I've got a ford 6.0 power stroke so u can just imagine the issues I had. I took my truck to Eaglin Automotive and the gentleman there fixed every issue and found a lot of sloppy work done and repaired everything. Truck is running great and greatful

Fast service. I putt-putted my way over there after work and he was still there, I was thinking I'd be leaving the car overnight before discussing work. Mr. Eaglin was so knowledgeable. I had a tune up done by another company and that wasn't even the real issue. He took the time to actually look at what was going on. Should have went to him first! Can t get a receipt for paid services after requesting multiple times. Bases of the reviews on google I contacted Jerome. Made arrangements for service to our Motor home. Jerome came to the campground and recharged our dash air conditioner. We were very pleased with his work and promptly paid him in cash plus a $50 tip. Was told he would email the invoice. We needed the invoice to be reimbursed by the previous company who had just replaced the compressor. Have requested the receipt/invoice at least 10 times and have not received anything back. Jerome is not responding to us. What kind of business refuses to give a receipt for services? All phone calls resulted In getting voicemails, messages are not returned and text messages are ignored. I do not recommend using Eaglin Automotive.

What can I say. We left Texas on a 15hr road trip headed east. Our AC went out 4hrs into the trip. Contacted Jerome at Eaglin Auto praying for a miracle. We rolled in and he diagnosed it within 10min ran and got the new blower came back and installed. BOOM! Had us out of there in no time and back on the road! THEN texted me the next day to see if we made it.They don t make them like this anymoreThanks Jerome!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I was desperately trying to find a place at 7:30am to either sale me a used tire or put on my spare. I am here for a work event in near by Hackberry and had to be their by 8:30a. I pulled right up with my flashlights on & right away he helped and changed the tire! This is a very professional business, honest and trustworthy. Very informative and keep you updated. My daughter car had radiator leak and he works on hybrid vehicles without hesitating (some mechanics won t even look at if it s a hybrid even if it s just the engine parts that has nothing to do with the hybrid electrical) Mr. Eaglin took care of not one but both of my girls, he checked my other daughter s car when her engine light came on and had his computer complete a thorough inspection to ensure everything was okay and didn t charge just to check like most others do. I appreciate businesses that truly care about their customers especially safety. I will definitely utilize his services in the future if needed but I hope we don t need it too soon lol. We were crew working in Lake Charles La. Had trouble with our work truck broke down. Called both Ford dealers and they couldn't help us. We searched Google found this guy. He was in a meeting but said I will be right out. 20 mins later he showed up diagnosed the problem got the parts and had us running in couple hours. I will grade the service and customer service a 10. If your in the area he's the place to call.

This is the only shop that answered the phone on Saturday. He even fixed my van on a Sunday. This is the best shop in town. I highly recommend if you need a mechanic call eaglin.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
