One of the Best International dealership in entire USA The Whole staff is Professional and friendly.But mainly Miss Hope at the Reception and Mr Max Marcantel Service Manager are the best very professional and helpful

If your International truck needs service, then iTA Truck Sales and Service, LLC, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is the very best choice. Their professional staff are courteously top-notch. It may take more than a grand while to be completely finished: Even so, in the end, you will be more than thoroughly satisfied with the results!!

As a current employee of this company at this specific location it does bother me that we have so many negative comments mainly to do with theft.We do have signs around our building that state we are not responsible for items left in trucks.Cameras and fences only keep honest people, honest.As for the gentlemen who didn't get his issue resolved, I am sure that is something you will never forgive, however you have to understand that if the problem doesn't show itself again, we can't fix it again. As for the 6k in repairs, we do understand that this is a lot of money, but have you ever thought that maybe you had more problems than just a simple oil leak? Just a thought.I personally believe that all of the employees care at this location, however some have a hard time showing it.No one is perfect, and we are far from it. We are however a group of hard working people that have no need to steal from people. We make an honest living, and we do that with our customers, not by taking advantage of anyone.

I give them 5 stars just starting with the amazing customer service. The guys here are very respectful and helpful.. thanks to everyone including the guy who runs errands..definitely helpful when I'm not from around here, showing me where all the main restaurants and motels are located.

Beware of this place is all I'm going to say $45 in silver coins, DVD player, case of sodas, came up stolen out my truck while I stayed at hotel down the road and they worked on my truck. When ask how my stuff came up missing the head guy in charge that day says "all their tools get stolen everyday" how can that be and you have no cameras after that?? Never will go to this place every again I mean that.

I was sitting for more two hour which isn't bad overall but when call international and got the answering service I ask if they could give my number to the tech so he or she could call me so could give them my location she got rude then when I called back to ask for a manager they would not answer the phone
