If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited weeks for 2 tires. They cancelled my service appointment and gave little help to try to reschedule it. Didn t start working on my car for 2 hours and then told me they couldn t find the tire lock. Waste of time. No help or customer service by management.

Only cause I couldn t give no stars. Worst service I have ever seen. You pull up they looking at you while talking. Like do your job if you don t want to work leave! A whole hour and half compared to other places in town that are much busier. Never again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing express about this place. Waited over 2 hours for them to change one tire out. There was only one other vehicle being worked on when I got there. Aggravated when I drove up the staff stood inside staring at me, never asked what I needed. Got out of my vehicle and had to go up and address them to get a response. I have worked at an oil and tire place, so I know it should never take that long. Will take my business else where in the future , would rather pay extra than have to waist over two hours and deal with their laziness.Service: Tires

Walmart needs to do better on hiring their technicians, those guys are literally doing nothing. Came for an oil change around 3:30 PM, only 2 cars and 4 technicians, asking the cashier on the wait time, he said 45 mins. Came outside and the technician said they don't take any more oil change for today, come back next day.Came back on the next day at 3:30PM, and same thing, 2 cars and 4 technician, the wait time was 3 hours because those technicians were taking a lunch break for 1 hour 30 minute, yes lunch break at 3:30 PM and all of them together, they close at 7:00 PM but literally stop working at 4:00PM, asking if i can come back tomorrow morning. What a joke!!!!!I honestly want this job, easy job, easy money, no customers 2 oil changes in 3 hours, how much money does Walmart make from oil change to pay those guys??? Wasting money due to bad management Those people can never learn time is valuable, they are wasting other people time for their laziness, i came to 5 minutes oil change right across them instead

They were super quick to replace my tire took maybe 20 minutes. Super friendly. Super amazing staff. Also the best prices. They were $20 cheaper then any other place in Lafayette for my tires and they had the right size and grade. Will be going back to do my other 3 soon!

Got the oil change recommended by them for my truck and within 10 minutes of leaving, my AC went out. Not to mention that my starter went out the following week which I can chauk up to just needing to be changed but too many coincidences. Now here I am 3 weeks later and my "change oil" light is coming up. NEVER SAW IT....EVER. A lot of issues for my truck to be less than 100,000 miles and only after a Walmart oil change.

Cute girls pull up stop working on my tire repair to talk to them. Put air in another vehicle tire, another cute girl. Leaving my tire repair multiple times. From time started to finish to do a simple tire plug repair was over 45 minutes. For a job that I have had done countless times in less than 20 minutes. Not professional at all. Disappointed because I have received good service here in the past.Service: Tires

We come to them for all of our tire needs. It s convenient because we shop while they work on it. They have plugged our tires and have replaced our old ones with new ones. This is also our go-to for oil changes. The work is done well and we receive great customer service.

No line, 3 out of 4 open tire bays, yet still waited an hour for my car to be pulled in and worked on. Took another 2 hour to install two tires. I know it takes a moment to remove the old tire, put the new one on, and balance it, but if you re going to take 3 hours, then at least post average times it takes so people aren t wasting time. Who the hell wants to spend 3 hours at Walmart?!

Good service but Walmart doesn't provide their car care employees with the correct tool to perform their job efficiently. My access panel screws for my oil filter were stripped and they had no way to fix the problem they created. It would have been an easy fix.

I go to Wal Mart almost exclusively for my oil changes because I can get my shopping done while they take care of my car. Just recently, I went in for an oil change, and also asked if they changed brake/running light bulbs. I was told that they do for a small fee. No problem. I got my oil changed and my passenger brake light replaced. The next day, I was told that the brake light was STILL out. I feared a frayed wire or blown fuse. However, when I investigated, I noticed that there was no new bulb in my passenger brake/running light. In fact, there was no bulb at all! They took out my non-working part, charged for me a new one, and didn't install the new one. The good news is that Take 5 Oil Change is right next door to the Wal Mart that I did business with...That's right "DID" business. They won't be given the opportunity to rob me again.

I sat in my car for at least 25 minutes watching the 3 techs watching me. No one came toask if I needed help or even to tell me u needed to go inside to get help.listen I understand retail been in it myself almost 40 yrs. But this is ridiculous.

Took 3 hrs. to change out a battery that had been tested the day before from another Walmart. Had the slip with date and location and still took 3 hrs. Employee ask why couldn't I change the battery myself. Not something you just ask a customer.

They tried to sell me the balance tieing it to the road hazard. Sorry. Balance is not usually needed on a good quality tire, and Douglas is a well made tire. Salesclerk dropped the argument when she realized she wasn't going to win, but not without a disrespectful slur in her retreat.A tire that HAS been balanced may still pulsate on the road. If it does, it's probably out of round. It's usually a very cheap tire, poorly made.

The Service manager was very rude and took his precious time to get a tech to come and enter our info. The check in process took longer than it took to get the oil change
