Experienced a discrepancy between the price quoted over the phone and what I was actually charged. A bit disappointed with the inconsistency. Clearer communication on pricing would be appreciated for a more transparent experience.

They are definitely are good with customer service. They actually are a lot cheaper than other places and customers service is great. Kind and caring people. Under people and go out there way to help. I would now always recommend them and their elite service.

great place! i had a leak in my tire and i was barely there for 10 minutes before they had finished the job. they were fast, easy, and inexpensive. i will absolutely go there again for future tire needs!

Man the two guys that was there are rude. No good customer service at all. I had to go find them even tho they seen me pull up. And they charged me a arm and a leg just to put a tire on a rim that I had already

good prices, good service! will use again!!2 years later im back. Was seen right away. There was a little bit of a language barrier but it all worked out. Went in for getting a nail in my tire pulled out and patched. He asked plug or patch...10$ for plug and patch 30$. I said patch. 30 min later he said 10 dollars and I guess he just plugged it. I was ok with it. But major thing is when they reflate your tire they must not check the psi. Mine is 32 and he filled it to 42. I checked when I got home and adjusted it. Will use again.

This is a great shop. Employees are very friendly and know their stuff. Quick service. Knew exactly what tire I needed. Abdul was careful and knowledge about the unique jacking requirements for a Tesla. By far the best price for the tire and installation price can't be beat. I will be back in the future for all my tire needs.

Very professional and fast service. Highly recommend this shop for tires and service!12/18/2021 Update*Tires are holding up, although they do make quite a low hum while driving at 45+ speed.Not mud tires, but they are quite noisy like a mud grip tire style...had I known how loud these standard tread tires were; I would have not purchased them.

Thanks Charles. He really worked hard to get me on the road, after Dave's Car Care left me with no brakes, having to put car in neutral. Thanks so much for looking at my car, as soon as he got out of car and clocked in. I appreciate the concern, WISH I COULD CLONE FOLKS SUCH AS YOURSELF.

Terrible and ignorant workers. Sold me a faulty tire, caused steering issues problems right after I left and they refused to accept that they caused the issue. They kept saying it was because my car was 32 years old but my car is very well taken care of and did perfectly fine before I went. They kept trying to convince me I needed an aligment, I had to keep going back to this place. I went back to this place at least 4 times before they finally replaced my tire and right after my car stopped having steering issues. They sold me a defective tire. Terrible customer service, Miami tires is a lot better than this place!

Fast work and courteous service from Sam & Sam! I had my 1 year old son with me and they were very polite and patient. Also, the used tires I had purchased were very well priced and like new! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

These people were fast! No kidding. I needed a used tire for my Dodge Magnum. They had 1 in stock. I was in and out in literally less than 10 minutes and the tire I got looks brand new. And for $40? Yeah I'll be back there the next time I need a tire.

Their prices are ridiculous & they try to get you to buy other tires than what your looking for. The tire I ask for, they gave me a outrageous price for.

5 STAR SERVICE !!! FAST SERVICE . I was in and out in approximately 8 minutes. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS . The mechanics are HIGHLY SKILLED & KNOWLEDGEABLE . They get to the ROOT CAUSE of your tire issues and they do not string customers along. GREAT/FAIR Prices for service . SUPER FRIENDLY employees. . I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP !!!

Had to get a last minute tow to these guys about 30 minutes before they closed, totally didn t expect to have my tires changed today, but to my surprise they even stayed late to change my two front tires. Amazing service, work ethic, and very polite. I will be back when I need my tires changed again!

I couldonly afford to buy three used tires but they gave me three used tires that really were only barely worn for 30 bucks apiece. Also they have brand new tires there for 70 bucks. They were quick and helped me out big time being all three of my tires were bald and about to pop! Im def going back there to get new tires when i have the money!

Got a tire light flashing at you? Probably a nail or screw. I was in and out lickety split with a tire plug to replace that bleeding screw.

Bought a brand new set of tires and had a blowout 2 hours later. They told me there is no warranty, and I was SOL. Would never buy from them again.

Pulled in and waited about 4 minutes to be served - other cars were ahead of my car. I had a roofing nail in my tire and was repaired within 2 minutes and I was on my way.

Had a bad shock that wore the outside of a front tire out I asked for used tires and they changed both front tires immediately and they look brand new! Very kind and polite. Will definitely go back

Good prices. Make sure to request that they put matching tires on each axle when getting used tires, because they'll put on different brand tires on each side of you don't request otherwise.

Always helpful. Stayed late to put a tire on my car. They may not have the nicest looking waiting room but they're honest and hard working.
