This place is TOP NOTCH!! Restores my faith in dealerships in the area. Not only is the service dept quick and easy to work with but Hailee Johnson in the parts dept. is absolutely wonderful to work with. She was helpful and knowledgeable which is a rare find anywhere in this industry, I can't thank her enough. Don't hesitate to use this Kenworth when you are in the area.

Amazing service! We needed help with our skoolie while traveling for Christmas and they got us in right away to be seen. Pretty stressful to have engine trouble when you re away from home. Justin answered all of our questions and didn t rush us at all. We would definitely recommend this mechanic!

I had a windshield wiper problem early in a Saturday morning and needed to be in Baton Rouge by noon. Talked to John in service he said get there and he d put a tech right on it. Had me in and out in just over an hour. Great guys.

In my 3 years being in business, this is the first time I ve such professional and informative service in this industry. They were so helpful and got right to work. I have had the absolute best experience with this place. I had to have some work done on my truck. I first went to Freightliner, they were 2 to 3 weeks out and just had me park in the back lot. We tried a Mobil mechanic and they couldn't do it. My boss had called several other places that couldn't get me in. After talking with my boss we decided to call Kenworth, not only were they able to get my truck right in to evaluate the situation. They were able to give an estimate time frame of 2 maybe 3 days. They recommend a hotel and also took my puppies and I to the hotel and picked us back up. All the ladies in the service center were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Justin the service technician that helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The driver that takes you to hotel, I didn't get his name. He is an amazing young man very friendly and helpful. If ever find yourself in this area I highly recommend you calling these folks first. Overall amazing place.. thank you all for Everything.

I came to this shop, they took me right in on a Saturday, the tech(Justin)was very informative about my truck, was fixed in a short time... I had taken my truck to another shop and they couldn't figure it out.... If I ever break down again I hope to break down in lake Charles to bring my truck here great people and really good time learning more myself...

Last visit to this amazing dealership was Thanksgiving of 2021. This visit was not as major of a repair, but still the same kindness, and professional staff i remember. I called Butch, to see if he could squeeze me in mid afternoon on a friday, over a holiday weekend. Of course he said, bring it by. Justin is fantastic and is always full of smiles and laughs. Long story short. Simple sensor, cleared a few codes and we were back on the road. The simple truth, is you will have a hard time finding better people, or quality if service that this place delivers day in and day out. I enjoy coming here, i wish it was under different circumstances. You guys are the best, I love what you do, and I will continue to come here. Thanks again

This is the best truck shop I ve been to in a very long time. If you re in the Lake Charles, La. area this is where you should bring your truck for service. Service is 100%, Customer Service 100% and comfortable if you have a special person riding with you on the road. Yes I will come back

They were very professional and helpful. Justin gremillion worked on the truck and trailer and did an amazing job. He got it figured out and got us taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone at kenworth that we talked to was very friendly and helped the best they could. Would definitely recommend them to other people.

The moment I stepped out of my truck I was met with contagious smiles and AWESOME attitudes . John checked me in and did an exceptional job and was EXTREMELY helpful . Justin G. worked on my truck and I spoke with him for a little bit and was very appreciative of him taking time out of his day to explain to me the cause of the issues I was having. I would give 10 stars just because of these 2 but the ENTIRE STAFF was great

Let me start off by saying, Hands down this is by far the best service and experience I have ever had at any dealership, including mom and pop shops. My name is Jessie and I am an owner operator. I found myself broke down on the side of I 10 with a severe air leak that locked my breaks up. After an unsuccessful attempt by the Loves road side service, I had the truck towed to the Kenworth in Lake Charles. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a friendly welcome. I arrived right before closing time so they provided me with a ride to the hotel that evening and picked me up the next morning. Mrs Michelle in service was very polite and professional. She kept me updated via email as the repairs were being done. Not only would she inform me of the parts they were replacing but also with the price of the parts and labor. No other dealership had ever done that. Usually they wait until the repairs have been done and then hand you an overwhelming bill. On top of that, Justin (the mechanic) was awesome. He took the time to walk me through the repairs and explained to me what he had done to fix it. The rest of the staff there was friendly and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Kenworth dealership to all companies out there. May God continue to bless and prosper this business always.

Broke down at night they came out after hrs assessed situation couldn't get part till in morning but they were right on it at 6am they got me fixed and done a service on truck !! Best experience by far that i have had at any dealership ever!!!! Highly recommend!!!

The best service I have received ever. Great customer customer service. Service technician Joe didn t wait and analyze problem right away. Joe with help of Hunter started to repair truck immediately I pulled behind the shop. I was out on the road in 90 minutes. Sara in customer service was also very helpful. Great team. Thanks guys.

If you are anything like me, an individual that looks pretty hard at reviews before you take you truck somewhere, don't worry. All these 5 stars are legit. Came in with a check engine light pointing to emission problems. After a good thorough diagnosis of the issue I was in and out in a day. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanic working on the truck were all friendly and kept me informed through the repair process. If your having issues with your truck, just take it here and they will get you taken care of to the absolute best of there ability.

This branch is fantastic. The people are down to earth and so helpful even when extremely busy. They got me in immediately when I had a stop engine light that wouldn't go away. Justin was extremely helpful and informative the entire time I was there. Never had to wait long on an answer or know what was coming next. I would definitely recommend this location in the future.

This shop is fantastic, they got me in right away diagnosed the problem and got the work completed on schedule and for much less than the original estimate. Hats to the entire team and thanks to Mr.Ray , Michelle & Sarah for being so helpful. I broke down on a Friday morning, was able to limp the truck to this amazing dealership after Love's repair told me it was too much for them to handle after 4 hours of waiting. The service writer Sarah was very helpful and very pleasant, even though she talks to her computer lol. The Tech Justin did an awesome job diagnosing my truck, fixing the problem and had me back on the road in a couple of hours! This has been the best dealership I've ever dealt with, highly recommended!

I m working a turnaround in Lake Charles and my trucks A/C went out and I had a bad air leak. I was told by my coworker that he came to Kenworth of Louisiana with a problem and Butch took great care of him. I have to say without a doubt that my experience was the best I ve ever had in my 27 years of driving. I really recommend this shop Doug who serviced my truck kept me informed through the process and he found more than I thought was wrong and I m super grateful because down time is terrible for all owner operators. Everyone from the service check in through the payment process was truly painless.Thanks to all of the employees at this dealership for a truly honest and pleasant experience!

This KENWORTH repair shop is truly amazing. Our truck broke down not to far from this place. When I tell you Justin and his team jumped into action to save the day and our load I am not exaggerating. They are so professional, quick, informative everything you can hope for from a mechanic. They have gained a customer with us and we will make our way from FL to this shop for any future repairs. Thank you again to this wonderful shop.

These folks are awesome! I arrived with an issue with my DEF system just after 9:00 am and I m fixed and heading out now and it 1:30 pm! They know that you re in a hurry and aggravated because your truck is broke down but go above and beyond to get you down the road ASAP!!! Hope I don t have to see them again but if I m in south west Louisiana and have any problems with my truck this is the place I ll always call first!! Diezel and I thank y all for your hospitality!!!

Started using KW of LA Lake Charles about a month ago. Awesome customer service from parts. Amanda and Dusty move in a timely manner and are honest with lead times. Their delivery driver Hunter, has been great each time.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Limped into Kenworth of Louisiana, Lake Charles today with a blown EGR tube. Not only did they have a new tube but also a new gasket in stock. No appointment (Not even in a Kenworth mind you) but pulled me right in and put me back on the road inside of 30 minutes. Couldn't be more appreciative of everyone at this location from the parts counter, service writer to one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever spoken too, Doug. This Kenworth location has earned my business and I actually look forward to my next time I am in need for a mechanic or service being I will get to visit with all of these great people again.

This place is amazingly fast and skilled.They went above and beyond for my truck, even with the part being nationally out of stock.The mechanics yes, 2 that worked on my truck, explained everything so well and so nicely and professionally.If u need repairs, don't try to limp into Texas, come here instead.After 8 years of freightliner shops having 5 day waiting just for inspection, I was so happy to be told, we will have u an answer within the hour from a diagnosis.

I have been dealing with the Parts department in Lake Charles since they opened. I deal with Amanda all of the time and she goes far and beyond on getting the parts we need to keep our trucks rolling here at Sentinel Transportation. Absolutely the best parts person i have dealt with the 30 years I have been in this business.

Stopped here in PURE PANIC mode ! My truck was derating and I was trying to make it home for the holidays. The shop read the codes and told me the exact part I needed to get the truck rolling! They didn t have the part in stock but they pointed me in the right direction. JUSTIN is a gift from God! He told me how to replace the part step by step. I got the part and called him with more questions. He FaceTimed me on his DAY OFF and literally guided me through the process of changing the part. I ve never been to a shop with this level of customer service! They ve earned my business for all future needs and I recommend them 10/10 !

The Lakes Charles Kenworth is one of the best shops we have ever we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Time and time again they continue to provide excellent and timely service for all of our trucks. Truck drivers make sacrifices each and every day to ensure that our country keeps moving forward, and this team understands what truck down-time may cause (not only to the supply chain, but to the drivers themselves).
