We had a blow out on a family road trip about 2 miles away from the shop. We limped in and the customer service was outstanding. We were traveling with 4 kids and the guy working the register was so kind and understanding. We were back on the road in a fraction of the time it would have taken at a bigger place. I couldn't recommend this place enough

I needed the front brakes replaced. I went to Tire Choice Auto. The staff was very polite and helpful. The service was great as well as the staff. Thank you to the staff at Tire Choice. I well bring my vehicle again.

If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. Made an appointment and ordered tires a week ahead of time. Manager stated that 'it doesn't work that way' but had other tires to offer us...definitely not the ones that we ordered with a MAJOR price difference. Pissed off, but went through with the service because new tires were needed. Drove off after paying over $900 for all new tires, only to be a on a flat a mere few miles away from the business. Thank God my husband was with me, who realized the tire was not only leaking a drastic amount of air but wouldn't take any air due to a damaged valve stem and seal. We are beyond grateful for DAVE'S CAR CARE ON PINHOOK ROAD who fixed our tire and couldn't believe we were let go like that from Tire Choice. Next day my TPMS sensors magically stopped working, Zero help from Tire Choice with this issue. To leave a tire facility with worse tire troubles than when I arrived is an absolute JOKE. Pay a little extra and go somewhere you can get at least decent service.

THIS SHOP SAVED US! The Supervisor/Manager on duty was single-handedly the nicest and most friendliest. He had us patched up and back on the road within 35 minutes and I m so grateful for the speedy service as we needed to get back on the road ASAP!

I knew things were gonna be bad when the manager was on FaceTime on an IPad and the guy working on the back was asleep. If you go here make sure you know about cars. I had to go here because my rental car had a fast leak and this was my only option. They take my car to look at it and can t find a leak anywhere then they take it outside and put it in water and I m watching do nothing and he fills it up I ask him if it s done and he said yea bruh your stem was bad. As I see the same stem in the tire. I said oh thanks! I knew it wasn t fixed but I knew these guys were to dumb / lazy to do anything about it. I gave up and just accepted defeat. Anyway the tire lost 10 PSI in an hour as I guessed it would because they did nothing. Do not go here unless you about cars otherwise they will just lie / rip you off I guess they charged the rental car company for this which is a shame. Stay away I don t think anything good can out of this place beside a good nap. Laziness at a new level.

First I would like to say that the representative was very nice and helpful. But with that being said. There were several things that would make me not send more business their way.When looking for tires the representative informed me that he had a smaller tire which I was ok with due to him stating there would only be approximately a 1/4" height difference. Then he came back and said he didn't have that size but had a smaller size and said it would only be approximately 1/2" difference from what I currently had on my vehicle. After the installation I could visually see a big difference in tire size and compared the size to my old tire which was approximately 2.5" difference in height. My old tires were in horrible shape so I had no choice but to keep the tires. On our way home (we were from out of town) the representative called amd apologized stating that the tires he installed were a 4 ply tire and my vehicle had to have at least a 10 ply and that he made a mistake. The representative stated that he would order the tires and I would have to travel back to have the correct tires installed. I was very thankful that he noticed the mistake and let me know as well as did not charge me the difference to the bigger size and ply tire.When I went back to have the correct tires installed I brought some new metal valve stems due to him not having any the first time. The representative was only able to get one valve stem on and informed the that the others would not be able to be used and that the one he installed would probably fail. I asked him if he had any heavy duty rubber stems at which time he stated he did and would put them on. After the install was complete I noticed that 2 of my old stems were still on, 1 of the stems that I brought was on (which he previously stated it would probably fail), and 1 new rubber stem. I was not going to argue after the fact but did inform him of my displeasure and he didn't try to put new stems on when mentioned.On our way home I noticed some vibration coming from the tires and brought it to my regular tire shop at home to have everything checked. My local shop stated the valve stem was put on incorrectly at which time they corrected it and was able to put the stems I originally tried to have installed on with no issues (I was able to watch and noticed them being installed effortlessly). The local technetion performed a balance on all tires which were all way off. After my local shop performed the corrections I have no issues. Unfortunatly I had to pay my local shop for the fix but it was well worth the peace of mind knowing it was done correctly.

They are very helpful and kind! The man at the counter was very sweet and he got me in and out. I had a nail in my tire and they were very quick to patch it up. I set my appointment up online and the process was simple. Thank you Tire Choice!

Great and only place I will take my car for simple services. Very honest about what they can and can't do for your car, equally honest prices for their services.

The worse service everI brought my car there today to get a tire changed and they put a huge dent in my fender and are saying they didn't. This is a brand nee finder that has been on the car maybe 3 weeks. Avoid this place at all cost

Went to get air , the guy put my air pressure at 47 when the normal range is 33-35. I had to tell him to release some air then he finally was like open the door so I can see how much you need. That should ve been the first step. Idk if it was laziness or he just didn t know what he was doing. But that could be dangerous to future customers. Especially women who may not know any better. I wouldn t return.

Came in for a tire patch. The staff were very friendly and the service was lightning fast. Amazing quality of work at a fair price! I absolutely recommend them.

James at Tire Choice is awesome!!!! Also, the woman at the front counter is amazing! Tire prices aren't great, as I was used to Allied Tire, who used to match pricing of competitors. Great people working here though. Again, James is the man!!

This is from a friend of mine Marilyn Worthy. This is so no one has to go through the nightmare Im going through. please never go to Allied Tire on Evangeline Thrwy. They gave me my car back with only four of the five lug nuts holding the tire on to the rim . they scratched and dented both rims because they didn t know how to use the key to unlock my rims to get the tires off. They also broke the key that is used to remove the tires, When I confronted them about it they did Nothing to fix their incompetence.

Went in for front brakes and rotors SUV still sounds like no work was ever done been there 3 times in 3 months Alicia very helpful Jules very rude impatient and unprofessional have to get another company to correct the problem and I'm requesting A FULL REFUND and I'm still waiting on someone from corporate to return my call maybe my attorney could get a quicker response I do not recommend this location at all

Very unprofessional. My 6 year old & I had a tire that had a huge leak in it. The guy that helped me at first was nice until the manager came. He was rude, told me he didnt know what to tell me and to fix a leak it was a 2 hour wait. Then complained that he had to be off for a certain time. Definitely would not recommend for further assistance with tires.

Called about slit tire, Mrs Alysha not only found the tire match to the set I had just bought in February. She went pick it up and kept me Informed. Had it all together. Well pleased with the service. Thanks Mrs Helmer for going above and beyond.

John Faulk ordered the tire we needed and had it the very next day before noon. We arrived at our appointment time and were out of there with our new tire installed in 30 minutes!We appreciate the professional and very pleasant attitudes of everyone at Tire Choice. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and the best price in town. We checked! Recommending to all our friends and neighbors.Thank you, John, and the whole Staff at Tire Choice for taking such good care of us and having appreciated respect for our automobile.

Husband dropped off vehicle at 8 am. Told them he would be back around 3 or 4 pm. Got there at 4:30 pm and they were just starting the brakes which is all that they needed to do. Finished brakes at 5:45 pm... Very poor time management and communication.

I was on a long road trip from Texas back to Florida when we had a tire go down at 2 in the morning. Luckily we were right by the exit of this location. I came in first in the morning expecting the worst but the team there was able to patch me up and get me on my way. Thank you so much to that team!

Brought my car here to have my tires checked before driving back to New Orleans. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when they found out nothing was wrong with my tires and the light coming on was an error, they didn t charge me anything for the inspection. Appreciated them being able to get to my vehicle quickly.

We had just got struck by hurricane Ida and when we tried to escape from our callopesed home our car had 2 flats by the time we got to safety. This place was the least busiest as a choice and they helped tremendously. They didn't charge much at all and we got in and out and gave their prayers. Much respect and the best choice to get your tire repairedService: General repairs

These guys were awesome. My wife and I were road tripping and stopped for gas and noticed my tire was bulging and torn. They were closing at 530 and it was 520. I called and said I wouldn t be able to get there in time but we still had 3 hours left to get home. They stayed open for me and were so kind and greeted us (after closing hours) with smiling faces. Excellent service when he could have easily said they were closing for the day. It was Friday night on top of all of this. I worked with Christopher, the store manager and Marcus. I highly recommend these guys!

5 star service. Great and Friendly Staff. Price for 4 tires was very reasonable. While replacing my tires they found an air pressure sensor broken, the replaced for no charge. My battery was dead in my key remote and to my surprise they replaced the batter for me again at no charge. That folks is a high level of customer service. I never post ratings, this is my 3rd in my life time and they sure deserve ever word of it.

Had my oil changed here a few months back and had a great experience. Went back for brakes and was even more impressed! Everyone is nice and service was super fast. I'll definitely be returning

I have been using this tire shop for years and I was afraid things would change with new ownership, but I am happy to report the customer service has remained. I can t say enough kind words about these guys and they truly do treat you like family! This type of service is becoming a lost art but Chris and the whole crew know how to take care of you. Tire Choice is lucky to have you guys! Thanks for patching my tire again!!!

Exceeded my expectations with their customer service and diligence. I had a screw in my tire for DAYS, because I had 2 different FireStone locations call and cancel my appointment with them because "it overbooked and the website isn't caught up" needless to say they both said they couldn't see me till the weekend...and they told me this on a Sunday. All while they knew I had a long drive ahead of me since Spring Break was that weekend and I was headed home then. NEEDLESS TO SAY my dad and I were both scrambling to find a place that could help me before Friday and that was when Doug came into the picture and saved the day!!!Not only did he work with me and got me an appointment before the weekend journey, but he also got me in and out of there IN 1 HOUR!While I didn't want to go straight to work after, it was such a blessing to have such a personal customer service experience and to know me (and my car) were definitely in good hands, since I far away from home for college.

There are several Tire Choice locations in Lafayette but I choose this one because of Chris Boudreaux! Chris is friendly, funny, and professional! Chris has obviously had great customer service training. The whole team takes care of you quickly and efficiently. They know I have a long commute and make sure I stay safe for my travels. Today Q quickly found a nail in my tire and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes! I have also bought many tires from them through the years and their prices can t be beat. Thanks for your awesome service!
