Michael (Mike) is very rood , he not only talk to the customers rudely but spoke to also spoke to an employee rudely. I ve used this store since 2009 and he s making me want to utilize a different store.

Went in to get my oil changed, was greeted and serviced by Michael and Logan. Both team members did an excellent job with my vehicle by providing the service I needed with a little something extra. They made sure I was educated on all the other services they provide and what other things I need to look for. Both made sure my air filter needed to be changed, while make sure my differential fluid was good! I appreciate them, with the knowledge and service provided. This location will most definitely be my place to come back to!Thanks again!

Yes they did not check fluids, tires or ANYTHING except an oil change for $130 THAT IS RIDICULOUS.

Stopped by because my tire pressure light was on a nice gentleman named Mickey waited on me I explained why I came in he explained that tires gain pressure in the heat. Checked the air and when I asked how much I owed he said nothing have a good evening and if I would like to rate him so I give him 5 stars for courtesy and great customer service.

The staff was amazing and very helpful! I get nervous to bring my Mercedes to just anyone but they definitely took good care of it! And gave me recommendations for things for the future they could help with.Everyone was very nice and had a great attitude the whole time ,I definitely recommend Service: Oil change

I came in today Irving and Spencer were beyond amazing. They were both fast and friendly and getting my car in and out and even went above and beyond to check my air filters and get them replaced. They are super nice and friendly. They took the time out of their day (right before closing) to look at my vehicle and tell me if i needed to get some work done or not. They saved me alot of money. They provided amazing service and didnt even charge me. I will definately be returning for my vehicle needs. If you go there ask for Spencer or J.R.Service: Tires

The swevuce was fast and awesome as always. Nicole was very nice and helpful, randy (who was under the bay and I never seen him) seemed to have a great job getting my service started and finished in a very timely manner.

I went to get my oil changed in January and while we were getting my oil changed one of the employees convinced us to get my brakes changed, they needed to be changed, but anyway after they changed them I took it for a test drive. As soon as I picked up speed it started making a clanking Lou noise. I drove Batam s told them. Well they got the noise to stop. But as far as my brakes they are horrible. They are worse than before jiffy lube changed them.

Was going to get my oil changed here. Parked in the parking lot and decided to grab a drink at the gas station next door first. Manager came running out of the building yelling at me that his parking lot was not for the "freaking" gas station next door and that I need to move my "GD" truck. I told him I would be right back..He threw a fit and started cussing at me and called the cops.. what a way to treat potential customers.

Bad service I went there to get my oil change and belt today and they told me that the man is at lunch break and I refuse to wait because One, y all should have another person to take that place and I ask the lady can I wait. she told me no and when I was leaving there was another customer and they took him THAT was a waste of my time I ADVISE YALL TO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE EVER AGAIN . Y all listen to me GO TO PRECISION TUNE UP ON RYAN ST IN LAKE CHARLES THEY DO AWESOME WORK!!!!! Believe me PERIODService: Oil change

This spot was great. I ve never had customer service this good at any oil change shop before. I had some other issues with my car that I couldn t figure out the issue and they went above and beyond to run tests for me to let me know what was going on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very good experience at this Jiffy Lube.Amy and Tony treat you like your the only customer there. Even as busy as they were very professional job and were so fast.They made me feel appreciated that I went there to have service done.I have been there in the past and job was done right but I did not feel like I did when I left today.They were extremely courteous and did great job.Will be back especially if I know they will take care of my vehicleAmy impressed me with her knowledge about her job.

I was told the brakes job will only take 45 minutes. Well it took over 2 hours. If they tell you a time fame, just be prepared to double it.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change
