Right off I-10,4 out of 8 fuel island where down , blocked off with trash can / Orange cones.2 out of the 4 fuel island that were working, only the driver side pump was working. The passenger side pump was covered with red plastic bag .Showers 1-3 , are handicap showers , doors wider than the rest.I had shower 4 and it was tiny , but Clean.It should be illegal to have showers that tiny. Water pressure not the strongest , if it s a hair day, you will be awhile.There is a Petro Travel center 20 miles west, can not be worse than this. Good luck.

This place is one of the worst TA s I have been to. Today I walked in and asked the lady at the register if a certain brand of tobacco was $2.19. She just looked at me and said I don t know. With a little bit of snark, I said back can you check? It s like I asked her to do something crazy instead of just decent customer service. All the managers need to be replaced and everyone that acts like it s such a big deal to offer good service should be fired. This place is a dump.

Stopped to get a Whataburger, and it was shut down due to an electric shortage. So, I decided to get Boston Market at the TAs. The signs are there, but it's been closed down. The TAs cooks run it now. Lady had attitude. All they had was a few pieces of naked fried chicken, pork shops, and Salisbury steak with a few sides. No bread, no cornbread, or anything else to go with the plate. I didn't appreciate the attitude.Definitely not stopping here again except to walk next door to Whataburger.

Greyhound/FlixBus stops at here. The bus usually comes 2/3 minutes before the depart time on your ticket and stop there for around 10 mins. You can track your bus on your website.

It s a TA so everybody pretty much knows what is on the Menu at the Country Pride. The parking is good and clean. There seems to be less Reserved paid parking here. I hate all that paid parking at the other TAs. The people working here are nice and the coffee is good. Generally very clean. Showers are good.

Any other truck stop around the us if you fuel more then 50 gal the shower is free this truck stop now they wanna charge you 16 dollars even if you fuel you truck that s suck plus none of the fuel pump work correctly

We live in a society of idiots that can't be trusted to tell the difference in the physical appearance of a 20-year-old as opposed to a 58-year-old. Therefore idiot companies have to make it mandatory for their moron employees to scan everyone's driver's license if they want to buy cigarettes. We are doomed as a society!

Pleasant experience at the TA. Couple traveling in a van experiencing the truck showers for the first time. Better then we thought. Shout out to Laura making this a pleasant stop.

For a TA/petro brand, it s on the smaller side for parking. I stopped here to get an alignment and my wheels balanced. Was told they only do steer alignments. Still needed it done so it was fine. Got new Michelin steers and four drives. All balanced and put on ok. As for the alignment. They put what I assumed are the adjusters on the tires and proceeded to align the truck. I heard this banging noise and assumed it was part of the process. But I was skeptical. Finished up late in the day, parked back in my spot and rolled out next morning to find out that now my adaptive cruise control doesn t work and my abs is throwing codes. Now I have to take it to the dealer because TA/Petros are limited on fixing what they (more then likely) broke. I ve been to many TAs and petros and it s rare to come across one that breaks more then fixes. I d give one star but the general store and ladies at the desk in the service section were great.

The worse ta in Louisiana. Stopped for my half hour bathroom was nasty and no food except hot dogs didn't even have any Louisiana boudian

Guys don't go here for inspection they are liers if they inspect your your truck they will tell you you fail because they want put you shop so they can make money don't go here for machenic and inspection I wish I can give them zero

Good place for parking. Lots of room. Staff are not super friendly... completely indifferent. Act like they don't want to deal with customers. Restaurant opens 15 min late, and I called to see when they open. At 1/4 after 10, she tells me they open at 10. I told her there are customers waiting and a couple walked away. She just said "that's on them".I respectfully disagree. They were here on time. The manager was late opening. It's on her! The food was only semi adequate. I have wanted to try Boston Market for a long as I can remember. I will never be back to another Boston Market!!!

I printed $10 ultra one point and the old lady scanned my stuff it was $9.09 then I was trying to buy one more dollar and the lady mocking laugh and said to another lady he take all his ultra point.

Great job TA!! A Boston Market Restaurant, a healthier choice than the burgers and the unflavored subs restaurants. The bathroom was clean, they just need to clean the bathroom doors. Good customer service. This TA was pretty descent.

So this just reinforced the another reason why I don't use ta, it was my mistake for doing so today. Almost every truck stop in America has the laundry machines on the csc app, I moved money over to the app then realized they don't have that here, ok next case most places would have a change machine for quarters in this situation, no they don't, I asked the attendant and she said you have to get them up front from the cashier, the casgier yells me I have to purchase somethibg for her to open here drawer, forget the fact that I spend her weekly check every time I stop for fuel but after you fuel no quarters for you

I'm 22 miles from this location. Put a work order to get two tires changed on a service call. The actual call was 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. It's now 3:08 a.m. Thursday and still no service.I have gotten a call from someone claiming to be a tech 2 hours ago saying they were 30 minutes away. Smh !!!!I might get a 34 hour break waiting because I don't have any faith left in this business.

Everyone is super nice here, and it's a reasonably clean facility. However, at least half of the spaces are paid parking, a when I woke up in the middle of the night, there were at least a dozen paid spaces that never got rented. It's time to cut back on the number of paid spaces, because if nobody is going to use them, it's time to make them available to those drivers who refuse to pay for parking. Paid truck parking is a scam, anyway, and should absolutely not be a practice!

Absolute horrible service. They not only failed to make a simple repair to a box truck, but made numerous other issues that cost thousands of dollars extra, because they simply do not have qualified workers. Further, the tech that preformed said work did it "off the clock" on TA;s premise; this was not proper protocol by any means. Shady business. The TA station is unsanitary as well.

Came in to repair a tire. Nail in tire, head of nail exposed & leaking. Shown in first picture. Also Explained this to the tech. He removes tire and starts repairing a previously damaged spot creating another leak and tries to sell me another tire. I declined the new tire and tell them to put the tire back so I can go somewhere else and get it fixed. Pull out of the bay parked and checked the tire. Only to find out they have created another hazard by working on a previously damaged spot and leaving it open after I refused a new tire creating a new leak and hazard. I had to plug the tire myself in the parking lot to prevent the air from blowing completely out of the tire. As shown in the second pic. Showed the manager the next morning, had to argue with her and him about it until showing the proof. The manager finally agreed to repair the actual problem rather the refund the money for service I didn t receive. She also wanted the same tech to preform the work. WOW imagine that i followed my better judgement and declined. Can t let the get you twice. Lady s and Gents long story short stay away from here they have some shady practices going on here!!!

I m 15 miles away it takes them two hours to show up. Then the guy informs me he needs to go back to the shop for sockets and bolt cutters.Takes an hour to get back. Then he finally finished up around 7 hours of me sitting on the road. I say around because he never let me know when he was done.He left his socket attached to a lug nut. I asked for the old wheel to be put under the trailer and he took it anyway. He left the chewed up tire on the side of the road.

There was a super sweet lady there who was very helpful, despite the fact that it was midnight and my children were all trying to talk to her at once she complimented all 3 and took time to speak to each one to answer their numerous questions . The restrooms were very clean and it was obvious they were cleaned regularly. The store was very easy to navigate and it was also very clean and organized.

This TA is getting more pathetic by the day. As years passed it have gotten worse. So if you a common pedestrian traveler, first be warned of fake sales and false pricing. Secondly some staff is ok and but some are not properly trained and very rude and unprofessional. For commercial drivers the parking lot is worse than it's ever been. 80 percent of their parking spaces is pay to park. Both restrooms are small. They stock outdated snacks and drinks. So please be aware on that.

Horrible service at fuel desk. Couldn t fuel because lady did know how to cash an EFS check. But has been a team member since 2006. Didn t even try to call a help line or another store. Just said she couldn t do it. Won t be fueling here anymore.

SKIP IT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Honestly severely needs proper management to run this location!!. Pumps broken, employees completely clueless, store dirty. Just sad! Had to go inside and wait in line SIX TIMES just to get someone to turn the fuel pump on, then wait in line AGAIN for a printed receipt!! Between the poorly run facility and the homeless Incessantly bothering you, you'd be better off to skip this location! Don't waste your time complaining on app or website everything gets ignored.
