Did a great and timely job repairing my 2018 explorer. Helped intervene with my insurance company with good documentation and photos ensuring there were no issues with my claim.

This place was awesome Stanley walked me through the process of my first accident in 35 years perfectly. It took 10 days start to finish to get a insurance check. I would highly recommend them!!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Stanley does great work! He made my van look brand new and when I picked it up, it has been washed and vacuumed. He knows how to deal with every insurance company and is a great negotiator. I'm very glad I used Johnnie's Paint and Body!

I am beyond impressed with Johnnie's Paint and Body. They went above my expectations every step of the way. The customer service and the finished product were great. No complaints, my car looks like it never had anything wrong with it. If you need body work done, I highly recommend Johnnie's Paint & Body.

My wife was involved in an accident resulting in her vehicle being towed from the Scene of the accident (by Johnnie s) directly to the shop.The property is beautifully maintained (keep in mind it s a body shop; I m not talking about flowers and grass). The first thing I thought when I pulled up was just how clean everything looked. Vehicles were lined up neatly and work spaces were clean.They made the process as easy as you could wish for. Finished repairs well ahead of schedule (based on the timeline provided by the insurance company) and are very accessible. I would without a doubt refer anyone who had to deal with an accident to Johnnie s.

Terrible customer service from Stanly and staff. Stanly was extremely rude to my wife. We tried to continue to use them, but we never received a phone call to bring the car in for a re quote. They were supposed to set up an appointment with the adjuster to re quote with us and the body shop and the car all together. Never anything. So I called to see what the status was and they wanted us to bring the car in and let it sit there while they did nothing. It's sad because I was recommended by one of his "friends".

This review is really a neg 10. My husband and I was referred to Johnnie Paint and Body Shop by Toyota. The first encounter happen with my husband he asked for an estimated and the shop told him that it was 100.00 just to look and write an estimate for the car. (Probably illegal just to pay someone to look a car) My husband stated it was ok because insurance is paying for it. The rude guy told him well "I do not have time because I am about to close the shop." Not knowing that my husband had already a bad experience, I went there as well. I had a different person a older lady with red hair. I asked for a service and she just quoted some price off the top of her head. I asked for the price to be in writing she stated no they do not put their prices in writing and was rude in her matterism and tone. Big RED SIGN >>>>> SCAM. Price is going to Jump after work is done! This place has no RESPECT for it consumers or the community it serves. If you need work done please visit Bently's Country Club Repair and Collision. I had my car repaired their Great and Fast Service

Receptionist/secretary was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would comment also on the time it took to get our project completed but I ll give some slack due to Covid -19!
