Being a college student and living on a budget, these guys are some miracle workers! They were able to help me save money & work around my 2job and school schedule to get my truck fixed. They did an amazing job in a really fast time. They're really caring about their customers, and about the customers car. I will highly recommend them to anyone I see with a busted up vehicle. Very trustworthy place!

I am not one to complain about a bad place on the internet but this needs to get out there. I would give this place no star but that is impossible just like this business,if you can call it that. Like the others complaining I to have been waiting for close to 2 MONTHS to get my car back, I am in awe that State Farm would use this place as a preferred auto shop. Dropped the car off mid September, have called a few times and was told it would ready soon ,a month into it and again before Thanksgiving, still no car. If I would have read the reviews instead of trusting my insurance company I would NEVER have brought my car, oh by the way there was not that much damage so it shouldn't have taken that long. Please do not use these people if you would like to get your car back within the next century.

Absolutely the best place to get your car repaired! The friendliest staff and the owners are amazing. They will work extra hard to take care of you and are never too busy for their customers. Their work is outstanding as well!!! Wouldn't bring my vehicles any other place.

After getting some body work done at another shop (as pushed by the insurance company) my car made an obnoxious rattling noise. That shop had no interest in figuring out what it was, so I poked around myself a bit but ultimately just lived with it.After a year and a half I finally decided to get it dealt with and a friend recommended Touchet's - within an hour and a half of calling to see when they might be able to see me these guys had me come over, confirmed the noise, stripped down the front end, found the other shop's mistakes, fixed them, and sent me on my way. While I was waiting the owner even took the time to come over and chat about the issue.I definitely recommend that you bring your body work here. These guys do great work and will treat you right while they're at it

These guys were SOOOO helpful! I called my dad freaking out after my wreck and he immediately called Mr. Tim, the owner of the shop, who sent a wrecker to pick up my car for me! He even contacted the rental company for me too, and he made me feel at home!! Mr. Tim made me feel so relaxed and at peace knowing I left Murphy (the name of my little car lol) in the right hands! Would highly recommend to any one!!!

JUST PLAIN OLE PREJUDICE!!! I called to have them give me an estimate for hail damage only. However, on the way there, I experienced some mechanical issues on my car. I was told by the owners son that they had a in house mechanic that could take a look at the car if I'd like. I told him that would be fine. After a day and a half of them having the car and not being contacted with a progress report like they said they would, I decided to call. The owner was extremely rude by telling me that he not done anything to my car and that it was still parked where I left it. When I asked about the in house mechanic, he said he had not come in, and further more, I could just come to get my car because he was not working on it, then to top it all off, he hung up. At this time I realized that because I owned this 1967 Antique Classic, he figured that I was a drug dealer or something not knowing that I'm employe d overseas. Several hours later I go there to speak with him, at which he advised me that he was the owner and that he owned the place and if I needed to speak, to do so. I told him that I was speaking to him politely and that I demanded the same respect. He became even louder and more irate. I then told him that I didnt care if he owned the moon, but he would respect me. He son got up and grabbed me by the arm and asked me to leave, which I did. While walking outside, I told the owner that I felt that he was prejudice and that he had no reason to act this way. All I wanted was an estimate and to be treated fairly. At this time, the son made a threat that if he would walk out of the door of the building, what he would do. I told him, his dad and the other three men, that if they walked outside after me, that it would be a BIG mistake. The son then slammed the door to the business and I left. "Only in America"!!! Just sad but I'll prayer for him anyway.. PEACE

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. My fiance and I went there on the morning of Mardi gras to get an estimate on very light body work a full body paint job on my car. We talked to Tyler Touchet, the son of the owener Tim Touchet. Tyler was very pleasant, giving us a decent estimate and said he'd get his guys right on it and it would take about a week and a half to finish it. All he needed was half of the money up front and he preferred to be paid in cash (which was the first red flag). We left to get the money out of the bank account and came right back. He counted the money and said "Ok thank you. I'll keep you posted on the work. I had to ask for a receipt which he wrote on a piece of paper (second red flag). A week later, I called Tyler for a status update and he said they hadn't started the paint job but the they fixed the small dents and it will probably be ready in another week. I called again at the end of the following week after not hearing from him and he tells me that he went out of town and before he left he told the other guys to get started on it and they didn't. He proceeds to tell me now that NO work has been done on the car (not even the body work that he told me was completed) and he put me on hold to talk to the owner, his dad. He comes back and says it would take another three weeks to complete the job. So if I wanted my money back then he would refund it. Understanding that things happen, I told him to keep the car and I'll pick it up in 3 weeks when it was finished. He said he would call me the following Monday to let me know the paint job had been started. The weekend goes by and I call Monday morning to to make sure my car would be started on that day. The owner, Tim, answers and when I introduce myself and tell him I'm calling to confirm the three week job Tyler said, Tim now tells me that Tyler was wrong and because of their current workload, it would be a month before they can even start on my car. He goes on to say that I should just come get my money back because they don't have the time. At this point, I completely agreed. Later that afternoon Tyler calls my fiance and very rudely tells her that we can't get the money today because his dad keeps it in a safe at his house. So we have to get it the next day. We were so done at this point that she just said fine. We go the next morning at 6am and Tyler meets us outside with an envelope of cash and says Thanks and walks back in. He didn't even offer to count the money. Like we're just supposed to trust him at this point. So we count the money in the car and guess what. Its $20 short. We counted it three times to make sure. After still coming up short, we knock on the door and tell Tim the money is short. He says it can't be because he and his son counted. Now get this, the amount he said they counted was $20 more than what we gave Tyler, making it $40 shorter than what was actually in the envelope. Tyler takes the money and counts it, getting the same amount we got...$20 short. He gave us the rest of the money and we parted ways. This is not a professional company and very untrustworthy. I will never go back there. I advise anyone that chooses to do business with them to take anything they say with a grain of salt. Again, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Have been there twice and the process is always quick and easy. They value their customers over profit, and provide a good service.
