Absolutely love the service I receive! HENRY went above and beyond what was required. I entered the store with a key fob needing to be fixed. Henry offered to help me find what I needed. Going one step further, he offered to fix it for me and he did. Shortly after that I overheard a conversation realizing he offered and did all this for me on his break. I had to run to Google and give him and this specific Advanced Auto Team the much deserved and well earned review. Thank you Henry for the kind of customer service that you provided, without even having to.

This store went above and beyond to help me get my replacement battery for my car. I purchased the battery in PA before moving and had an issue where the store there did not place my phone number with the purchase therefore the purchase was not showing up under my name in the system to retrieve the transaction number for the warranty. This Lake Charles store gave us the customer service number to help retrieve the number and worked with us to complete the swap with a new replacement battery. Special thanks to Richard, Henry and Joe for helping us! Five star service.

Buyer beware! Steer clear from this operation, because you will be a very unsatisfied customer. They obviously do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes and sales person Kelsey at store 9784. Refused to help me any further. Then was called a Karen and told not to come back.

Ms Thelma was awesome. I went in to take advantage of the oil and filter deal plus free funnel and drain pan. Ms Thelma greeted me right out the gate and helped find all my filters in a flash. They only had one free funnel left and no pans. She said just come back next week and I'll take care of it. Customer service at its best!!!!! Thank you Ms Thelma!!!!

Nowhere in the store "policy" does it say that you cannot return a Brand new, $200 Truck Battery" No! it wasn't used. The mechanic had us buy one just-in-case that happened to be the issue. I've had to return batteries before; Hi-Lo, Autozone, Wal-Mart and never before have I received such Blatant disrespect from any of the staff like I encountered today. Needless to say we will not be doing business with Advance Auto in the future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Great selection and able to order what you need if its not in stock. Also a big plus is the store is clean and open so tour not all crammed in a small space. Advanced auto parts is the place to go when you are in need of anything vehicle related yet also have some other cool gear and gadgets as well, like work gloves, knives, flashlights, tools, and cleaning supplies.

I don't know about you but whenever I sit on the phone for 15 minutes and 35 seconds I feel like I'm waiting to talk to a government official but now I'm waiting to ask a price on some motor mounts in the time it took the employee to answer the phone and say the name of the place and can I help you I told him in one sentence what I needed and he told me hold on for 15 minutes and 35 seconds I had enough time silicone the same phone I called him on bingo online in order them from somewhere else whenever I even looked had enough time to look on their own website and see the price and if the product was even available in the same weight I literally purchase the parts from somewhere else even cheaper probably cheaply made but it's just the point VDOT customer it's been quite a lot of money on parts gets put on hold for 15 minutes when it would have probably took them three minutes to look up what I said in one sentence and come back on the phone and tell me what they at truthfully I was hoping they would come back on the phone and tell me what they had but no literally I just hung up on them not even 5 Seconds before posting this I was going to post it while I was on hold because somebody finally picked up and asked if they could help me. I don't know about most people but whenever my job is to sell things I try to keep a pen and paper with me so they could have easily wrote down what I said and then Place me on hold but what do I know!

I always always go to AutoZone but this place was closer n due to my car heating up I just wasn t risking it. Any way I asked for help n the guy was lazy like if I knew how to do it I would. He couldn t tell me anything. After gttn a radiator cap n coolant I went to AutoZone even tho I didn t purchase anything from them they were amazing as always n helped me.

I had to return some parts that were not needed. The clerk said my card would be credited the next day. When I got in my car the credit was already applied.
