Ahmad was very helpful, he told me about looking for the date code when buying tires. He was very experienced in how I m able to put the off market wheels on my car.

Bought my rims and tires paid in full no financing a few months back and then went to replace a tire that had an egg in it payed in full then noticed they damaged my new rim that they replaced the tire so I went in the shop to give them a chance to make it right and the manager refused saying he could spray paint it and how did he know it was his shop that did the damage and I told him I could prove that this is the only shop I went to with my dash cam and my GPS on my car and he refused to fix it so now I'm hiring a lawyer and they lost all my business and respect. Also I'm a business owner that has no reason to lie I have plenty of Financials.

I paid for my rims the Monday before Good Friday. I was told by the store manager that he could have my rims on the Friday at 8 am. I called Friday at 8 am and found out the store didn t open until 9 am. When I went in to see what the problem was he swore up and down that he didn t set that expectation. I had a witness and some choice words for him. Well the following Monday evening the rims came in 3 of the rims I ordered and 1 that I didn t order. The store manager set another false expectation and the white guy looked at him as to say sir you know you can t expedite that rim to arrive in 2 days. Here I am a week later just getting the 4th wheel. Debo got me in and out with the install but I wouldn t buy a paper clip from Ryan.

Very shady business over there!!! Mat/Mac, no good guy! Gave every excuse In the book for not releasing rims. So he took a verbal authorization to release the rims to me. I explained beforehand that I would be sending someone to pick them up. Once that person got there he refused to release them to him. It was as simple as getting a copy of the person I sent credentials instead of asking me to drive 50 miles for my ID. Then law enforcement ain t no better, the manager ain t worth 2 cents either! They refused to give me the owner s information as well. These people gave me the blues! Just down right unprofessional, not good business people at all. Riding around with the rims in his car!!! Make it math please!!! Run from this business at all cost! The owner may be a stand up guy, I don t know, but his staff will definitely kill his business!

My tire blew out on my '19 Type R and NOT A SINGLE tire place had my tire size. I was about an hour out of the way from their shop and Matt the Man was awesome. It was 5 minutes before they closed shop on a Saturday and they had one tire that could fit my wheels. I came in and they were more than happy to help. Extremely great price and very...VERY highbrow customer service. Not just from Matt but from the whole team there at the time. I was able to get back to my car and the tire made a huge difference. I tip my hat to this exemplary professional custom wheel and tire shop. I will definitely be here again to order new tires and also refer other nice rides to. Thanks again professionals!

I m very pleased with my new tires. This was my first visit, the staff was very friendly. I was given a price and that s what it ended up being just that price. I m so used to getting overcharged. It s nice to not be taken advantage of. Thanks to all the staff, I really appreciate the front desk person who help me on 1/5/21.

The manager and the staff at the Lafayette location are unfit to work there. They don t value their customers and the rims are overpriced. Service sucks and after the sale. They are done with you unless you rent to own. F___ street king don t shop there. Go to a reputable rim shop.

Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing. Very friendly staff. We were able to find a complete set of wheels for a great price. The guys got the wheels on very quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I have bought two sets of rims and tires for both of my vehicles. I love the people.. They know who I am when I walk through the door. I refer my friends to this place all the time. Ill probably never buy from anywheres else

Well we there looking for rims on Thursday 7/11/19 to put on my wife car a 2018 Nissan rouge... And the guy at the front desk is very rude and poor customer service skills.. I explained to him what she was looking for in color and size.. And he just turned his back on us and walked away.. And it's not a difficult car to put rims on. But I personally think y'all would have more business if he would learn how to treat customers.. Cause if he only know he just turned his back on 1500 to 2000 dollar cause I wasn't going finance anything I was going to pay it cash. I didn't get his name but he's a big guy at the front desk..

At end of the day when you see the process of being ask all your information as though you actually buying a car from a car lot or applying for food stamps or utility services to your house you have to decide and be honest with yourself . And say I will go get the bag and cash out . Other tire stores don't require such and have far better customer service. Remember consumers merchants need you if they don't sell no body is buying this means store closing is imminent factor. Get treated with respect when spending your earnings at all times. If you can't afford it don't even jump in the dune.

They have never had a problem with us. Yet I called to give my new banking info and they "forgot" to save it and the following time a payment was due they tried using my old card info and refused to waive the late fee. Spoken to very rudely,and like a child. Chris and Matt are not businessmen. If so, they should not be speaking to a customer,much less a female the way they spoke to me. Wouldn't even give me a week extension after putting over $4,000 dollars into rims and tires. Lost my job,and made the comment, "Well you need tires to get back and forth to work,dont you?" So no extension? Told me I need to go borrow money from one of my friends! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE...ESPECIALLY CHRIS AND MATT!

The workers over there hooked me up like a pitstop. I was ready to ride in LESS THAN AN HOUR. GREAT BUSINESS FOR GREAT PEOPLE. This is THE NUMBER ONE RECCOMENDATION I suggest anybody to get if you're looking for a specific size for a great price.

Would've had a higher score if they wouldn't have told me to google the part I needed for my rims that should've come with it. Also tried telling me I didn't need the part after countless tire shops said the exact opposite. And it took 3 hrs to install for lack of having proper hardware in stock.
