Yall, need to do better... 45 minutes for an oil change on a Saturday?? You have 2 techs 2 empty bays except for the one my car was occupied with. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked the guy how much longer he said he'll go see about it. Comes back 5 minutes later to tell me the whole process of how to do it. I didn't have time to do it myself that's why I'm here. I stopped him and said I know what needs to be done, but damn 45 mins????? 15 -20 minutes max!!! Looking back at it I should of did it myself!!! Not to mention I had to get the service writer to redo my information because he keyed it wrong. Never again. Yall need to do better!

I would highly recommend this place! They have great customer service! I had a nail in my tire that was going to go flat if I couldn t fix it right away and the store manager handled everything with ease! Will be returning if I ever need anything else.

I stopped by Tire Choice because my check engine light was on and noticed they offer free computer testing. Austin explained to me the issue, called in a part, and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. Ive also always purchased my tires here and they have consistently been professional and affordable throughout the years.

In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past and coming from someone with more than a decade of experience working with the public, I wanted to share one of the most positive experiences I ve had recently with a local business:In my attempts to find an auto/tire center willing to patch a flat tire, I had to call NINE different businesses to find one that could see me before Tuesday. I was fortunate enough to connect with the manager, Austin, at Tire Choice and it was arguably one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had.Austin told me to come by whenever was convenient and they d take care of it. Upon entering, I was greeted promptly and the technician immediately took my car to their garage. While the repair was being completed, Austin joined me in the waiting area. While we visited, I told him how much I appreciated him being so quick to take my repair and shared with him how much trouble it was trying to find a business to remedy the flat.We discussed the automotive industry in the area in terms of labor market/staffing issues, supply and demand for the services, etc. Austin shared with me that though there are factors affecting the industry, more likely than not the other shops I called didn t take me because they d rather wait for a big ticket appointment on a busy weekend as opposed to filling one of their garage spots with a flat repair (low ticket item). He continued stating that it s unfortunate that this is a common practice in their industry, but he believes that doing right by the customer and providing honest and prompt service is the way to gain a lifelong customer.I was in and out of their store within 30 minutes. All of this to say that if you ever have any issues with your vehicle, it goes a LONG WAY to support a local business where you can actually receive great customer service. This is how you grow a business

I am extremely disappointed in Tire Choice (Congress/Domingue). They were very deceitful. I brought my car for an oil change and an overall inspection because we were going on vacation. They came back and said that something needed to be fixed that they had the parts and would be done that day. An hour before I was to pick it up they did not have the part needed. I ended up finding the part locally (mind you they told me they were doing their best to also find it locally). I went get the part (called while I was getting the part to confirm it was the correct part, Tire Choice said yes! Then when I brought the part again it was confirmed it was the right part.We got the car back that day. We paid (a good bit of money). We were told it was good to go. We got home the car began leaking transmission fluid. We brought it back and were told what they did was just a temporary fix.I have contacted corporate (twice) and still have not heard back from the district manager!Next step is to file a formal complaint against this location!

Tire shop is not ideal for college students or people on a budget! Don't go unless you want to pay a whopping $200 for one tire

We may make a mistakes.but we will surely take care of it Austin was hands down the best and honest one ever. He wont throw a bunch of extras needed to be replaced on your car. The last lady that worked here told me i needed a new set of tires. In her surprise i told her i just bought the tires brandnew 1 oil chnage ago. She then said nothing. Months later the lady not there no more and austin was there. I asked austin if i needed new tires and he said my tires are in pristine condition. They scratched my new wheels on accident and they replaced it. I wasn t mad. I know people makes mistakes. Austin helped me out. Taking my friend s car, my family s car here from this day on.

Tony at this location certainly makes this the place to go for any vehicle service. I'm in the sales and leadership development business and can say that the way Tony treats people in the shop is FIRST CLASS. On top of that he will be honest and fair with pricing and recommendations, he will work hard to earn your business. This place gets it! Great work to the team!

Great customer service, and the time of completion is right on time. Thanks, everyone, for being my #1 tire and oil change shop.

Excellent service. I ordered a tire it came in the next morning. When I went to change it they pulled all the tires and did a safety check. They showed me what was wrong and truly prevented an accident. They recommended a place to get help to repair the issue cheaper and didn't try to push or upsell me at all. I found them to be the cheapest new tire store I've found in a long time

Today I was so happy with the service that I had at the Congress Street location. The service was excellent. We are traveling across country and had a flat tire. AAA changed it and put on that donut wheel. I needed to check out of our hotel by 11. I was promised that it would be ready at 9:30 and it was pulled up front, ready to go at 9:30 and I was on my way. I had tried several other tire shops with no luck and am so happy that I kept trying. Thank you!

Been going there since 2007. It was T-Boy's then. Always got great personal service there. Then Tire choice took over . Wasn't sure it wouldn't turn into a run-of-the-mill shop. I didn't. The same group of guys kept the place the same personal and good quality car care under new management. My complements to the new management for keeping them. They've kept all of my many vehicles running great. Tony and the crew are always personable and honest. And sincere.

I found the shop online and decided to go since it was close and had decent reviews. I was serviced as soon as I arrived (on a Tuesday around 9am) and the staff was so accommodating. Tony there helped me out tremendously, from prices to making sure I got what I needed to taken care of. Just good people doing good honest jobs. I m definitely making this my one stop for car care needs, they do very well. Ask for Tony!

Very helpful crew and excellent service. The best prices in town and a job well done installing larger tires on my truck. I will continue doing buisness with this crew going forward. Thanks

Great service & flexibility in scheduling an appointment! Josh did a great job explaining the services needed for my car. I was able to understand the issue with my vehicle. Best of all, my vehicle runs much more efficiently after the service. Thanks for all of your help!

We were on the road going from Morgan City to Sulphur. We discovered a bad tire upon stopping in Lafayette. We looked up this place. They had great customer service and replaced 4 tires on our camper with no problem. Price was decent and service was great! They saved the day!

NEVER GO HERE, EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. On Good Friday, I realized that my front driver s side tire was losing air. After filling my tire with air, I made my way to a trusted tire place only to realize it was Good Friday and they were closed. After a quick google search, I came upon T-Boy s tire. I drove up, spoke to the man at the counter, and he and another mechanic checked my tire. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched as there were multiple nails in the tire, including one in the side wall (their diagnosis). Additionally, they did not have the tire I needed, but assured me they could retrieve the tire from another location. I left the tire and rim with them overnight and they put my spare on for me for the time being. The next day, I arrive and pay $180 for the tire and leave. NOT ONLY did they carelessly damage my rim because of their sloppy work (this is a brand new car and rim), but they had a field day with the car and removed microchips they had absolutely no business or reason for touching (and just left them on my passenger seat) AND lost my lug-nuts. Instead of replacing them or informing me of this, they assumed I would be so oblivious and stupid that I would not notice that they removed the microchips and one lug-nut from each remaining tire to put on the one they replaced!!! I returned and the (different) guy at the counter said the employees from that day were out so he had no idea where to insert my chips the workers had previously removed (mysteriously, he initially spoke to the workers from that day then later told me he couldn t speak to them). Avoid these sloppy idiots at all costs!

Had oil changed here befor a long drive and they stripped the oil drain plug without informing me of the issue. Made claim with their insurance and they said vehicle had prior issues and I was informed with inspection sheet to prove they told me. Never seen the inspection sheet at all and it doesn't even have my information on it. Now I'm out half a grand for my repairs and am lucky the truck didn't blow up on me on the way home. To all who use their services from here on please make sure you have a fully filled out inspection page befor leaving the property to avoid having the same issue happening to you. Cause apparently they don't even get your vin number or tag number while they have you vehicle. Manager at the time was named MartinTldr: had to pay $500 cause they stripped oil plug and didn't let me know.

They are the best there! I have been going there for years since they first opened as T-Boys. I trust them! They usually have the best tire prices! They are busy but they do their best! Tony at the front is always nice and helpful!

3 people with 1 stars? Hmmm and if you read them they make half sense.. Anyway, I brought my truck in for a vac and recharge on the ac, after I did a motor swap. They asked me first hand if I checked my seals on it, and I told them some not much at all, they offered to check them before charging me. I agreed and they were good, so they were going to do the work and then the vac wouldn't work because the high side was messed up, they called me and asked me if I wanted to get it done, I agreed to it, and they did the repair and vac and recharged it and called me back in about an hr after the previous call letting me know everything was good to go. And I haven't had not one problem sense then with the ac. And it blows better and colder then the day I bought it. I love it, they were the cheapest in town and did a wonderful job. I'm def going to use them for more. Thanks guys! Also they are real nice and respectful.

Really professional workplace, some of the best guys around! Took my truck in to have a few things fixed and the customer service was through the roof. Even did a service for free! Truly a shop that cares about its customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

BUYER BEWARE: We took the van to T-Boys on Congress to get it aligned. First of all, the sign at the road said they had an alignment special for $59.95. When we called them they said there was no such special or sign. It was apparently at the other location, which didn't even have an alignment rack. Yeah...so that was number 1 strike. Then they told us we couldn't get it aligned because the rack & pinion needed replacing, as well as the lower left control arm. It would cost us $1100 to get this done. So, we took it to OUR mechanic. He checked it out, and there was NOTHING wrong with either part they were claiming needed replacement. Basically, they could've not done a thing to the van, because the parts were good & charged us as if they did the work making an $1100 profit! I don't recommend anyone going to these people. We also saw on Google that there were a couple other people that had bad experiences with them. This was our first time there, and we will NEVER be back again, I assure you.

Purchased tires from them six months ago. Called today to purchase more tires, but they could not find my information. Isn't tracking customer information important? I would have made an immediate purchase had they had my information -now I will definitely shop around!

Excellent service, these guys diagnosed a serious steering problem with my vehicle. This steering problem should have been addressed, or at a minimum, brought to my attention by one of the big chain mechanic shops but never was. Tire Choice identified the issue and communicated it with me immediately. Lesson learned. Will never bring my vehicles to any other shop.
