I got late one Saturday he was about to close ,but he stayed and fixed my car in about 45 minutes!!! Thanks for your service!! Great guy with a good attitude!! Dallas Cowboy Fan but a great guy !!

Broke down, on our way back to Houston, & needed to get towed to a nearby mechanic. It was Sunday evening, so nobody was open...but, THANK GOD we chose Frogs! Ended up being the alternator, but owner was able to get it fixed Monday, at a very fair price, & we were finally able to get home. Thanks, Frogs!!! I Hope nobody breaks down in Lake Charles, but if you do... Frogs is the place! I would highly recommend Jeremy, they guy with Briley s, who towed us too. Most fabulous people, all around!!!

Every time I come to this place there is always an excuse as to why my car can t get looked at, though they never have a car in the garage getting worked on. Always standing around talking or eating and never working though they have a bunch of cars in the lot with people probably waiting to get their vehicles fixed. The first time I came I stood around for 5 minutes waiting for the manager to finish his personal conversation to even acknowledge me, just for him to brush me off afterwards saying they were too busy and to drop my car off another time. I guess too busy talking because there definitely weren t any cars getting fixed. The second time I couldn't even get out the problems my car was having before he rushed me off saying he couldn t look at it today and answered his cell phone to take a personal call while I was in mid sentence and walked off. I guess these guys don t like business. Send your car elsewhere and get it back in a reasonable time because it will be weeks before you see your car again if you send it to Frogs!

Man I cannot express how amazing Frog has been. Almost had my whole front axel break late last night due to brakes failing & locking up. Tow truck brought me to this shop this morning & the team is planning on having me back on the road this afternoon. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else but here! Thank yall again so much for the help!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

I stopped by Frogs Automotive after hitting a tire while driving on I-10. Jerome was very kind and helpful. He looked over my car and assessed that there was no major damage to the underbody and that it was safe to drive. He did not charge me for his time. Thanks to Jerome I was able to complete my cross country trip.

We were traveling to Houston from Charleston and hit something on the freeway. Everywhere we called were closed and AAA was trash. Frogs not only picked up the phone while closed but swung in to meet us. Luckily it wasn t major damage and we went to Houston successfully. If we lived in the area we would give all our money in repairs to them. Honest AF ppl.Service: Tires

Frog's is one of the best repair garages that I've ever visited. They are very professional and extremely reasonable in the cost area and unlike a lot of garages out there, they definitely don't try to sell the customer anything that they don't need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a square deal.

My truck wouls not start. He came ftom actoss street lookung and realized there was a Security light on and said I would need to have it sent over to dealership. I did and it what he said. Thanks for not taking advantage of an elderly stranded lady and charging all these fees. Mr Frog was so awesome. I will take my cars in the future to him for repairs i made need.Thanks.

Frog's Automotive has excellent service!! I needed some work done on my brakes. They were so bad, I felt like Fred Flintstone driving the truck, felt like I had to put my foot through the floor to get it to stop!! Frog came and picked up my truck bc I was too scared to drive it. He had it fixed in a few hours and the price was unbeatable!!! Stop looking at other shops and BRING IT TO FROG, He's really gonna hop to it!!! Thanks Frog!!

The service started with a phone call. I was given details of my vehicle's repairs along with parts, estimated time for repairs and estimate of the cost. That's as professional as it gets. I was happy with the service. Give Frog's a try, you won't be disappointed.
