Park is really well kept. Laundry and shower is always clean. It's quite and peaceful. Owner and maintenance guy is super friendly. This will be our RV park when we're in this area for now on.

I ve been here multiple times and have always been happy with the service from the owners. They are quick to respond to any concerns and are happy to help with whatever they can. They do their best to ensure a quiet and enjoyable atmosphere for their guests and it s proven with plenty of long term rentals. The rates are great and the views by the lake are gorgeous in the evenings. I d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for either a night or a month.

Excellent RV park located perfectly between town and all the local fishing spots. Duane the owner is a wonderful person who takes much pride in his business and it shows.

Big Lake was my 1st time living in a RV. We lived there for almost 2 years. Very peaceful, quiet and beautiful!! The owners are very nice! Great for weekenders and long term staying.

If you can get the pad at the back of the park it's a great place. You're parked right on the lake and the fishing is great!

An awesome place!Owner Dwayne is extremely kind and helpful by phone and in person. The camp area is very nice - clean and organized and peaceful as well. The campground lake is great!! Easy and convenient. Access to Calcasieu Lake and more fishing and boating is right next door as well.Definitely recommend staying there and I will return for sure!Thank you!!

We stayed at Big Lake RV the last time we visited my Son and his wife (who Owns Nina P's Caf�), in Lake Charles. and the Owner, Duane makes sure the Park stays Clean and Safe, and Only the Very best 'Campers' stay there.We are calling to hopefully make Reservations to stay there again, later this month.The Sun going down over the water there is Beautiful!

Best place to stay in the Lake Charles area! The camp area is very nice! Very well priced and has a laundry room! There is a lake on the camp ground as well as Calcasieu Lake and more fishing and boating is right next door. The owners are the best you could ask for; extremely friendly and helpful! Best kept secret around! HIGHLY recommended to anyone who s looking for a place to stay!

Great RV Park! It s a clean, quiet RV Park with new washers and dryers. There is fishing right on site. The owner Duane and groundskeeper JD are down to earth, friendly, and very helpful. Give this place a try, you ll be happy you did.

Mostly live-in's who work at the local facilities, but there are two special sites all the way in the back on the water, just for nightlies and travellers. The breeze off of the water is nice, the scenery is pretty, and the water is less than 10 feet from the camper door, with fun and easy brackish fishing for the kids. Price is reasonable, and there is a laundry room. Don't expect much else for amenities besides the hookups, but you'll have everything you need for a few fun days on the water with easy access to Golden Nugget (if that's your scene).

This is the best RV you would ever want to stay at. The owner is so helpful and the place was cleaned up great offer 2 hurricanes. Very safe and all the people staying there that I encountered were top notch. If you need a place to camp be sure and choose this park.

The owner was awesome and allowed us to stay till later in the day before we had to leave. Great spot to relax, catch some fish and enjoy LA!!!

This place was super quiet & just close enough to everything. My little girls loved being so close to the lock & watching the tug boats with the ships. Super laid back environment.

I xalked to ask about a monthly stay because of traveling for work. The guy that answered the phone was nice and answered all my questions. $559.00per month includes all utilities except cable. Has a pond and by a big lake with good fishing.

Nice & quite place to stay, they do have wifi & laundry Rm. Laundry Rm. Could be upgraded to accommodate for more folks washing & have a change machine. Other than that it's all good

Small, quiet, beautiful little spot on the lake. Friendly staff and neighbors. We spent one night and had a nice stay.

It's a nice small site on the water you can say. It's basic, but doable. Not a place I'd stay for long periods of time, but good for a little while.

Was supposed to have a spot reserved for 5th wheel that is 37ft long and they tried to put us in a 12x30 lot.. not happening!!
