Tiger Glass personnel was extremely kind and performed a windshield replacement better than I could have expected. I called on a Thursday and set up and appointment for the next day. They had my windshield in stock and the installation took only 30 minutes. The staff is extremely professional, kind and courteous. The installation technician is very meticulous and detail oriented and the job was performed perfectly. I would recommend Tiger Glass to anyone who is in need of glass repair or replacement. 5 stars in every aspect!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I needed to replace my windshield. Grateful Tiger Glass has the best customer service with Cynthia. She not only informed me that my insurance might have a deductible, but offered to help me get through the process when I asked. This is what customer service should be, knowing all the processes and helping the customer make a wise decision. Cynthia, you are amazing and I appreciate all you did to help me!

Auto side wind repair amazing service. So incredibly quick. They had my door panel off and problem figured out in 15 minutes. They did have to special order the clamps that were the problem but they were so helpful in suggesting I keep the glass panel out so as not to cause any damage to it.I also had a chip fixed during the diagnostic process. I can t say how amazing they were. To get same day service with such great customer service was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend using this business for any of your glass issues.

Called to get a quote and set an appointment. Went and got my windshield replaced. Great customer service from everybody there. Great pieces. Great quality of work as well, no negatives at all! While waiting for the work to be finished they had a gazebo I could sit at while waiting and it was all together and extremely positive experience.

I m not sure how my experience could have been better. They were easy to work with, quick to install, and even got my glass tinted before install. They dropped me off at my house and delivered the vehicle as well. Perfect 10/10 in my books.

I was very satisfied. They work by appointment and they were very professional. There is a waiting area with restroom facilities and a coffee area. I did not see a handicap entrance but you would have to slightly lift a wheelchair to get in the building. They do have a parking area. The business is on private property but you can see it from the main road and there is a tiger statue in the front yard.

Couldn't have asked for a better service or price!!! The manager (Gabe) was awesome!!! He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and my experience as a customer was great!! Would definitely recommend Tiger Glass to anyone who needs their windshield replaced. Tiger Glass offers high quality and fair pricing!!!

Cynthia in the office was a great help with all my phone calls and the day I got the windshield replaced. The service was great and quick. Everyone was nice and friendly. I must say the good reviews are definitely earned and sought after by this business. Yes it was just a windshield replacement. But both the service of everyone in the office including the man who worked on replacing my windshield was very excellent. I went in on Friday and the administrative assistant gave me excellent service. Even though they said I would have to wait until Monday for my replacement because they were backed up. On Monday I came in they let me sit down and eat my lunch at a table provided and my windshield looks great and they let me know everything I needed to do after to make sure it stays nice. Outstanding Customer Service.

I highly recommend Tiger Auto Glass. They were prompt and professional. I needed my windshield replaced and it was my first time filing a claim through insurance, but Brandy made the process really easy. The manager, Gabriel, was extremely friendly and informative about my car s features. They even cleaned the inside of my car afterwards. My experience with Tiger Glass was amazing. They were very nice and extremely fast! On top of all of that, their prices are amazing as well. There s so many places that try to take advantage of women who go alone to fix their cars and this experience was a breathe of fresh air. 10/10.

Got a crack in my windshield 2 weeks after buying a new car. Tiger Automotive Glass were very accommodating and got it done the same day I called. They were easy to find, just look for the big tiger statue out front! I also had an issue with my insurance coverage and they were extremely understanding and worked with me. They also did a great job on the glass change, Mr. Gerald has been changing glass for over 30 years. Not only did he change my glass, he notified me of an unrelated issue on my vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Tiger Automotive Glass to anyone in the area. Very nice, down to Earth people. Its always nice dealing with people who let you know how much they appreciate your business.

Great group of professionals here. Fast service, they fit me in last minute and pricing was very similar to safelite or others. Like how close they are to Southside of town. Everyone was very friendly as well. If I replace another windshield I'll use tiger!

Tiger automotive glass provided a quick and professional windshield replacement at a better cost than other repair shops in the area. This business is always aiming to please. Have been a customer for years and will continue in the future. I got a chip in my windshield on a recent trip to New Orleans with all the construction going on. Without an appointment showed up and was instantly taken care of. These guys and gal surely know what the meaning of customer service is. I highly recommend Tiger Auto Glass for all your glass needs!!!

Really great service. I was there less than an hour and the staff was very friendly. I even asked a few questions about the glass on my particular car and the guys didn't hesitate to answer my questions. I definitely recommend this shop.

This place is great! I called to get a quote for a new windshield and was suprised by how low the price would be. They were curtious and took care of my vehicle. They were quick and diligent with the work. I felt like I had just visited family when I left. I will recommed Tiger Automotive Glass to everyone!

Just got a side power window replaced on my truck. I called in the morning at 10am, and they had the glass by 1pm and my truck was ready by 2pm. They were $10 more than another quote I got, but were able to get me in a week sooner which made it worthwhile. Plus they gave me a mug and candy, so high five.

Had more than one bad streak on my windshield on my Camry. Needed immediate replacement. Called on a Friday afternoon. Tiger was able to accomodate me Sat AM. Went off like a charm. They were done by 10AM.Very personable service.
