As a single mom of two special needs children money is tight. Normally I go to the dealership where I bought my car but my daughter was having a hard first day at school so I couldn't wait long. When I first arrived a nice gentleman asked me what I need. I told him I wanted a standard oil change. He told me they can't do a standard oil change on pit. I was the only car there. I told him I just want a standard he said he could only do synthetic and he laughed. I told him I can do standard but he said he can only do synthetic on my car. I knew this was a lie. Then after an hour I walked back to see why no one called. My car was done and I was told to find the keys outside after I paid. I couldn't find anyone and finally came back in. After I started my car I tried to wash my windows and they didn't even fill the windshield wiper fluid like they were supposed to or change the plugs. I called and told him and he told me the machine was broken and he couldn't do that either. The last time I was out of town I had my oil changed at Walmart. It was fast and standard. I may be a female but I'm not stupid and I find it extremely unprofessional to lie just to up sale. I won't go to this location again.

Called for tire installation. I was told to come and they would get it done. I got there 16 minutes later and was told that there was no way to get the tires put on today. Was upset and disappointed by me wasting my time and gas.

I got new tires and my car is driving much better! The lady who checked me in was very nice and my car was ready by the time I finished shopping in the store! The guy who did my tires was very nice and made sure my car was riding right before he parked my car. Such a great experience I ll be back!

If you Firstlike waiting a long time, this is the place for you!First time I went for a simple oil change, I waited 2 hours.Second time, the check-in staff told me there is only one worker and there would be a long wait time.Never had a problem with other Walmart Auto Centers. Last time trying this one.

The battery in my car gave out. Called the Pinhook and Ambassador Walmart auto center to verify if they had the battery for my car in stock. Called both stores for over and hour. Neither store auto center would answer their phones. If the auto center employees dont care enough to answer the phone I doubt they will care enough to complete any oil change...new tire installation...or any mechanical work professionally. Dont waste your time with these care not people to service your car.

Great service manager of the department and cashier's service technicians all good service won't take my car anywhere else they're the best

Agreee to an upcharge for additional service and then waited 120 minutes instead of the 10 I was quoted. This is not a place to save you money on an oil change. Two stars because the staff was courteous.

Took my SUV in like always for an oil change and once done they drove it around and the tech came in talking bout my driver's side window has disappeared they broke my window and refused to pay to fixed it when for changing oil all they had to do was pull the hood latch on the inside I'm a very unsatisfied customer and will never even by a toothbrush from Walmart no more on pinhook road in Lafayette Louisiana

I had a flat not far from the Wal mart on Pinhook. I went in and the guys had me in and out of there in less than a hour. They were very professional and very friendly.

They do not have enough employees, and they take a long time for that reason, they only had a single employee who installed the tires.No tienen suficientes empleados, y se tardan mucho por esa raz�n, solo ten�an un solo empleado que instalaba las llantas.
