Clean location, friendly professional staff. Competitive pricing with the on line coupon. Only issue was wait time. All 3 bays had customers and 3 were waiting. My visit lasted 55 minutes. Maybe take 5 can add a wait time indicator to the locations web site. Other than that I will visit again!

The two gentlemen and one lady who serviced my Ford F150 were very polite. The gentleman who checked my oil level broke the dipstick off at the top. When he tried to get it out he pushed it down farther into the tube. He simply said "I can't get it out". Then it became my problem.When I left they had not checked levels because he broke the dipstick.I went to the dealership and was charged $31 and change for the new dipstick, and they took 35 minutes to get the old dipstick out. I was very fortunate that I am a good customer of the dealership and they chose to not charge me to correct the issue of the dipstick being pushed down into the tube.I was told that dipsticks do break, but a person who does oil changes for a living should have known how to avoid this when the dipstick started to break. He also should have also known how not to push it down further into the tube. I was told it was a lack of proper training.He was also amazed that there was no offer made to pay to have the old district removed. I would love for someone to contact me so I know this was read. A response via my email will be fine.

Great service Great employees all around great experience. 3 employees serviced my vehicle and got me in and out in no time. When visiting ask for Erroll, Johnathan or Jacob they'll get you in and out and will do a great job

Staff were very friendly & fast, however i was not informed about my coolant levels being low (but they could show me my cabin filter), so 2.5 weeks later, my engine almost overheated driving down ambassador in traffic! i will not be returning here due to the dangerous event following my oil change. staff are supposed to check fluid levels & should inform you of such things!

I have gone to this location for several years and have always gotten 5 star service. Yesterday...on a Saturday afternoon...I got 5+ star service. They let me know about a couple of things underneath my car that I should get checked on. For the first time, they checked my cabin air filter...and one of the guys who was working with me said that not everyone may know how to check it. Glad they did check it...needed to be changed in a big way! Since I drive a hybrid, I don't have to get my oil changed that often. But when it's time for a change, this is where I go...and will continue to go! Greatly appreciate the service...greatly appreciate having people who truly love their jobs and helping people take care of my car.

I m always Satisfied When I Go To Get A Oil Change , I m never disappointed and always please With My Service . The Workers Are Awesome There & The Manage LaMar Goes above and beyond to make sure all his customers are satisfied . I Thank You All so Much For being Honest , Respectful & in a Timing Matter To Get Everyone In And Out With Service . I Definitely Will Be Back .

Didn't have a good first time experience, went to get a basic oil change , by the end of the oil change my car wouldn't start correctly it started to stall for no reason I was ask "was the car doing this before you came?" I replied "no" they didn't check the engine to see if anything was wrong just told me to pull out and left me to deal with the problem on my own , thankfully I knew how to fix to issue come to find out they didn't put the air intake back on the manifold. Had it been anybody else that was not knowledgeable They would have paid out-of-pocket getting their car towed for someone else's mistake...

My visit to change my oil was a great one. Even though they were busy it did not take very long to get to everyone. The workers were all friendly and did a good job. I will be back!

100/10 recommend! the assistant manager david and his crew went fully out of their way to accommodate me getting an oil change. they were out of the oil filter and air filter i needed so david went to another location and got what they needed to get the job done. he also gave us 25% off our next visit due to us having to wait just a little bit. couldn t recommend enough!!

Last time I went to take 5 I had a horrible experience and hadn t gone back. I was near and needed to get my oil changed and decided to give it a try again. The his time the Techs were very attentive and made sure there were no issues. Jacob was my main tech and I can say that he without a doubt is a great tech. I will continue on with my services here again as long as the service continues to be as good as this visit and I feel that my vehicle is in good hands.

I have always been happy with the level of service here at the Ambassador location in Lafayette. My whole family brings their cars here. They do not suction the oil out. They let it drain which is better for your car. It can be a bit pricey but the convenience is worth the little extra.

Always a pleasure and very professional experience at all Take 5 locations that I ve been to in Lafayette, LA. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Jonathon as well as Jacob on Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. The level of knowledge and respect these guys have are impressive! I recommend everyone try Take 5 if you no longer wish to get oil changes at your dealerships, it s a great experience. Side note: not sure if Jonathon is the manager, but if not I think he should be one day soon, if he is I can see why!

These employees need to be recognized! Super nice and informative. Not trying to get you just to buy things, but informing you on what your car could use. Jonathan, Braylon, and their coworkers worked really well together. You don t see that often these days! Def need to shoutout these employees.

They are always extremely fast and always polite. They have gone above and beyond every time I have gone. The new manager took my glove box apart to get to my cabin filter that no one else has ever asked or told me about. She got it done and never made it seem she was aggravated at all. She is by far the best manager they have had there in a long time. The staff was just as amazing today.

I have the option of free oil changes with a tire rotation at the dealership where I bought my vehicle, and I still find myself choosing take 5 most of the time for my oil changes because the staff is always so friendly, quick, and informative. I moved to the other side of town and I ll still go to the take 5 on ambassador every time. Jonathan and Des got me in and out in record time and were a great start to my morning before traveling for the holidays!!

Very nice and hard working people there. They did what they needed to do. They definitely were hustling.The downfall was the wait time I wanted an hour. I understand they were busy , not their fault . But overall they were excellent.

Amazing service! Even though it was 5 PM on a Monday Evening, with long lines, the wait was minimal, but when it was my turn, they did an awesome job, did not rush, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. Also, since I am a terrible adult, my oil change was about 8400 miles past due as well as my windshield wipers had already died and were on their 2nd life but no one called me out or made faces behind my back. 10 plus stars!

Service was great but with a $10.00 coupon just my oil change was right at $100.00 ( very high ) for my Jeep Cherokee.
