The guys in the shop were amazing. They took the time to show and explain all damages. They were kind to me and patient with me. They traveled to another shop to get the tires I needed and went WELL past above and beyond. They took amazing care of my car. Definitely the most amazing experience I ever had. Will definitely continue to trust them with future repairs.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Stopped by Tire Choice and was delighted they were able to check my tire within 5 minutes.Located a nail, showed me the tire, made the repair and I was ony way. Very pleased.

I went in on Saturday and Mr Justin took care of me and was very professional I go back today and there wasn't anyone in the shop they said he was off today the shop was a mess I drove all the way from lake Charles to deal with mr justin and he had my vehicle serviced in and out today i go and they refused to service my tire without justin that place needs to be shut down. Good job to Justin for being a professional young man but to the guys who were cooking in the shop and playing loud music just bad customer service.

Amazing customer service! I cannot rave about this establishment enough. For someone who deals with nails and screws in their tires regularly and has gone to other shops for services, I can honestly say this place is hands down my new go to. Mr. Billy and his staff are quick, efficient, and all around wonderful people. I went to replace one tire and was out of there within 25 minutes, I've never been anywhere where it didn't take an hour+ for a tire replacement. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Very friendly team. The store manager Mr. Ben Z. Was very knowledgeable and accommodating! Mr. Z's employee was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Even though being short staffed you wouldn't know, because of the Quick in and out service. I definitely recommend this facility at this location! 5 stars no doubt! Thanks again to Mr. Ben Z. And his employee!!!

The worst tire experience I ve ever had. Far from professionals and definitely seems like it was everyone s first day on the job. This is the kind of place that gives tire shops bad names

Great service! They gave me advice before going to get my tire sensors working. They put 4 new tires and fixed my sensors in a short amount of time.

Excellent customer service! Wes and his team go above and beyond for their customers. From pricing to installation, they take excellent care of all the details of my tire needs. I ve been a loyal customer for years and will continues to do business with these guys in the future. Give them a chance to quote you the next time you need some new tires, need a tire repair, or brakes for that matter. I m a very satisfied customer!

The people are very helpful and pleasant. The service has been quick and great. I trust these guys to give me a good price and honest work. I definitely feel they're looking out for the customer, not just focused on making money2 years ago I went in to buy a new tire because one of mine had a screw on the very edge of the tread and we were about drive round trip to Phoenix, AZ twice. The staff assured me it could be patched and safely driven in the desert and talked me OUT of buying a new tire. That tire not only got us safely through that trip but lasted another 1.5 years.

Vehicle Inspections are NOT available at the Tire Choice Auto Service on Pinhook. Although their website states it does Vehicle Inspections, I called and they said they do not.

Wesley (mgr) and his people are wonderful folks. Nice, very clean waiting area with a nice TV, and coffee. Their people do a wonderful job, and make sure my tire service is prompt and done correctly. I've never had any bad experiences here, work is always done perfectly to a "T". Thanks guys!!!

This business is absolutely fantastic! I don t know all of the guys names, but every one here is extremely nice, professional, and helpful. This is the ONLY place I come now for any of my tire needs, and I usually try to come here for other car issues as well since I love the work they do! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick, friendly service and positive attitudes!

Jameson is the BEST! We love the knowledge and the professionalism that he gives. For the past 2 decades we have been purchasing our tires and brake services with them. Always will recommend him!!!!!! For the best friendly customer service go see them!

Best service in town. Amazing costumer service, kind, polite, honest. I've taken my car there for major work - all new brakes, pads and all and minor things- picked up a screw. They take care of me no matter how simple. The service is always quick and complete. They won't over sell you or suggest stuff you don't need.I would highly recommend this location. Too bad they don't do engine work. But, he'll give you a good recommendation!

I went to Allied for the first time yesterday and I believe they've made a customer for life. I went in and asked for the cheapest tires for my car. I only needed two. The gentleman behind the counter didn't blink an eye, he spoke to me and gave me the price. I mentioned that this was so much cheaper than a place I recently went to to get my back tires changed. When I told him what I payed, he was astonished. He told me that even his top-of-the-line tires are $100 bucks cheaper than what I payed there. Some Yokohama tires. I was so pleased to hear that, so I changed by order to those instead. Only $60 more.These are some nice guys who aren't trying to squeeze money out of you. They are honest and they just want to get your car safe. Perhaps that's just how I felt about it. Either way, I recommend Allied Tire for Lafayette.

I walked in fully expecting to drop about $120 on a new tire. Jamison told me they could just repair the one I had in about 30 minutes. They could have told me I had to get a new one and I wouldn't have known any better. Furthermore, they didn't even charge me for the repair. Not only did they save me $120, Jamison's hat was clean as hell.

I am a student driving back and forth from Lafayette to Denver and had a tire needing a patch. Mr. Doug Jamerson and the guys took such good care of me. In fact, he gave me this service FREE OF CHARGE! What a blessing. I highly recommend this stop of anyone and everyone!!

Had a flat repaired at another company. 2 weeks later, same tire started to go flat again. Went back to the place that fixed it, and was told I would have to pay to even have it looked at. Took it to tire choice for repair. In and out in less than an hour.. guess how much these guys charged me, even though I picked up a nail? Nothing! Guess who has my business from now on! Thanks guys! Means a lot to a retiree....

Had FLAT at Social Security put air in and Allied was closest so went there. 1st time there and was quickly seen and serviced my flat tire.To my surprise there wasNO CHARGE!!!. Bing DISABLED barely able to walk these people were exceptional !!! hat made my day being depressed about the tire and my visit to Social Security this kind nurture went a long way.THANKS GUYS

This was my first experience with this location. While I realize they closed at 4pm, I called in at 1:45pm to find out if I could come in for a tire rotation. I Was told the wait is 1 hr. Arrived at 2pm...now I was told they couldn't do it. The guy clearly seem annoyed and I didn't push it. Went to the Broussard location and was seen immediately. I love the Allied customer service and realize they may just had a bad day.

Knowledgeable and kind. They don't talk down to me just because I'm a woman, and have no problem explaining things to me so I can make informed decisions. They make suggestions based on my best interests and ultimately leave the decisions up to me. They are reasonably priced and make it a point to take care of their customers.

After installing a 2 level kit on my truck the guys at the Johnston location told me I needed 4 cams installed and didn t even give it a look. Brought it to Jamerson here at the Pinhook location and him and the guys got to the problem quickly and fixed it with no hassle.

This place looks sketchy, but it's not. I took my car in for brakes at 10 AM and it was done by 4. Their base price for brakes comes in at 1/2 of what Zimm's quoted me($220just front or just back), more than 1/2 of Midas($280 just front or just back) and the brakes came with a 3 year warranty.I just moved here from Minnesota where a good friend was a mechanic and he always worked on my car so it was difficult for me to take it to a stranger. They were polite and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my breaks, what I needed and why. They made me feel very comfortable with bringing my car there and I will take it back there if I ever need to....if only they did engine work, too.

These guys are on it. Didn t stop until they found the problem. So courteous, respectful and very helpful. Any problems they will get it right. Great prices. Great people. Can t beat it! I definitely will be back and will let everyone I know about this place. Thank you guys....

Caught a puncture in my rear tire, and GoodYear said they were unable to plug it, I had to purchase a new one. Came to Allied, and they plugged it for me withiut a problem. Happened 6 months ago, and the tire is still holding up well. Thanks guys for your awesome trustworthy service! Will definitely be back

First time I went to Allied to get tires mounted I had a 5 star experience. Second time, same tires, same wheels, I was told "our machines can't do that". Man at the counter, despite having no customers, refused to talk to me. I guess they downgraded their machines to compressors that don't go past 15psi recently. If that guy reads this, tires hold air before they're even stretched. All it takes is a bead breaker and an air chuck. No bead set/cheeta/starting fluid required, just air them up. Allied, same location, has done them before no problem. If you don't want to mess with it, tell me that, I'm perfectly fine with that. But don't make something up. Thanks a lot for the help..
