I went in there to have my battery tested and the guy came to do that pretty quickly, but when we found there was nothing wrong with it, it seemed like we were done talking and he moved on to something else. Usually in a situation like that, the salesman would inquire what was going on, other symptoms, questions, you know maybe some customer service. Good thing their not the only auto parts store in the Bluff.

The ladies at this store were OVER AND ABOVE helping me from several other mistakes made by The online ordering from advance, another advance store and the phone customer service.. all of which gave me the wrong information, the wrong part and the wrong warranty procedures. Had it not been for them, I would still be sitting In Louisiana with NO AC trying to figure out how to get home to Ohio with dying of heat exhaustion. 100% saved me and probably my marriage, time and $$!!I will never go to any other auto parts store when I am in town. Even our friends, who live near the Moss Bluff store, went home told husbands that were only to go to this store for parts from now on! Again, these ladies were AMAZING! Heather, Larissa, Carolynn and Holly!

Very helpful. Didn't treat me differently bc I was a women. I get that a lot at parts stores. They were open to listen and offer what I needed. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent service!. I had called the closest auto parts store and spoke to a gentleman name Roy. I told him that my car had to be jumped and I was on my way, that I needed a new battery. He kept me on the line to make sure they had the battery in stock. I told him I would be there in 2 minutes, because I was around the corner. He had pulled the battery up to the front of the store. He waited on me and even changed the battery out along with the terminal, because it had corroded. This was by far one the best services I've had and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The first visit was given the wrong part came back and had to pay extra for the right part

Store is well maintained and organized but severely lacking in customer service. Have ordered parts in the past easily and picked up in store. Declined to have windshield wipers installed at my last visit but employee was persistent so I let them install-- appreciated that until i turned them on, realized they werent clamped, just slid on and employee had thrown away the clamps. Upon return i was informed that clamps were thrown in large dumpster and i was out of the 40 bucks i spent on the wipers- extremely disappointed that store would not take responsibility for the mistake.

The guys in gala in there are very knowledgeable. That's important to me. More importantly however is customer service and a personal connection. They rate a 10 to me and I am beyond happy with the service. Thanks yall

Joe is seriously an awesome dude. Spent hours working on my battery when he didn't have to and when most people would have given up. For real, I can't thank the guy enough.

Staff here is the best. Would give it 5 stars but really didn't have anything that I was needing and looking for. The staff was very pleasant

Called to get a price on a starter for my truck I intended to go buy and was hung up on immediately.
