I brought my Chevy Equinox in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The Service Manager asked what I needed before I got to the counter. I told him which tire had the leak, he told the technician, I gave him the keys and took my car into one of the bays immediately. I talked to the Service Manager, in between customers, and in no time at all the technician told the SM my car was ready. They didn't charge me anything. Prompt service and good customer service. Thanks guys

I want to thank Ryan and everybody for the work on my car and the outstanding customer service.This was my first time bringing my car for service and I met a very friendly and professional staff. They provided top customer service in Lafayette.I scheduled a service appointment through amazon to replace my tires.And although there were issues completing the services payment through Amazon, they took care of me.I highly recommend this place, and I will be returning in the future!

HORRIBLE customer service.I was sent to this location from another location due to their equipment not working properly. All of the tire choices are suppose to work together and help each other when problems occur. There wasn t a wait at this location like the others had and Ricky refused to help me. He wouldn t perform the service. I ain t doing it was his exact words.Will not return!

Made an appointment for 1 and we showed up at 12:30 only to find out that their break guy had left. So apparently it doesn't matter if you have a appointment or not your just out of luck.

They told me how my brake pads were worn and needed replacement. The work was done quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour.

Have gotten my oil changed here a handful of times and have always been treated very respectfully for a great price, with fast service that s less than 15 minutes.

Took my van here to see why my it had a wobble. They immediately told me I needed to buy 4 new tires. 2 of the tires were brand new so this was a lie. They also left all the plastic trash in my car when I told them no thank you. I did price comparisons and Tire Choice is the most expensive in Lafayette.

These guys have helped me out of a jam more than once. Service is always prompt and friendly. Once I find a shop that will work with me, I like to stay loyal, and it s a pleasure to bring my car here. They have saved me a ton of money over dealership repair prices. If you have a Honda, mechanic Matt is your guy. He knows his way inside and out of a Honda engine.

Mr. Ricky and the staff provided excellent service to me and my husband. Took the time to do a thorough check for us and got our car rolling as smooth as a new car. Appreciate the time they took to make sure we understood what needed to be done and took the effort to get all the repairs done in a timely matter.

First I want to say thank you Mr. Ricky for being who you naturally are. Now, let me get to the service that was provided for me. This place is by far the most honest mechanic shop I ve walked into in a very long time, maybe ever. Mr. Ricky, The mechanic, & Staff all get s collectively as a group. This place is the place you go when your tired of mechanics lying to you & ripping you off. It s the most courteous, kind, professional, mechanic shop you ever want to walk into. And I take my hat off to how Mr. Ricky runs his shop. I can t say thank you enough for the way you treated me & the amazing honest work you ve provided for me. If finding a honest mechanic shop was on my bucket lists, I just checked it off. Thank you very much for the amazing service & I ll be back. And I m letting everybody I know that need work done to there car, to come here.

I never leave reviews, but Mr. Ricky and his crew deserve one. They are absolutely the best shop in Lafayette! They diagnosed my issue and fixed it all before lunch! They are genuine, honest people who want to make sure you re on the road safely!

Best people and service you could ever ask for!!!!! I will be definitely going back!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! I've never met a boss and coworker team like I have today!!!!! Please stop in and get your brakes or any job they offer done here on Johnston St!!!!!

This place used to be allied tires, and it was a place I did business at for years. Then it became tire choice, but initially even then they honored some of the old principles that allied tires had established. One of these was free, tire, rotation, and tire patches if you had a nail in your tire as long as you bought your tires from them. I just went there to get a patch done in my vehicle and I told them that I get my tires from them and they were able to confirm that if they looked for it on their computer.. they still charged me $32 to patch it. Pretty unhappy with this change, but I didn t stand up there and argue with them. But now I guess I won t have to drive out of my way anymore to go to tire choice for my needs and tires.

Jim, Doug and Chase were AMAZING!!! Stopped here for a tire emergency while traveling, and they fixed us up. Fastest service in 50 states hands down. We felt like they were family. Extremely impressed. Cannot recommend them enough. We always need tires as we drive professionally, we will definitely return!

We needed a tire changed on a road trip and the manager was so very helpful. They were able to change the tire in 45 minutes. In addition, the mechanic found a defect in another tire, so we were able to address that before it got worse. Highly recommend this place for going the extra mile , friendliness, professionalism and prompt service.

I had the best experience here!! Josh was the most hospitable, helpful, and friendly service I could have asked for! They fixed my tires quickly and with nothing but smiles on their faces! :)) I will always come here for any kind of tire service I need!

The service guys are great but I gave 2 stars because of the guy at the front. When I walked in he wasn't on the phone but when I got to the counter he started a phone call with me standing there. I'm not sure who taught him customer service but that's not it.

My son hit a huge pothole and his radiator was knocked loose - this place replaced a bracket to secure the radiator! AT NO CHARGE!! Years ago they plugged a flat tire for him at no charge! Please give them your business!

I came in at the end of the day and was met with the friendly face of Doug Brotherton. Everyone was so nice and professional. As with most places currently, they are having a hard time keeping fully staffed. Which I couldn t tell. Although my tire could not be fixed they did everything they could to help me. Always impressed with the customer service I experience here. This encounter was not different. My gratitude goes out to the team. Thank y all for taking, what can be a very stressful situation, and making it easier.

I purchased a set of Goodyears from the tire choice in Sulphur roughly a year ago. Very low mileage on them. My wife had a blow out today out of no where so I called about the good year tire warranty and was told that the only way they could do something is if I had purchased their road hazard warranty. I knew this information is incorrect so I called the Goodyear Customer Service hotline and was told that this company just does not want to go through the Goodyear warranty process because instead of serving their customers correctly they want to sell you a new tire at full markup and sell you their adds. I was directed to a Goodyear store and they will be replacing my tire for me today at a prorated price under Goodyears manufacture warranty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and don t let this company try to take advantage of you.

I would give six stars if I could! I just purchased a Mini JCW after driving a KIA Forte for 12 years. I really want to take care of this Mini. After calling around a few places I realized that a lot of auto centers refuse to work on this vehicle. Being that the nearest Mini dealer is in Houston, I was starting to sweat a bit. Well, in walks Ricky who literally says he's not afraid to work on any kind of vehicle. He performed an alignment, a 32 point inspection and replaced an old air filter for me. What is more valuable to me than the work on the car is that Ricky and Doug made me feel taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks fellas!

I cannot thank Kevin enough for helping me out today! He gave me an awesome discount because I am a Waitr delivery driver. I was able to go straight over after my shift on a Saturday afternoon and they got me taken care of right away! Friendly service I'll definitely be back and recommend them to friends and family.

Fabulous, friendly staff with expertise and quality service. Issues with one's car can cause so much confusion and anxiety, but their care, knowledge, fast service, and excellent prices made this "bump in the road" an an experience that has eliminated that stress for me in the future. I will definitely go to Tire Choice when the needs arrive in the future... and I will be pleased to do so!!! Thank you so much, guys!!!

I regularly use this shop to buy my tires because their prices are so competitive, combined with an experienced long term staff which is just as important. I was pleasantly surprised today when they didn't charge me for fixing a flat, when others wanted $45 because of my tire style. Great customer service, class operation.

Very impressed with my first visit! I called ahead to make sure an appointment wasn't needed. They started working on my oil change right away and even included a complimentary 32 point inspection and tire balance. Quick service too, I was out in 30 minutes. Thank you Ricky and Kevin!

I ve been to a lot of Tire Choices, and all of them are subpar compared to this one. I had a nail in my tire and tried to go to Walmart to get it fixed first and they let me stand there for 15 minutes just to tell me that they didn t have any tire patches. So I came to the Johnston street tire choice and they took care of me with no questions. They fixed my tire within 10 minutes and it was free since I got my tires with them. The staff was so friendly, and very welcoming. They made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible and they were so professional. I definitely will be recommending this location to everyone. This is the best location I ve been to. Thanks Tire Choice!

Got a random flat tire at the worst possible time..5pm, and I had to make a drive back to Lake Charles. I called several places and explained my situation, but got the same answer from all of them, they were booked for the day. Luckily I called this place and Mr. Douglas Brotherton answered the phone and showed great customer service right away. He sympathized my situation and gave me all options that I had to work with to resolve my situation. Fortunately, I just needed to patch my tire. But the knowledge and customer service that Mr. Douglas showed to me is the reason I'm writing this review. He was beyond helpful, as well as the other guy that fixed my tire, and they showed that they cared, unlike majority of other shops. If you're reading this Mr. Douglas, thank you again.
