I highly recommend this place. Mr Jeff is first class. I called around for a new set of tires and his price and miles were the best. This place has fast become my preferred place for tires!

Y'all, need to do better... 45 minutes for an oil change on a Saturday?? You have 2 techs 2 empty bays except for the one my car was occupying. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked the guy how much longer he said he'll go see about it. Comes back 5 minutes later to tell me the whole process of what needs to be done. I stopped him and said I know what needs to be done, but damn 45 mins????? 15 -20 minutes max!!! I didn't have time to do it myself that's why I'm here. Looking back at it I should of did it myself!!! Not to mention I had to get the service writer to redo my information because he keyed it wrong. Never again...

I would avoid at all cost. I went in for a plug to fix an air leak in one of my tires. They damaged the wheel when removing and reinstalling the tire. The supervisor stated "This is the third time it happened today." I had them document that my wheel was damaged. And no... they didn't offer to pay for damages on my brand new 2022 f-150. They scared the wheel all the way around. See photos.

Don t go here they don t know what they doing and will leave ur car the way it came in and take ur money and the manager Jeff will lie and claim to fix the issue and don t, just go somewhere else!!!

My husband and I were on our way home to Houston from a family funeral in Baton Rouge when we had a bit of tire trouble. Stopped for gas in Lafayette and noticed our front passenger tire was real low. Found this place after a quick google search, they got us in immediately and fixed our tire on under 10 minutes. They were so friendly to my husband and I and our sweet little senior pup we had in tow. So grateful to be back on the road home. Highly recommend and would use them regularly if we lived in town.

Brought a vehicle in for a leaky tire repair. Was told the leak was repaired and was told there was no charge. Approximately 1 week later, brought the same car back due to air leaking out of same tire. After "checking" the tire, I was told that the plug put in the week before was good and that no leak could be detected. Was told by two workers that this happens from time to time and that the tire may need replacing. Exactly a week later, same tire same problem. I brought the car to a tire dealership that I have dealt with previously and the tire was actually repaired. I was told that a nail was found in the tire. I was also told that despite there being chalk marks on the outside of the tire, there was no plug or patch that had ever been added to the tire. While I did not get charged for a "tire repair" either time I brought the vehicle into tire choice, I was advised that the tire had been repaired with a plug and the second time I was told that the plug was holding solid. Not true at all. While I was told the tire had been plugged, it had not, which explains the continued leaking. I will never spend a single dollar in Tire Choice.

DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENTWalked in for a dead battery, was told it would be $448.01 for a Kia Soul. After calling around and seeing it would be about $250 anywhere else, Leonard didn t seem surprised and said yeah that s about right. That s what it ll be no explanation, no apologies, not even a look up from what he was doing. PLEASE do not use this place. Hell, go to auto zone if you need.

Very happy with the speedy service at Tire Choice. I had walked in the shop without an appointment and was taken care of right away. Reasonable prices too! I needed a rim installed on a spare tire and was out of the shop in 20 minutes! Will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues. Happy customer!

Probably one of the best mechanic shops I've ever been to. Being a busy shop on a Saturday, the manager made sure customers were properly knowledgeable of service time. Martin and his crew was very accommodating from start to finished. We ended up having our tires balanced, rotated, and front breaks changed. Everything was done at a timely manner. Deffinitely will come back. Thanks guys!

I used T-Boys and loved the personal service so when Tire Choice bought them out I remained a customer and still dealt with some of the same friendly people. I always get my tires, oil changes, brakes, tire rotation and tire repair there. Noone ever said I needed brakes. I even went their 2 weeks ago for a tire repair they never said a thing about it. Sunday somoene sitting in a car next to mine told me it looks like you have oxidation and may need brakes. I went today to Tire Choice it opens at 7:30 but noone was there at 8 so I left. I had less then 1mm of brake pads on the back all of my rotors had to be replaced and all of my brakes. They showed me with the gauge thst I had so little brakes on the back you could not measure them. You had my business and I trusted you to tell me what I needed to stay safe - $900 later I had to depend on a bystander to let me know.

I have been coming to this location for a while now. These guys are awesome and have always tried to help me out with whatever it was I was having a problem with. They have changed my oil numerous times and have fixed flats that I ve had plenty of times. I have gone to no other place to get my vehicle taken care of except the dealership and I will continue coming here as long as I live here. Everyone have a safe and blessed day!

I don't see this place staying in business long. I have tried on several occasions to get my oil changed here and was basically turned way each time. 1st time I went in and wanted to use the coupon for an oil change and was told it would be double the price because they were out of the type of oil they had on coupon. 2nd time the I was told they only had one person working and he just started a job that would take a few hours. When I tried to set up a time to come back I was told just to call. I don't have time to sit around and keep calling to see if they can do a simple oil change.

If you want quality service (or to live), this company is not it!On one occasion, I had my wife's Tahoe in for an alignment and tire repair. Clearly stated not to plug, but patch only. but they ended up plugging the tire anyways. They gave some excuse that the repair needed, was too close to the sidewall, which the puncture was in the tread.The alignment itself was done good. Though, for some reason for this service, someone decided to take the brake calipers off or loosen the bolts holding them to the caliper brackets. After leaving the shop, my wife lost her brakes a mile or two down the road. After she had managed to pull over and inspect the vehicle, it was found that the brake calipers were hanging by hoses, completely off the vehicle.For the next occasion. I have recently, placed an appointment online with installation of specific tires in mind. The appointment itself went smooth. It was after the service, upon picking up the vehicle, it was found that the incorrect tires ( yet more expensive) were installed. I was never notified of the change or that tie tires ordered were not in stock.***Follow up 8 months later. ***Severe wear on the inside tread of the tires indicating a bad alignment, due to not properly set the camber to factory specs. Ball joints, tie rod ends, and tires were replaced at the time of the alignment, so It is not hardware related.

Great Prices on tires. I called all around Lafayette area and the prices weren't even close to T-Boys. Also, they have a very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend their business.

I would like to say thank you to the whole T Boyz staff! My wife was traveling from San Antonio,Tx to see me while I'm working in Louisiana. Her car broke down right outside of Lafayette. She took it to T Boyz and they were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife's car was highway ready. And it only took one day. The guys were very friendly and they made my wife feel very comfortable. I'd recommend them anytime to anyone. Thank you so much. Edgar and Tashebia Green

Worst experience ever. Kevin doesn t seem to know what type of tires to install on your vehicle. Ended up putting the wrong tires on my BMW and I had to pay for new tires on a lease return. Would never recommend them and I will never go back.

Clean, friendly operation providing competitive pricing. No front end alignment available at this location. Easy to work with staff, will gladly return in the future .
