their vehicles. My experience with them was great. I do believe from now on Lake Charles Toyota is the place I will shop for my vehicles. Thank you Lake Charles Toyota for making my buying experience amazing and hectic free.

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman and financial consultant were both helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained the entire process thoroughly - including trade-in value determination and cancellation of a previously purchased warranty from a different dealership. The incentives were excellent and I m no longer dreading having to deal with my vehicle s dealership. Thank you Lake Charles Toyota!

I needed my Toyota Camry checked out on Saturday 01/13/2024. Was shocked that Lake Charles Toyota had mechanics on duty. All employees were helpful and concerned. My car was diagnosed expeditiously. Think it was Mike that helped me. Great place to do business with. The free snack bar was a pleasant surprise as well.

Sales folk were very nice and helpful, but I had an appointment to view/buy a truck which when I got there it was being serviced in the back. Never got to see it, 2 days later I arrived to purchase and the vehicle was somewhat clean outside but lots of dirt inside and dog hair. I was somewhat disappointed because the vehicle had been detailed but was not at all. Overall it was an OK experience but could've been better.

Working with Blade was great. He and I talked, he wanted to know everything I was wanting in a truck and he made it happen.Then working with Corey who was able to help with the number and got us right were we wanted to be. All around, this was very pleasant and will be back in the future for my wife s Highlander.

Buying a vehicle through Lake Charles Toyota was the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle through a Dealership.First, the Salesperson, Joey, was very pleasant to work with. The process was very simple. It did not take our whole day.You would be so amazed at their deals if you would go on down and check them out. They have so much to offer.Oh, and this is something that really impressed me. They not only make you feel important while they are selling you the vehicle but, once you have gone back for your FREE, yes FREE oil changes that you get, they have very nice & comfy chairs to sit in and relax while you wait, a person comes around to offer you: coffee, capacino, soda, hot dogs, pop corn, ice cream and I'm not sure what all they really have. But, let me tell you. IT IS AWESOME!!!LAKE CHARLES TOYOTA is the place you want to go for your new or used purchasing.My husband and I are 2 very SATISFIED customers!!!THANKS, LAKE CHARLES TOYOTA

Randall was awesome. Overall price wasn t great but when you weigh the customer service plus the service department, it was a steal. I seriously don t know why anyone would buy from anywhere else in the Lake Charles area. It s no contest

I was very pleased with how I was treated. John did a great job helping me with my truck. He was.not high pressure and just wanted me to be satisfied with the vehicle and price. I will recommend you to other people looking for a Toyota. Kenneth Hodges
