Joe is the best. Went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. Although my car was harder to service, he was adamant on helping and getting everything solved for me. Will return to ask for him!

Do not shop here ! All the money i spend at this store ans it wont let me rale back a 300$ part i bought 2 days before that i didn't need. I will be going strictly to AutoZone for now on ! HONOR YOUR RETURN POLICY!

My battery needed to be replaced and this was the only place that had my battery in stock and was willing to change it for me.I'm so thankful for the staff at both the Ryan Street and Highway 14 location.

I was sent to this store from the location down the road to have a battery installed and this store couldn t do it either. In maybe 15 minutes the manager had called 3 other stores trying to get it installed and was unsuccessful. She called a shop they do business who go me squared away immediately. I m that single older woman who popping the hood is the end of my automotive knowledge. I really thought I was doomed but this manager was incredible.

The employee was very helpful, he showed us different air filters that were compatible with our vehicle, and when we picked one out, he went and got it off the shelf for us. We appreciated the fast service!

Had a great experience . Was kinda worried about going in alone as a woman to purchase a part thinking they would try to sell me the highest part and some I didn't need but I actually got the complete opposite. The guy was nice, informal, and gave me the best part in my price range even told me I didn't need a part I was trying to buy cause the part I needed came with one already. Thanks

Every time I have visited AAP, without fail, I have been waited on in an extremely timely manner. Also, every employee I have dealt with has been so friendly and gone out of their way to help me. You just don't find that in today's world, and especially with this consistency. It didn't matter whether I ended up buying a part or not, it never changed the employees fantastic demeanor!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Website says 7 am, door says 7:30 and it s now 7:40 and still not open. People run late no big deal, but this cost us a lot of time this am.

Great service! Joe was super informative and changed by battery in 15 minutes right after he finished another job he was doing when I showed up, he got right on it! Great experience!

I used to shop at the other guys for years, but recently I have found myself shopping at Advance Auto. I recently had to replace the rotor and disc brakes on my car. I purchased the parts online on my lunch break from my desk, instead of having to drive to the store. The site was offering a 15% discount, which made the parts cheaper than the other guys, and I went to store after work to pick up my parts. No hassle, no fuss. I drove home and fixed my car that night.The staff has always been friendly and willing to offer their advice.

I was stuck in an intersection, dead battery, called to see if they might have some kind of roadside assistance program As I was only a mile away. The manager put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an innocent accident and she laughed hysterically and hung up again. Again thought it was a mistake called back and she started yelling at me calling me rude and dumb. They could ve just said they didn t have a program like that, I would ve called another place instead, would ve been that easy.

I needed a new battery for my key to my Toyota they were very nice and helped me change the battery. Great service very polite I would recommend going there for any Automotive needs.

Aside from the completely drained battery they sold me and the fact that they can't help with a simple rear view mirror replacement. They know their stuff
