Edit: Despite what the owner says in the reply below, no one from Gerber has contacted me since we last left them and they said they couldn t figure out the wind noise.Recently had my car at Gerber as it was a preferred repair shop for Allstate. The repair looked decent, but the fit and finish was poor. The driver s side door had loud wind noise from an improper fit caused by a few issues, one of which was using old door hinges. I had to return it to Gerber for a few days for them to throw up their hands and tell me there was nothing more they can do. They decided, somehow, that my windshield replacement was the problem even though my windshield was factory and undamaged.Ultimately Allstate allowed me to go to Dom s Paint and Body for a second opinion and they were able to correct all of the lingering issues within two days.I think Gerber did a good job with painting, but I wouldn t trust them with my vehicles in the future.

They did an awesome Job on my vehicle. Chris was my advisor and he kept me posted on the progress of the vehicle on a regular basis. The customer service was top notch from the beginning. The ladies on the front office gave the first impression of genuine caring and professionalism walking in first thing in the morning. Over all experience was 10 + Stars.

This shop is terrible they had our car said it was fixed and it wasn t. The general manager had them call me and ask me to lie on the survey they are given. They wanted me to put on it that they had completed the work and that the car didn t have to be returned due to there shop not fixing damage correctly. Then the general manager acted like i was stupid and said i just didn t understand. All this was taken up to corporate level and they are gonna fix it but only because they know they legally have to and the car is being fixed at another shop not there. I wouldn t ever take a car here for work.

Everything was set by Insurance Company, we signed the forms and Enterprise Car Rental picked us up to get rental car.

Worst place in lake Charles!! The boss is very rude , I don t recommend plus they will over charge you!! And (WILL HOLD YOUR VEHICLE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME)
