This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. And I have AT&T for my phone service with constant problems!!!!I brought in my vehicle to get a diagnosis done bc I had to keep jumping it every time I started it. They said to come in as soon as I want. It has been damn near 2 months and I'm still waiting for an answer.I was told that the part needed was on back order, went online myself and bought it thw sane day. Two weeks since I brought the peice in, haven't fixed Mt car yet. I've been nothing but nice with these people but this is flat out ridiculous

They re constantly giving you the run around and will have your car sitting there all day just to not fix the problem. I tried to use my tire warranty since my tire has a nail in it and they told me they can t fix it because they don t have time. I also tried to get my backup camera fixed because they told me no appointment was needed I can just go in since they have the part and when I tried to go in they told me they re booked for 2 weeks.A joke of a service department if you ask me.Service: General repairs & maintenance
