I used the tow service due to a flat tire that could not be removed. My car worked well before the tow, but when dropped off at the tire shop it wouldn t start. This was due to a part breaking, which occurred somewhere in the process of loading, carrying, or unloading my car. Was told that it s not their fault that a part broke during the towing process and have been left to deal with the damages without help.Service: Car towing

Was given a 45-60 min window, she came within 30mins. Kylea was great, me and my husband had to ride in the cab, and we just had the best time. She was fast, professional, and down to earth. Would recommend her anytime.

They came pretty fast (over to Westlake even), did exactly what they said they'd do. Grace in the office was super helpful when we wanted to sell the car for "junk." No complaints. (They were suggested by officer when Cotton's couldn't come.)

I would just like to say how impressed I am with this company and there professionalism. I called last night for assistance I spoke with Ken his truck was busy due to a wreck so they could not get to me but he talked with me on the phone and even told me places that were closer to were I was located. I had hit something in the roadway and it was stuck under my car I was starting to get very concerned I was going to spend the night on the side of I-10. Lol He told me to turn the car off so it would not possibly catch on fire which I never thought of typical women. Lol Moral to the story is I did find a roadside assistance place to help me but had it not been for Ken helping talk me through it and calm me down I m not sure what would have happened. I thank him and if I ever need a tow company in LA you will be the first call I make.
