I hit a stupid pole by the gas pump. It pulled my rear end out, broke drive shaft, dent my bed, and had some bad rubs in paint. . They match the paint perfect got me a new shaft and a new rear end. Look brand new.10 out of 10.Services: Transmission, Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Had car problems on my way home from work today and Brileys was there with no problem to tow my car home. Great service will use again if I'm ever in need. Mr. Mark was my tow guy. Did an awesome job in a very timely manner. Thanks

While traveling back home from Thanksgiving holiday, our transmission went out in our vehicle. We were stranded at a gas station and it looked bleak until Briley s came to save the day. They came quickly, were exceptionally polite, and helped us a ton. Jeromie was professional and extremely helpful, and for that, we are incredibly grateful!

I have used this company for paint and body work for over a decade and for multiple vehicles ranging from body work from wrecks as well as custom work for show cars. They are great and offer the highest quality products. The prices are fair and some think it may be a little high but their work is second to none. They really pay attention to detail and fix your car just like it was new.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called my insurance agent for a roadside tow, and the truck was dispatched from here. The driver arrived promptly with a courtesy call ahead of time, carefully loaded my car, and took the car to a repair shop. (Thanks Jarred!) Professional and fast. I expect Briley's paint and autobody service to be top-notch, too.

Very professional family run business. You won t find anyone that works harder or takes as much pride in their work and doing it right the first time. The shop is routinely updated with the best equipment, products and technology. All of the work I ve had done here over the last 20 years has always been seamless, the paint matched perfectly and was stress free filing with my insurance company.

Terrible business. The lady's answering the phone co instantly do not know what's going on. EVERY time you call they will say let me call you back and never call you back. They lie about every detail of their business and when you catch them In a lie and call them out they rush you off the phone. DO NOT use this business. They will spend weeks on your vehicle and lie every step of the way. Amateur business folks take your money to a more caring, honest , and reputable body shop and hopefully this one will fall by the wayside and go out of business before anyone else deals with these crooks

They are ripe off!! U need to watch the charges, are not justifiable!!. If you pick the vehicle up over the weekend, which happen to be sunday, they will charge you $ 45 for someone to come and open gate for you to get your carI was shocked when i was told for extra payment!! tow place should be avaliable for customer to get their vehicle anytime otherwise they will be making money until you get your vehicle

Broke down in Lake Charles, on our way back to Houston, TX. Being that it was a Sunday, no repair shops were open. We were at a lost, until Jeremy showed up! He was willing to get us to a hotel, on the way to drop the car off, & even went out of his way to help us unload our stuff. He treated us like family & helped ease the burden. I guess spring break will be extended for another day :) Thanks, again, Jeremy!!!

We had to evacuate for Harvey aftermath flooding and after being stuck on the side of the road for 8 hours these guys came and picked up my entire family and didn't let us get separated! You guys want above and beyond and put family is forever thankful!

I was in the office today for an appointment for an estimate. I was treated in the worst way by a woman. Customer service is terrible I don't recommend it. They should educate their employees more.

One of the tow truck drivers stalked and harassed my girlfriend. Even after she made it clear he need to leave her alone. He followed her to house. When I talked to the manager about it his response was that they are not reaponsible. They should care about people in there community.

Briley's towing will NEVER be my choice. They towed my vehicle after wreck w/ instructions where to bring. They took to their lot instead. Receptionist was argumentative re: moving vehicle to MY CHOICE OF REPAIR. Then charged my insurance twice for 2 tows.
